I have made a payment through my credit card, they have charged the wrong amount I was charged AED 1565, I should have been charged AED 313 only which were displayed on the website at the time of doing payment.
I have mailed the BM customer care also no one replied and no one is helping me. After activating a membership plan I didn’t receive any single email also from their end and no invoice was received too.
Really third class service they are giving to customers. and their website and application doesn’t have any kind of security. I will suggest to other people, do not use their website for any kind of payments, instead o[censored]sing credit/Debit card option use doorstep collection method for the payments tell them to collect cash from your door to avoid online payment Fraud.
