My matrimony ID is H12968965. I subscribed as a premium member on 1st Feb 2024 and today is 6th Feb 2024. I called many a time in this company and tried to connect with the manager but the staff was so rude and disrespectful. when I don't have premium they told me that we would send 14 profiles a day of my preference but after I bought premium they did not pick my call and said that we could not do anything regarding this. it is so shameful and fishy that you are not able to keep your word. SIR/MAAM I want my refund as you are not able to provide the service. our contract is of 2 sides I completed mine but you are not able to complete yours. I am requesting you to please provide the services or I want my refund.
