Everytime we book a cylinder we are told by the agency that there is supply shortage. It takes more than a month for the cylinder to come. Agency says problem is only for their agency. Kolkata bharat bhawan no. Goes unanswered. Starngely on contacting national helpline, they say that the booking i'd via sms is updated with status that payment not received!!

I will use my petro card regularly filling petrol in bharat petrol pumps and that will be always in my car, unfortunately lost that one surprisingly. I have lost my petro card bearing no: cu[protected]. Requesting to issue me duplicate card at an early date other wise i will lost my all petro bonus points. My user id: bharat2801

This is to inform you once again (I. E. More than 15 times) that i have not yet received gas subsidy. The details are as under -
1) order no.236825, dt.12.02.2017 and cylinder delivered on 14.2.2017, cm no.289463, consumer no.14328, dgcc no.10522831
2) order no.45582 dt.10.06.2017 and cylinder on 13.06.2017, cm no.59070, consumer no.14328, dgcc no.10522831.
In spite of several complaints, i have not received the gas subsidy of the above-mentined bookings.
You are requested to look into the matter and transfer the subsidy to my bank account immediately.

Now days we have observed that consumer of bharat petroleum against lpg they are not receive time subsidy. Today morning i have dial to m/s j b jag & sons at alibag ([protected]) for my consumer no as 37988 lpg gas subsidy. Assign staff is told me that you have again require to submit adhar card copy, lpg book copy etc. I am very surprise for the same because more than 5 times we have given to them. Also they are given us acknowledment copy. Then why again require for the same? I have already given the same to state bank of india, alibag branch. They also link my adhar card. For same. Upto last time i have receive lpg subsidy then why suddenly stop?

My consumer number is 83667790 and i am holding my gas account in sai bharat gas, chandan nagar-pune.
Other details is my i have linked my aadhar number to above gas agency and to my icici bank as well but still it is showing error that aadhar number is not shown in npci database. Myself has updated my aadhar details to my bank account.
Please look into this matter and resolve this asap. And make me eligible for getting lpg subsidy.

Hi, i have applied for a new connection on dated[protected] through online (Ebharat). I submitted docs at gas agency. I am not able to get the one time password in my registered mob number or my mail. I got the message like otp limit exceeded. So kindly check my concern. Req id: 39378117

I am aniruddha meena having consumer id 63892965.
I have been transferred my gas connection from sambalpur odisha to chennai but problem raise when i come to chennai and i have visited sri sathya sai gas service.
When they have put my tv no. And distributer code in system that showing kyc not submited or multiple connection.
But i don't have multiple connection.
I have visited bpcl distributor 4 time but no solution.
Please help me

मै मुकेश यादव Gas Consumer नम्बर 65034921 LPG ID नंबर[protected], शिकायत दर्ज करवा रहा हू, पिछले 7-8 महीने से सब्सिडी का एक भी रुपया मेरे बैंक खाते में नहीं आया है, इसलिए श्री मान जी से निवेदन है कि जल्दी इस समस्या का समाधान करें, क्योंकि मेरा आधार नम्बर और खाता पहले से ही गैस एजेंसी और बैंक दोनों से ही जुड़ा हुआ है.

Bank a/c no: [protected] - union bank, opponakkara street, coimbatore, tamil nadu.
Bank account & aadhar linked with gas agency.
Till 16.05.16, subsidy amount received through the above bank. But after words the subsidy amount was sent to a different bank, where i am not having an account at present. For the past 5 cylinder's subsidy is pending for me.
I would like to have the subsidy amount to be sent to union bank account number mentioned above.

Babu Sait, consumer no. 2705, Nirmala gas agency, kurnool city, land line number.[protected], I received my gas as on 06/07/2017, but the route boy used vulgar language and take Rs. 40/- excess amount and they told you have complaint any where, please take these types of boys for immediate action and action will be taken some time in agency also. I m prakash dhondu gayakwad using bharat gas, consumer number is 73870896 for last 1 and half yr... But till now i did not get subsidies. As i complaint to agency fm where i drown they suggested to link adhar so linked even then i did not get.

In view of the above i would like to request u to deposit/return my balance subsidies.

I am shobha lohokare . I have not recived subsidy in my account . I am from mumbai . My gas agency name is anand gas service . Kurla west mumbai 400070. Consumer no 3960. My mob .no is [protected]. I have already all prosses my saving ac at dena bank.i also submitted aadhar card in bank.i visit anand gas agency 5 times but they are not solve my problem.Please send my subsidy in my account .

I had booked gas 4 days ago but so far I have not received feedback.I got the message of the booking but delivery has not yet received the message.Does It Keep Your Bharat Gas Service.Until yesterday I did not get the cylinder, I will disconnect and will file a case against you.so please call my number and give you proper response

It is happning since last so many years. The agency staff is harashing me i am a senior citizen. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

My consumer number is 22869, Sreeraman nair K., Residing in Trivandrum, I am keeping gas connection with venus gas peroorkada, trivndrum. The delivery boy is asking 50-100 rupees as delivery charge for each cylinder. I complaint this to the Manager so many times. But there is no action has been taken yet.

As i am relocating to a different city i went to the distributor to check the procedure for surrendering the present connection. I was informed that i have to bring the cylinder and regulator to the distributor own my own arrangement and surrender the same. When the connection was taken the security deposit was collected and regulator was given by hand. The cylinder was delivered at home at a later date. I can't understand when i am surrendering my connection why can't the distributor collect the cylinder from my home. It is very disheartening to see such a customer service from a reputed organization. The distributor expects the customer to carry the cylinder and return the same at his office. If this is the case then why keeping people for delivery and collection of cylinders and laying them wages. The loyalty to the customer should not end if he is surrendering the connection, after all i have been using the connection for past two years. The actual face of the organization is only revealed when i am about to surrender my connection and ask for the refund of security deposit. I want some serious desicion to be taken on this matter and the issue should be resolved. Such kind of policy if though exist should be reviewed for better satisfaction of the customers.

I had a poor experience with mangalmurti gas today due to their mis-communication. I had to finally take my bike to bring home my cylinder from their office due to urgency. The delivery people are rude and they do not hesitate to fight with customer. The office person do not bother of their customer problems and they are careless at their work. They do not communicate...

I, g. Narender, consumer no is 20712854 submit that i have changed my address to h. No.5-3-28/81/1, plot no 81, sai nagar, veda patashala back side near rns dream homes, boduppal, hyderabad, pin 50092, and intimated vide complaint no 1905350 dt[protected]. I booked for lpg cylinder vide booking order reference no 31542 dt[protected] but cylinder not delivered. The same is intimated vide complaint reference no 1985925 dt[protected]. Till to day lpg cylinder is not delivered by distributor. Kindly change my distributor from bharath gas to hp gas distributor at nacharam "x" road.

Earlier whenever i tried with the help of staff at outlet., the system was not accepting, the outlet staff requested me, to try next time. Recieved sms to contact on[protected] to verify the registered address for dlivery of the redemption voucher. Since 22/06/17 tiil date this no: is busy. Today on 25/06/2017, i got connected, but after few seconds again got disconnected. I am furnishing my address, habeeb mohammed, h. No:8-2-178/18, akbar darbar, ground floor, panjagutta, hyderabad, telangana, -82. Plz send the redemption voucher and oblige me.
