[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — restricting messages for paid membership

On 31st of dec 2017, i become a paid member for sending customized messages to members. I have found that your paid service has the following problem: deficiency in services

Though the membership has not expired, i'm unable to send messages due to restriction applied on their website and hence, i'm at a loss and not able to communicate with members.

My ID number is B2217900. Today at 10:10 am I've got a call from [protected] and her behaviour is very bad. She completely started harassing to me. Their representative didn't disclosue her name. But in Truecaller shows DHIMAN BEN. So, my request to you please take an action as soon as possible.
