[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — non respond to customer on bad service. | |||
My id is Y836496. My name is ritu dash. I requested to change my membership status from assisted to TUM of 1 yr status. Bit still is not resolved. Ticket no BM20725481 and BM20719720 raised against my request. But still pending. After deposit of money, tje bharat matrimony does not respond properly with his customer. Their service is just to deposit money from customer not resolve problem after deposit. Now i want to back my money after reliable fees cut of these days. I dont wish to be its member.
