[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — renewal of subscription excess amount deducted above rate demanded | |||
I have renewed matrimonial subscription for three months for my son sathishkumar (Profile id. T2858113) i have paid rs.3949 on[protected] through net using my debit card. This is excess by rs. 349 over the amount they demanded. This transaction was done through shobana of bharat matrimony. When contacted she assured to credit rs. 349 in my bank account within three days. But even after a lapse of 18 days it was not done.in this connection i contacted shobana several times and she repeated the same assurance. But still the amount has not been credited in my bank account Was this information helpful? | |||
