Bharat Matrimony — Relationship Manager not responding after collecting money.

Relationship Manager is not responding and she is not providing any feedback one month completed till she is not able to provide any valid profiles
I had made a payment of 16000 rs
After collection money they are not responding
This is a clear way of cheating.
Really I tried to contact all the team from last two weeks but no reply
Plse help...
Bharth matrimony services is very very bad.
It is really cheating
What they offer the service they will not provide.
No response for mails calls .
