We have cancelled our Bharat gas in Bangalore as we shifted to Hyderabad.
when we try to re apply in Hyderabad our aadhar data is blocked because it is not deleted from the connection which we took from Bangalore. We have raised complaints using Toll free and tried calling multiple times but no response from Bharat gas people.

      amount deducted but payment status shows payment failed

      I was booking cylinder online from bharat gas official website. While doing payment, amount of 832 got deducted from my account but it is showing the status of payment as failed. Website does not have any support for such queries. I would like for refund for same. Please do the needful help as soon as possible.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          Today in the morning we tried to apply for petrol pump dealership whose last date is 24/12/2018 surprisingly the web portal www.petrolpumpdealerchayan.in wherein a trailing message was coming about retail outlets advertisement for the different states of India .An applicant searches regarding advertisement detailes through this flash message which was blicking against name of petroleum company like HPCL, BPCL & IOCL and name of a particular state.But as per web portal it was appearing CLOSED.This was showing CLOSED for all petroleum companies for Odisha and many states except some of the states of India.So many o[censored]s could not apply and did come back from online centres.Some o[censored]s tried through mobile but same was the fate.However last date was showing 24/12/2018.Then we all enquired about time of closing for online application and contacted regional offices all three companies located at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.But their reply was it is open today as advertised.We have tried till 10 AM today.But all our efforts went fruitless since it showed CLOSED.In the evening we have tried a lot till now 9 PM but message is coming "surprisingly web portal closed."We are to bring to your kind notice that it is quite confusing for which we could not take the chance.You may please enguire from mob [protected] Mr Rakesh Kumar area sales manager.We also contacted through ph[protected],[protected] &[protected].Also talked to other petroleum companies at Bhubaneswar and Mumbai by land phones in the morning.Message through the web portal as closed was there against the names of all petroleum companies.No solution thereof could be brought till 10.15AM.Thanking you

Muje 19.12.18 ko sms aaya ki aap ki delivery ho gayi hai aur subsidy bhi rs. 281.93 (Cash memo no 360256) credit in my a/c. Lekin abhi tak delivery nahi hui. Maine kayi bar dev mogra agency me officer prabhakar and other staff se 19.12.18 se lagatar baat ker raha hu, sabhi bol rahe hai aaj aa jayega, kal aa jayega. Koi sahi jabob nahi de raha hai. Mai delivered ka naam, contact no office se mang raha hu, koi nahi de raha hai.
            Pls help and insist me.

                delay in delivery of refill cylinder

I spoke 4 to 5 times on gas agency they give same reply every time that you receive it tomorrow or day after tomorrow but today they give another reply that delivery man named rajaram not deliver your cylinder saying that customer (I) not receive cylinder without bills.                       Dear hod,

                      I am widow and employee of indian navy been harassed by the irresponsible person deployed at hari gas matunga service station.
                      This letter is pursuant to the official policy / agreement to pay subsidy towards our payments to hari gas services dated from the start of the subsidy till november 2018. I am widow and have been made to run pillar to pillars asking to check and verify why the subsidy amount has not been deposited to my deceased husbands account as we didn’t found any amount been deposited. We found some messages coing on the registered number as it was deposited but later also found messages stating they failed raising the concern about whats going on is inappropriate and we decided to get this verified however to our surprise rather assisting me with the details officially through letter as which account it is getting deposited or was deposited and till which date so i can cross verify, i am been harassed by the local hari gas matunga staff hence i waited calmly till the account transfer of the ownership from my husband’s name to my name process was going around.
                      Later one fine day i took an off and walked down to discuss this with your branch staff along with the bank passbook of my husband who expired in 22/02/2017 to re-verify and they didn’t found any subsidy amount been deposited. Mr sandeep who spoke as concern person at that moment clearly said that it’s not possible to get the old subsidy after the transfer of the name from deceased mr pramod a shringarpure and can’t be claimed. My question here is isn’t this the company responsibility to show where is this money gone if i have received the message showing amount been deposited by the hari gas team and which account they have deposited (Is this amount flowing into their personal account). This hard earned money which was charged in the name of subsidy nor refunded to any of the account lies with hari gas
                      {include facts surrounding your issue here: how you had an agreement, the date of the agreement, what you agreed to, and how payment hasn’t been made based on this agreement.}
                      Your failure to pay as per the amounts till date or show where these amount s have been diverted is a breach of contract and injustice to widow and employee of indian navy.
                      Please acknowledge receipt of this letter within five business days. Please make your payment (Insert means of payment as per your contract terms) no later than jan 02, 2019. If you fail to respond, i will be compelled to pursue legal action.
                      Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me on the given numbers.

                        Took gas connection in 2016 at rashi gas agency. Onwer of this agency is not at all interested in providing services to customers.in between 2016 to 2018 he hardly opened agency for 4 to 5 months. Its very difficult to refill cylinders.. Because of this problem brokers here selling cylinders at very high price
                        Please resolve it very soon. Its my humble request...

                          I will use my petro card regularly filling petrol in bpcl petrol pumps and that will be always in my bike, unfortunately i have lost my petro card no.[protected], i already paid duplicate card charge fees 50/- on bpcl pumps on 28/11/2018 15:29:09 so please requesting to issue me duplicate card at an early date other wise i will lost my all petro bonus points.                               Inspite of submitting complaints till date no result has been received. Though i have made booking and received msg that cash memo generated but till now no such delivery has been made. If such type of delay continues what is the result of such service. This means such type of has no meaning. They generated the cash memo but if at all is not not their responsibility to ensure the delivery of the gas cylinders. Even yesterday as well as today i was bound to contact the delivery agent to deliver the gas cylinders. This is the condition of temperament of service providers and condition of consumers.
                              Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              While in service, I had given up subsidy. After retirement, when I asked for restoration of subsidy, the agency informed that there is no chance of restoration. Only option to surrender the gas connection.

                              Please issue necessary instructions for facilitating for restoration of subsidy.
