Sir i live in amloh distt fathegarh sahib punjab. The company has moved my gas connection from amloh agency to khanna agency. Now dispite my repated request to shift my connection back to amloh agency the khanna gas agency is not willing to let it go back to my local branch. It is very inconvenient for me to get my refill from khanna as we already have same company dealership here at our amloh.

    I have an lpg (Bpcl) connection in mumbai (Vikhroli) vide consumer no. 60664110. Lpg subsidy for last 08 collection is not being credited into my bank account. But earlier i got subsidy in my bank.

    My bank account already linked with aadhar card. Please look into the matter and take an early action to get the amount credited into my bank account.

      Cannot modify /add attachment for a new bharath connection request (Request id :43074831

      I have made request for a new gas connection in bharath gas agency by filling kyc online, however while adding kyc support document the website timed out, i tried to modify add attachment providing request id detail, but coudnt do that.
      Please resolve this at the earliest

        At krupa petroleum, ahmedabad, the attendant filled petrol worth rs 200 first although i told him to fill worth 1000 rs. Later on, he filled petrol worth 800 rs even without putting meter to zero. Hence he filled petrol worth rs 800 only. I want refund of 200 rs or they should provide free petrol worth rs 200. Additionally, i should get compensation for mental harassment.

            Now my connection is from bpcl. I transferred my ioc connection from kalpetta to calicut in december 2015. From october 2016 onwards the gas subsidy amount is not being credited to my bank account. When i checked online it amounts to nearly rs 2000/- but not credited to my obc acccount
            When i contacted the agency @ [protected] and customer care @[protected], they repeatedly instruct me to link my aadhaar with bank. I have already linked both my accounts with aadhar. Recently i have given my second bank account number (Canara) to the gas agency. But it is observed that they have not changed the bank account, so that the subsidy amount goes to the new account.
            Hence i humbly request your kind self to direct the concerned to settle the issue at the earliest.

              On 25 june 2013, i have paid full amount rs.835- of gas cylinder, subsidy amout not yet recieved in my account, only message came from bpclpg regarding my subsidy amount has been transferred to the corresponding bank. I checked with bank and gas agency, according to them all the records are correct but the failfure from bpcl. Please check the matter and take necessary step the credit the appropriate amount to my bank account.

                I have purchased fuel 4 times on this bpcl outlet called nc desai in kalol pin : 382721.
                I used 2 different debit cards for these 2 transactions. 2 times i used debit card of kotak mahendra and other 2 times i have used debit card of dena bank.
                Now as per govt policy, i should have received 0.75% discount back on my account with in stipulated time frame. Today is 18/9 and i have not received any cashback till now for those 4 transactions i have done in august month.
                To note that i have done many transaction on this outlet before and i used to receive cashback regularly. It is jus august month i have not received any thing. Please escalate and resolve this matter.

                  (Between kphb and cybertowers road)

                  On the way to my office, i noticed that my bike is having fuel to the minimum. So drove it to cyberabad filling station (Bpcl) petrol pump, asked the delivery person to fill full tank. He filled it to the brim, the petrol meter showed 18.4 liters.

                  I suspected something wrong, i usually take bill to calculate my mileage. But in a hurry i paid by card, took a picture of meter reading and left the place.
                  But later i realized that my bike pulsar 150 is with fuel tank of 15 liters, but how come he filled 18 liters in it. I confirmed that they are doing this fraud since so long.
                  I am a regular customer of that bunk since 2 years, every time i calculate my mileage based on the meter reading and thought my bike is giving less. But now i confirm the fraud, i wish i never went there, such a cheater company. I did not get chance to visit that place again, before that i am going to write the complaint here and let the management know. I have evidence of the meter and my cc counter foil (Attached)

                      Petrol filled at higher rates
                      On sep 16, 2017, i filled petrol worth ₹400. Post filling noticed that the rate is ₹75.90/litre. They say that taxes and all differ from location and hence the rates. The petrol rate in chennai effective sep 16, 2017 is ₹73.06/litre. This is pure cheating, fraud with every customer.

                        I have booked cylinder in the month of march and i dint receive any cylinder. Since then every month am booking cylinder but the delivery guy don't deliver it. Every month am receiving message for delivery but he has not delivered any cylinder to us instead he has sold it for black. We complaint regarding this in the agency kaushik agency swarn park delhi 41 but no heed has been paid to it

                              My personal no. [protected] given to consumers for gas booking to bharat gas consumers. I receive calls across maharashtra for gas booking and booking status.

                              Please remove my no.[protected] from booking list of bharat gas as this is wrong practise to display/print a personal number for gas booking and share with gas consuners.

                              Let me know what action is taken to clear the above number and revert as soon as possible.

                                  My name is anishkumar g s and i have booked to refill my bp gas cylinder nearly 1 month ago in poorna gas agencies, udiyankulangara, neyyattinkara, trivandrum. I haven't received the cylinder yet and yesterday i got a message like the order is cancelled because the customer is not available. I am available throughout and they haven't reached out to me. This is the second time they are doing the same to me and this is not acceptable. I am running out of gas now in this rainy season and this will force me to switch the provider.                                     My consumer no 85022503. I have placed refill order thrice but till now i did not received refill cylinder. Now my gas has been finished and everyday me and my family is eating outside. When i approached to agency office they gave me distributor number and not provided the solution. My order no.'s 57422, 64636 and 75475. I gave complaint in online forum with complaint no 2178639 but nothing has happened. Can anyone provide grievance cell number?

                                      Greetings
                                      I would like to place a complaint about the petrol bunk operating by ar dhamodhar mudiyilar and co. At trichy trunk road in villupuram town, tamil nadu. Today evening at about 5.30pm i went to that bunk to fill nitrogen air to my two wheeler. No staff was available at the nitrogen machine to help me with it, and the machine is not user friendly to operate. None of the vendors helped me with it even though they were seeing my inconvenience of operating it. I was standing there for about ten mins at last a vendor came i requested him to fill air for me in my vehicle but he deliberately said me that no air is there in the wheel so the machine could not fill it. I don't understand the logic reason behind it. I said him that i came in by riding the vehicle and once the wheel was connected to the machine the air was sulked and the wheel was deflated. He deliberately refused to fill air to my vehicle and i was forced to take my vehicle from the bunk by walk.in this connection i lodge the following complaint:

                                      Why a vendor was not appointed for that machine.
                                      Is there and reason to fill the air by the customer itself.
                                      I feel it is a pure service deficiency
                                      I asked for the complaint book to write to a complaint but the staff refused to give it.
                                      There is no display board depicting whom to complaint.

                                      I request you to reply for my complaints with in seven days

                                        My surname spelling is wrong as per your record. My surname right spelling is vaghela but as per your record mention is vagehla thatswhy i have lots of complain race by on line from my bharat gas login id. But not a solve, than i contact to ahmadabad office and discuss with manisha madam and share to him all details so she advise to me like contact to mehsana office. Than i contact mehsana office by phone to mr, rakeshbhai so he say to me coming on office than i goes to office and written application given to him according to my quarry. (26/8/2017) but yesterday mr. Amit bhai and rakeshbhai say to me like pay rs.1000 something than solve your problem. So i told to him why i am paying than thos are tell to me like submit your subsidy refind than solve your problem. And say to me your surname spelling change in your old connetion during your transfering from ankleshwar to mehsana. So again i tell to them, like when i issue bharat gas at that time i submit my election card and as on my election card my surname spelling is right. Like vaghela not a vagehla. Than why i am pay. So till date my problem is not solved so agian i request to you please try to undersatnd and solved the quarry. This is only request not a complaint for any perticuale person. (My concern is one and only like as on my document my surname is correct than why i am pay extara money for that)
