I want to inform you that t have not received gas supply on time from timarpur old Delhi since July 2016. I am very upset and dissatisfied by their service like No home delivery on time.i called so many time but they are not responding my call. I m a single mother and have four children. My husband is in army and he is out of home. I had lots of problem on gas supply. So I humbly requesting you to consider this letter as my complain and it would be grateful if you take strict action on it as soon as possible. Waiting for your kind reply. Thanking you

Location: Metro service station(Bharat Petroleum and Indian Oil Petrol Pump), Vanijya Bhavan, Kankaria, Ahmedabad-380022.
Total cheater ! first they told me to look at the start point while filling fuel and then some other guy came to talk to me and try to distract me in between. But just then I found out that the numbers on machine went from 382 to 500rs. directly !!! so when I objected that and they knew that I've seen it so for defending, he said, "Sir, nozzle is touched to it's capacity and therefore it happened(And truth was, my tank was empty at that time and it has 12 liters capacity, so they lied to me). no worry sir...we'll refill the rest !!!"
Just In case, If I did not have focused on the petrol meter then I might have cheated !!! It's a Petrol Scam !!! Kindly look into this. There can be many more like this.

Some staff in petrol bunk near indira park, Hyderabad are misbehaving with the customers . So please take my compliant seriously. Some staff are speaking to the customers in a rash manner. And the owner is also supporting the staff. I needed a moral support from your side.so pls take this issue forward and punish the concerned staff in accordance with the law

Sir i am regular customer of bpcl petrol pump saraipali dist. mahasamund raipur sir in saraipali sohanlal petrol pump the quality of petrol is not good they are mixing kerosene oil in petrol they are not well behaved with customer in night they are also refused to give speed petrol in saraipali there are five petrol pumps of other companies also indian oil pump in mahalpara saraipali there is also impurities in petrol they are all not giving pure petrol in bpcl petrol pump there is not free air also they always refused to give free air . for pure petrol we have to travel 35 km far from saraipali in odisha border company petrol pump of bpcl they are giving good quality of petrol and free air they are best company petrol pump is best in comparision of private petrol pumps of saraipali so i request you to check the petrol pumps of saraipali bpcl and indian oil too suddenly any time and you found impurities in petrol so pls pay attention and farward this complaints to higher authourities too . thanks

My consumer no 887.I booked on 09.03. 2017 booking no222702.still now not deliver though my2ndcylinder was empty . Always they take near about 50 days from booking date, also their van puller does not carry weight machine .
Distributor name_code. Shyama. 461872.Every month facing this problem and every month they deliver cylinder after personally visit and asking about booking position to shyama gas distributor.

I am staying ANDUL STATE-W.B, DIST. -HOWRAH, and I got a gas cylinder on 28th March. This cylinder has leakage which we saw later. Now when we informed the office still there hasnt been any replacement till date. I have got fed up of calling the person.No action is been taken till date.This is annoying and resiky. Have kept the cylinder in outdoor since its very risky.

I did not receive gas, but I receive messages (SMS) gas delivered. Even I receive SMS stating the subsidy amount is deposited into my account. This is happening for the past several times. I personnally visited and made complaints, but of no use. Then I gave complaint in writing too, but no action was taken. Even I copied my complaint to regional office, chennai.

Today evening i go for diesel filling in my car and ask to the boy for diesel filling of Rs.1000- but because of negligence and BP careless system he fill petrol in my car. now my car have much damage in engine and i also lost the warranty of my car.
and now bharat petroleum not concern about it. i request to you please help.

i have all so pay the cylinder cost via online for fast some months it is very easy and use full for my transactions.during this periods distributor and their delivery persons not like this type of transactions these persons advise to me only cash and demand rs.50 extra cost of every cylinder.in between such of the on line pay mode is deactivate in my user kindly advice to the distributor solve this issue as soon as possible

I am consumer of BPCL bearing Consumer No 42558055 in the name of St Sheela Singh r/o Manjhwey Kothi Rang Bahadur Road P.S. Kotwali Gaya -823001. Due to bhandaara on occasion of Chaath Puja I need an urgent supply of gas. That vide Booking dated 23:03:17 the gas was booked but in spite of several reminders and request the gas was not delivered and the Person named Sri Dilip and other vendors are demanding extra for smooth delivery of the supply. At present the consumer urgently need gas delivery
