M/s Shakti gas agency insisting to inspect gas stove from them only, other wise they stop supply of gas to consumre. Same is happened with me. Is agent has authority to do so? Even they are not giving camomplaint book to consumer. Purposely they have appointed ladies staff Which is very flippant. Now I am without gas cylinder. BPCL shoud take disceplanery action against company. It is true Shri Narendra Modi alone can not improve india.

      Hi, Last month I tranferred my Bharat gas connection (Consumer#[protected] from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam, Here I visited the nearby Bharat gas, Satya Sri Charan Gas Agency, Chinagantyada) 5 times every time they are giving different reasons even yesterday they confirmed to come today and when I went there they are saying regulatory is not avalable so we cann't give you. For your information I am a private employee for gas transfer only I have take 5 half-day leave which really frustrate me and my family. I have one kid and every day from last one month we are taking meal outside because of this reason.
      It would be agreat help if you help us to resolve the issue or guide us what to do. I am planning to drop a message to petroleum minister regarding this.

        I have book gas cylinder on 8 Feb now more than one week but cylinder not delivered. It's very bad service we all time facing problem like that . my custom number is 59331410 ...
        I give you office number you call there and ask what they reply[protected], [protected]. They always told come here and take cylinder we unable to deliver some time they deliver more than 15 days . it's not far but they always do that .. Please take any action...

        How it's showing complaint resolved .. You not take any action. I was book complain 15 minutes ago . cylinder not delivered and you change status as resolved... Please Open complaint again ...

              I booked my gas cylinder on 26.01.2017, vide refill booking no. 99294, but i did not receiving delivery till date. i called many time on office no.[protected], given on gas copy. but they did not pick up any phone call in whole day. gas delivery always delayed. very bad experience with them. I totally disappointed with this. please note it, and solve the problems

                On 10 frbruary 2017, I booked LPG cylinder under subsidized connection. It has been more than 2 days, i haven't received any amount. The portal under Subsidy status showsSubsidy Confirmation not received from bank yet, even i have linked aadhar number in my bank account also.
                Please note my connection is subsidised.

                      I am a consumer of BHARAT GAS & having a GAS Connection since 2012 and connection No. 53650940 alloted the address is H.No. 117, Bagdola sec- 8 Dwarka New Delhi-110075 .

                      Recently i have change the my house and i went to the concerened ageny for change my address . The ageny address is SUPER CARE GAS AGENCY ( Bharat Petrolium Company ) G-1, palam Extn., sec-7 Dwark, New Delhi-110045.

                      I went the agency several times but they are not attend me properly and not taken my request regarding this, and they are misbeahved with me and threten.

                      So sir i am a very poor man & request you to please consider my request & change my address as soon as possible & deliver the cylender my present addrees . My present address is as under :

                              This complaint is against bharat gas (Akshay gas agency, bhayandar distribution) a subsidiary of bharat petroleum.

                              Recently they have started laying gas pipes around mira road and bhayandar east.

                              For some reason the delivery guys have instructions of taking a picture of the consumers gas and stove, i don't know why, but an employee follows instructions, i understand this. My problem was the delivery entered my home without saying anything and started pictures, this is unprofessional and to be honest aggrevating.

                              All i need from those employees is they tell me why the need the picture not barge into my home uninvited.

                              I called his manager to complaint about this, his number is available on request, i don't want to throw someone's number in a public forum like this.

                              The problem with this was the manager was rude until i spoke with him very harshly, the manager just said, they have been instructed to take pictures, like that gives them the right the get inside someone's home without saying anything

                              I'd like to ask, is this your company policy? Go wherever you want and know your boss has your back.

                              Absolutely disrespectful. Finally if you are going to just say the agency is 3rd party and we are not responsible or take action, tell me why you chose them as partners?

                                I have applied for new Bharat gas Connection online on 26th January, 2017 and have sublitted all the revelant documents in the portal. Its have been 12 days but still the online status shows as New connection request No 33840112 is under document verification process.

                                Please suggest how many days it will take to get the verification process completed so that I can get the connection and gas at the earliest.

                                      Petrol pump employee to fill up petrol for 500 rs and they will stop filling petrol after rs 100 only. When you say that you have asked for 800 rs then they will say sorry or something like could not hear... and they will restart fueling petrol and they will make sure their body is in such a position so that you can not see the meter when they restart fueling and this time they will stop at 400 rs reading when you say something then they will say sir I set the meter at zero after first time fueling of 100 rs so this time added for 400 rs only.
