I was paid member. My membership expired on 31-Aug-23
3 contacts which I called, told me that the marriage was already fixed.
I contacted their customer care on Aug 28 and they raised request for to add 3 add on numbers.
Service request no is BM28918972 . I requested them as I membership was going to expire on 31 Aug 2023, please take to resolve as early as possible. They promised that this will be resolved within 24 hrs.
But still this was not resolve with 24 hrs. After that daily I contacted them for the status. Every time I asked for the status, they told me that within 12 hours, within end of day, this will be resolved. But this is not yet resolved.
Now my membership expired, now they are telling that they will add this 3 additional numbers, only if I once gain become paid number.
I raised complaint when I was in paid membership. As per their commitment, it should be resolved within 24 hrs. They waited till my membership to expire and asking me to pay once gain. This is not fair
Why I need to pay once again, when they didn't take action for my complaint within the membership period. Was this information helpful? |
