Created a profile and never informed about the auto renewal when I signed up in the website and started using the mobile app.
No prior request was sent before the auto renewal and no reminders were given. Received an email from my bank regarding the auto renewal of CAD 145. I have been requesting many customer service representatives to cancel my renewal and request a refund, no one had helped me so far and all their answers were the same mentioning that someone will get back to me within 24 hours and none of the representatives provided me the complaint nunber and no one had contacted so far.
I have never been directed to any of the managers. I will be taking a legal action if I don’t hear back from them.
