I need the reasons for below question. why you again and again activate my account without concerns. Last time, same issues happened and I have raised the complaint Althea refunded the amount.
This is second time.
1.your team not give proper response
2. How can I confirm my auto renewal mode is turn off conditions.
3. Before Renewal your team without reach to my number.after without my concern debit my account then I am follow up to everyone regarding the reasons but nobody response my questions.
4. This is not acceptable. Totally disappointed to me.again and again
5. I don’t want to continue my services after my account expire validating date. Also I need my refund amount. Rs5069
