I already informed to everybody. You have send the messages regarding the auto renewal but (NOTE: I am not confirm verbally or texting to activate the auto RENEWAL Mode) then, without my concern /permissions why you activate my account?

3. Before Renewal your team without reach to my number.after without my concern debit my account then I am follow up to everyone regarding the reasons but I didn’t get response my questions.
