Complaint marked as Resolved Immediately after the consumer complaint, forwarded my issue to to nairmatrimony they agreed to upgrade my profile for my subscription.after my repeated requests to few staff and Manger
virtually I touch everyone's feet sincerely, within few minutes later they upgraded to 3 months package which costs only 3000 +. 540 gst instead of my subscription 5074for 6 monthsvalidity 4300+764gst.
Immediately I sent mail and informed consumer complaints. Subsequently itried to contact the manger, but one good Samaritan who handled my call promised to rectify and a follow up with him till this time, yielded result and I got my subscribed pakage for six month validity.
From the bottom of my heart I sincerely Thank the consumer complaints team and the Nair matrimony team staff for providing justice.
