[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — not responding to calls and messages post membership upgradation

My sister has paid 12k for assisted matrimony services. For the initial 2-3 weeks they sent profiles on weekly basis. However after 3 weeks the concerned rm stopped responding to calls and messages saying will call back but to no avail. As the whole thing happened within a month from registration, we asked for refund of money. However they are refusing to do that too. I need bharatmatrimony to contact me regarding this issue asap. We have taken a paid profile for our daughter fir assisted matrimony. After taking money these guys do not receive calls. They are suppose to send 3-4 profiles a week but in 1.5 months they sent only 3 profiles who never talk to us.
