[Resolved]  Bharat Matrimony — regarding agency services

Around 6 months back I took Bharat Matrimonial service by paying Rs 12, 000 and then they promised me that they are gonna provide the best service but after 1 months of my service, my Relationship manager started asking me to upgrade my profile by giving them Rs 10, 500 with assurance that they are going to return the entire money if they are not able to make the match. Now after providing the poorest quality of service they are not answering my phone call and even returning my money back.

I request everyone not to choose Bharat matrimonial as they are only interested in making money.
