    I have consumer no - 7185 from distributor code - 117645 (Bharat gas). I have submitted my adhar no & bank a/c to gas supplier and bank as well.
    Till 2015 i have recieved subsidy in my bank a/c but from last one year subsidy does not credited by govt in my a/c.
    Distributor is not providing satisfactory reply, plz do needful to credit my subsidy.

      Between 7 :15 to 7:30 am
      I took a Tamil news paper and I was taking the English paper too . The pump person said take one, in a soft voice but when I gave him a feedback that try to put bord saying take one since it will be good, some time the customer will get angry or upset but he keep on saying something but not interested in taking my suggestions. I filled my tank for 1500rs and my dad got angry and he threw the paper on his face and left so now who side is Wrong????

        My consumer no is 3613, i have not received subsidy since nov 16, as i was told that i have opted out for the same, which is not correct, any how, i was told to submit fresh document again, which i have submitted thrice, unfortunately i m still waiting for the same. No one is responding properly at your agency outlet or customer care no. Hence m requesting your good selves to do the needful at the earliest. Thanks in anticipation.

              Hi,

              I have taken new gas connection with single cylinder on 07-Aug-2017 and by that time I did not have hot plate (gas stove) with me. I informed them same and they said no problem sir, once u get hot plate we will send our boy to inspect and install. I got hot plate on 09-Aug-2017 and I have informed them on phone about same and requested to send boy for installation and inspection as they have charged 300rs for that while giving connection. They were not sending their person and replying rudely as well and carelessly saying if you want to complain also you can do, like that they were talking. I think this confidence is because of BPCL only. If they are strong on distributors, they will work properly. I want to file a complaint on both gas agency and BPCL. Both are culprits here. What would be the situation if anything happens without inspection If I use hot plate and it has leaks and any explosion happens. Is this the safety gas agency and BPCL assuring for the public? Here are the gas agency details.

                  bharat gas kyc verification is under process from so many day.

                  Sir, i have applied for new bharat gas connection with request id[protected] dated 04 aug 17. All the required document have been uploaded successfully. On checking the status, it is still showing, the document verification is under process. I want to know how much time it will take to verify for kyc (Multiple connection). Please verify the kyc as soon as possible, so that i go further for online payment.

                  Hello, my name is sachin, i stay in osmanabad district 413501, so the main central petrol pump here is suryakant petrol pump which is located near shivaji chowk, opposite to lovely mobile shop. So this is concerned a situation that the petrol pump is closed by the workers before 10 pm, and their behaviour is ignorant and rude if anybody goes their even when its half hour before 10 pm, they choose their own convenient time to close the pump and close the gates. Even if anybody goes there while that exact closing time, even if the pump is on there, they won't fill your tank, they just send you off saying the pump is closed, go... They won't care if you ran out of petrol they won't care if you are in an emergency they won't care if you are elder person they just care to close as per their convenience and get drunk.
                  The second concern is that the petrol they fill lasts very less time, which means that there is something fishy going on with the pump electronics.
                  There are no much complaints about this because who has the knowledge where to complaint and how to complaint. But this dictatorship needs to end, and the petrol must be available for a longer time, its a very essential commodity and it should be available 24 hours.

                    Incident happened in bharat gas, revathi agencies, hafeezpet, hyderabad.

                    The delivery person is so rude and he is kind of shouting. There was error in address from their end and he is so rude to me for that mistake.

                    He is showing some other frustation on me. He called me from [protected]. He is from revathi agenies, phone number[protected]/9.

                    The person who called me is complete non professional. He should be penalized for harassing customer.

                      Sir maine gas book kiya tha uske detail ka potho upload kiya hai. Problem yeh hai ki gas deliverd nahi hua hai our status mai deliverd bata raha hai. Is liye maine tollfree no. Per complain bhi kiya hai. C/no:-2087761.
                      Is ke pahle 7 july 2017 ko book kiya tha jo automatic cancel ho gaya hai. Our mujhe kaha ja raha hai ki aapka gas urgent base par dilivery hogi aap nishcint rahy. Aaj mere gher par gas nahi hai mai kya karu aap boliye. Servies dena kiska kaam hai aapka, ya vo bhi hame maang kar lena hoga.

                      Aap chek kar sakty hai. Same complain may 2017. Ko kiya tha jiska koi feedback call nahi aaya.

                        It is to inform you that it is a frequent promblem with my distributor in providing the gas cylinders through booking. When asked for the reason for such delays he has excuses like inadequate supply of cylinders or unavailability of deliverymen. Sometimes the cylinders are delivered after more than 10 days of booking.
                        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                          The worst customer services i ever experienced.. I went directly to the agency and asked to replace my gas cylinder which he gave he took payment as well but he said he cannot give me receipt for that when i said why for no reason he started arguing with me and when i asked wat abt my subsidy will it b transfered to bank account he got angry n said only one work can b done either ull get cylinder now or book it n get the delivery tomorrow n even the delivery boys they demand 20/- to deliver but for wat they get paid to do that y pay extra.. The owner of this agency does he actually goes through our complaints or no... I want a reply for my complaint..

                            I am a sr citizen of 78 yrs old and stay at bibwewadi, pune. I get lpg cylinder from pusham gas agency, distributor code is 112243. I booked the cylinder on 27/7/2017 and transferred rs 557 on, 28/7/2017 @9:45 hrs from sbi bibwewadi branch. The cylinder is delivered today i. E.31/7 at about 1300hrs and again the distributor collected the amount of rs 562 under his invoice no 81250 dated 28/7/2017 on the plea that the amount is not received. My sbi account is already debited on 28/7/17 itself.
                            Please refund my amount with out any delay

                              [censored]aldevi gas agency nanded issued a cylinder under pradan mantri ujjwala yojana scheme on 25th june 2017 (Cash memo no: 478). They have not issued the regulator even after visiting many times their office and not answering properly. They are saying that if you come again we will take back the given cylinder also. Is this the way the gas agency talk to the customer who desperately needed the gas connection under pmuj. Please take strict action against such gas agency by cancelling the license.

                                  Sir, i have always wondered when i fill petrol for rs 200 in my tvs wego, i everytime felt that i get filled only upto rs 150 or less.

                                  Further, i faced 3-5 times that when i ask them to fill for rs 200, they will simply fill for rs 50 then say that they are sorry that they heard it wrong and they try to fill rest amount of rs 150. Please sir its a request please go and verify whether they are serving their customer genuinely or robbing of their money.

                                    Distributor is forcefully taking extra money from the first time only. Previously, i was not aware about the exact price of cylinder as they do not give the payment slip also. Now a days i realised that every time they are charging around rs 100 extra but still i am not getting home delivery. On 14.07.2017, i have booked a cylinder through ivrs and on 18.07.2017, i have lodged a complaint (Complaint reference no: 2050057) through ivrs only. Now, there is no action taken against my complaint and booking status is still showing pending.
                                    I am eagerly expecting for a positive action on my complaint against my distributor as because they are stealing money from all the customer and cheating us without any service.
                                    Please help us on the above mentioned issue as because i am lodging this complaint on behalf of every customer of my distributor.
