Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — amount deducted but payment status shows payment failed

Sir/madam,

I was booking cylinder online from bharat gas official website. While doing payment, amount of 832 got deducted from my account but it is showing the status of payment as failed. Website does not have any support for such queries. I would like for refund for same. Please do the needful help as soon as possible.
