Bharat Matrimony — Wrong activation of combo plans

I have paid for combo plan for Bharat matrimoney and Lingayath but Bharat Matrimoney (BM) executive activated wrongly Tech matrimoney and Lingayat matrimoney. Later when I observed that BM not activated immediately I have called and informed Executive about such wrong updation by BM. They said that it will be rectified. Next day I have observed but the same was not rectified. Then again I called BM executive then they said that it will be rectified within 24 hours. Later today I have received SMS stating that ticked ID 2392975 got resolved. I have checked the web site BM still this has not rectified. I am facing so many problems with BM
