We did not want to take their service at first, then they convinced us to take the service on below terms:
1. The person "Rohit" will pull profiles across all their portals and give us atleast 3-4 profiles
2. Assured us that he will talk to their family and we need not followup.
Now once payment of 21000/- is done, he is not responding and I made sure I pay on the correct URL and their website.
Even he is not picking our call, Next step is to raise a complaint against them in Consumer Forum.

Updated by Mohit Angiras No one is even trying to listen, rohit.[protected]@assistedmatrimony.com is the person dealing with our profile, at first he was just lazy and arrogant, but now he is sending irrelevant profiles which are not even a close match to our requirements. Please consider this as a formal complaint as we will need to take action against the company, it is not about the money but the mental harrassment caused because of flase promises. As there is no written terms for the services Rohit and team is trying to be smart by harrassing us further.
