My name is Vimal Kumar, and my matrimony ID is E6182946. Three days back, I had activated premium membership for prime gold for 3 months, which costed me around Rs.5500. After upgrade, the profile started functioning very strange. I cannot see profile pictures of other profiles, I cannot see profiles of regular members. I can see only prime members. Later, I used the search option and filtered using "with photo" keyword. Then, the search results shows only 110 profiles. Later, I tried with different partner preferences, but still the search results are same. Only 110 profiles I could see. Rest are all profiles with no photos.
Before upgrading to premium, I could see 1000+ profiles. I informed the same issue to customer support, but they were giving me very casual excuses for that. They don't have proper answer for the issue. It's 3rd day, and the profile is still facing the issue. Either they should fix the problem or should refund my money back.
