I am consumer of BPCL bearing Consumer No 42558055 in the name of St Sheela Singh r/o Manjhwey Kothi Rang Bahadur Road P.S. Kotwali Gaya -823001. Due to bhandaara on occasion of Chaath Puja I need an urgent supply of gas. That vide Booking dated 23:03:17 the gas was booked but in spite of several reminders and request the gas was not delivered and the Person named Sri Dilip and other vendors are demanding extra for smooth...

Toll Free No [protected], after taking all the recorded details, kept me waiting for almost 5 minutes & still no executive came on line on 27/3/2017 around 5.55 pm. Finally I dropped the phone. Most of the time this no is found engaged & when I was able to connect, I met the above problem. THIS IS SERIOUS as there is no call back system from your end....

I have booked Refile on 12/03/2017. my Booking no.112976. Refile till date not provided from Arun gas agency Nagpur. my Consumer no. 16004.it is creating very inconvenience for us to manage. We have double cylinder but before my double cylinder/second cylinder also becomes empty I request to kindly arrange for delivery of my refile cylinder. Thanking you for your kind attention....

Sir, i booked gas cylinder on 20/03/2017 and i Received gas cylinder on 21/03/2017 .i have paid full amount Rs741 . now yet i have not received subsidy amount in my account. please send subsidy amount . i also have linked Aadhar card no. in my account.

I am Rahul Srivastava from new Ashok nagar (Delhi) as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake I am wrongly clicked Give up subsidy march 2017. i am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor but they told there is no option to change. Pls inform further...

Whenever I book cylinder online. Amount gets deducted from my bank account but bharat gas never provide receipt or acknowledgment for the payment made. Made complaint more than 5 times but never received any solution....

My old conection no.2166 Raja gas service canceld on MAY 2016 &Termination voucher date. My aadhar card no.[protected] link with this old conection i request to Raja gas service many time for unlink my aadhar from this old conection.
I take new conection from KHINYAW INDANE GAS Agency (siddhartha nagar) cosumer no.[protected] so pls.link my aadhar no.with this new conection...

From past 4-5 months, i always see that people who comes with bike/scooty to refill fuel, they dont make a single line at the petrol pump. I have regularly complaint the manager of the petrol pump, but no action been taken.

When people make queue for cinema tickets, jio sim, hospital, railway station, why cant the manager of petrol pump strict / request people to follow queue.

So i was contact with bharat gas ltd office candidate and discuss issue but she told me. Go to your bank and kindly check your a/c linked with aadhaar. I was going to bank and checked my ac detailes. Bank cashier told me your aadhaar have already updated. So i was come back bharat gas ltd office...

Maine dt. 26/2/17 ko & 15/3/17ko lpg refill book kiya. Refill cylinder delivered ka SMS 27/2/17 & 15/3/17 bpcl ki taraf se mujhe mila. Subsidy bhi 1/3/17 & 17/3/17 ko credit hui hai.
But mujhe aaj dt 22/3/17 tak 2 mense ek bhi refill cylinder dealer ne nahi diya.

Recently on 11/03/2017 I have transferred gas connection to Mangalam Bharat GAs Agency Noida Uttar Pradesh, I have paid 3300 Rs.
Now I did not get subsidy of Rs 478, I called to gas agency for the same
but they do not want to listen.
Please help me to get rid of this asap.
