For renewal of subject profile i contacted your chennai office tel #[protected] from thane (mumbai) on 8/7 & i was told to hand over a sbi cheque to your thane office rep for rs. 2600/- for 3 months. the cheque was handed over on 8/7 morning 10 am & the rep assured that the account will activated in an hours time & he would call. t he activation was not done till the evening of 8/7, no call received from your rep (mob. [protected]) the account got activated on 9/7 after i made 3-4 calls to your chennai office. suddenly after 4 days the account has been deactivated. on enquiry through std calls to your chennai office on 15/7 i was informed that the cheque issued has not been cleared due to signature not tallying. there was no intimation from your office. my wife is a sbi employee, on checking the bank a/c it reflects that the cheque has not been presented. i have already lost rs. 300-400 on std calls. i require my cheque back, but there is no response from your thane/chennai office i. am ready to pay cash for the activation, please help urgently. thanks ramesh m - [protected]
