Sir I chetan jalota I have a connection in bharat gas distributer prakash bharat gas sahibabad gzb up sir my mobile number is change and I have submitted mobile number change application form in distributer office but my mobile number is not change till now sir I am suffering from lots of problem due to LPG gas sir my new number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com sir please change my mobile number as soon as possible...

Bank a/c no [protected], con no 58214000, biplab kumar barman, ifsc code sbin0015951. After bank seedling complete, subsidies amt are not deposit in my a/c

I booked my gas cylinder on 26.01.2017, vide refill booking no. 99294, but i did not receiving delivery till date. i called many time on office no.[protected], given on gas copy. but they did not pick up any phone call in whole day. gas delivery always delayed. very bad experience with them. I totally disappointed with this. please note it, and solve the problems

On 10 frbruary 2017, I booked LPG cylinder under subsidized connection. It has been more than 2 days, i haven't received any amount. The portal under Subsidy status showsSubsidy Confirmation not received from bank yet, even i have linked aadhar number in my bank account also.
Please note my connection is subsidised.

My gas consumer number is 30388.Recently I have changed my house.To deliver to my new adress the distributor M/S.Harikrishna ent are demanding Rs.60 extra or I have to take delivery from their godown.please help

I am a consumer of BHARAT GAS & having a GAS Connection since 2012 and connection No. 53650940 alloted the address is H.No. 117, Bagdola sec- 8 Dwarka New Delhi-110075 .

Recently i have change the my house and i went to the concerened ageny for change my address . The ageny address is SUPER CARE GAS AGENCY ( Bharat Petrolium Company ) G-1, palam Extn., sec-7 Dwark, New Delhi-110045.

I went the agency several times but they are not attend me properly and not taken my request regarding this, and they are misbeahved with me and threten.

So sir i am a very poor man & request you to please consider my request & change my address as soon as possible & deliver the cylender my present addrees . My present address is as under :

Hi, I have applied for a new connection on dated[protected] through Online(ebharat). I submitted online docs. I am not able to get the One Time Password in my registered mob num or my mail. I got the msg like OTP limit Exceeded. So kindly check my concern. Req Id: 33801367 Mob num: [protected]

I booked my gas cylinder on[protected]. and until now i havent received my gas cylinder yet, my reference number is 97203 and my consumer account number is C-249 ! we cant even complaint on customer support service as landline phone number is not picked by HLRDC. hoping to deliver my gas cylinder soon ! thank you !

This complaint is against bharat gas (Akshay gas agency, bhayandar distribution) a subsidiary of bharat petroleum.

Recently they have started laying gas pipes around mira road and bhayandar east.

For some reason the delivery guys have instructions of taking a picture of the consumers gas and stove, i don't know why, but an employee follows instructions, i understand this. My problem was the delivery entered my home without saying anything and started pictures, this is unprofessional and to be honest aggrevating.

All i need from those employees is they tell me why the need the picture not barge into my home uninvited.

I called his manager to complaint about this, his number is available on request, i don't want to throw someone's number in a public forum like this.

The problem with this was the manager was rude until i spoke with him very harshly, the manager just said, they have been instructed to take pictures, like that gives them the right the get inside someone's home without saying anything

I'd like to ask, is this your company policy? Go wherever you want and know your boss has your back.

Absolutely disrespectful. Finally if you are going to just say the agency is 3rd party and we are not responsible or take action, tell me why you chose them as partners?

I have applied for new Bharat gas Connection online on 26th January, 2017 and have sublitted all the revelant documents in the portal. Its have been 12 days but still the online status shows as New connection request No 33840112 is under document verification process.

Please suggest how many days it will take to get the verification process completed so that I can get the connection and gas at the earliest.

On 24th january 2017, I booked LPG cylinder under subsidized connection. It has been more than 10 days, i haven't received any amount. The portal under Subsidy status shows Not applicable, even i have linked aadhar number in my bank account also.

Sir, my cosumer no. is 54833654 in my name Akhilesh kumar and my registered mob. no. is [protected]. I have booked my cylender on 25th of jan 2017. Today is 05th of feb 2017. I called to agency at regular basis and reply was all the same that sir next day ur cylinder will be delivered. I assure u. My cylender has not yet delivered. I am frusteting now. I want you to plz take a legal action against him. Agency name is Surya Gas Agency near krishna mandir, najafgarh, new delhi.

Petrol pump employee to fill up petrol for 500 rs and they will stop filling petrol after rs 100 only. When you say that you have asked for 800 rs then they will say sorry or something like could not hear... and they will restart fueling petrol and they will make sure their body is in such a position so that you can not see the meter when they restart fueling and this time they will stop at 400 rs reading when you say something then they will say sir I set the meter at zero after first time fueling of 100 rs so this time added for 400 rs only.

I face very poor response from HLDR Bharat Gas Agency hisar ( my tel no: +91 [protected]) consumer no 59522518, booking no 100009 every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. when i taking with gas distributor name Somebeer mobile no [protected] at 11:05 am he said he come at Vita boot MIN.sec. hisar at time 1:00 pm mini. sectrate hisar my addres is Min. sec. D-block 18 dated 28/01/017 and 4/02/017 but at time 1:00 pm he off his mobile no but i waited there till 4:00 pm and gas delivery was not found and also he said that the gas suply was not deliver from 2-3 weeks, he con't give the delivery at home. he take the money to delivery at home but he also refuse to delivery . i suffer a lot of problem due this above delivery person mobile no [protected]. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.

i hope you take the action against this and he do his duty better .

CHEATING PETROL PUMPS IN BHUBANESWAR AND CUTTACK.

1.BHUBANESWAR CHANDRASEKHARPUR BHARAT PETROLEUM (it has SUBWAY and IN & OUT shopping complex)
Incident of 25 January 2017 afternoon.
I and my brother took motorcycle for refuelling to the extreme left counter if you come from kalinga hospital side, told rs.200 plain petrol to Mr.x, my brother went to pay in credit card with his partner Mr.y.while he was refuelling he told the inside aspect of my petrol tank lock has been affected by rust and he told me to put oil.i saw my lock and then went to focus on meter, he act fumbled to search for used up 2t oil pouch for give me to apply it on my lock as a good Samaritans.Then he took out the the nozzle and I went forward. In the same time my brother was duped to use the low battery pos machine, he swiped three times due to low battery transaction failed. Then Mr.x told Mr.y and my brother to go to other pos machine. Mark my words refuelling my bike from left side of machine, Mr.x looking to right side of machine, telling rust thing, duping and making my brother busy in pos machine all are game plan.
My few other friends complained the same "if you miss to see the meter e.g if you say rs.300, you are seeing meter from 1 to 100rs, then if you move your eyes a sec, they will skip and will make meter reading to rs.300".they will talk with you as if they are your kin and kith and relatives, well wisher. I inserted keys to my bike, but fuel indicator didn't rise corresponding to the amount filled.I Looked back and saw rs.20 on the meter.I am riding this bike since 11(eleven) calendar years.I know how much it ll rise.The machine has 4(four) nozzle, two on each side, he was refuelling from left and was seeing right machine.i was wearing a sports helmet so my vision was obscured partly.THEY ARE DELIBERATELY CHEATING.

2.PETROL PUMP BESIDES ISKCON temple, Near crp crossing. The pump is on left hand side before ISKCON temple if you come from crp side.

Just move your eye and they ll skip to your said amount.
In cuttack too same techniques of "lock re junk lagijaichi, tela lagao". As I and my brother are class 1 officer in H & FW DEPT of government of odisha, we didn't created a scene. Had we been a normal person we would hav thrashed them black and blue.we are taking up the case to new Delhi don't worry as we are social activist. You may hope to see us on print and electronic media soon.

Please alight down from your bike or car slowly, open your helmet and keep aside don't haste yourself or by the petrol pump staff, see meter zero, refuel in odd figures like rs.103, rs1007 etc ask print out. See only meter and nothing else even if he says anything.refill in early morning as density is low and gas will not escape when you open the lid of your vehicle tank.Dont refuel while tanker is emptying to underground tank as it makes grime and dust to come up.

In my years of experience rasulgarh petrol pump rahman petrol pump and opposite to it on the other side of road are good in quantity and quality i.e ethical.

For cuttack best refuelling stations

1.Municipality owned petrol pump near high Court,

2.Odisha police owned petrol pump 60 metres left from omp square.bonus is manual old meter of 90's.In these type of meter no chance of tampering, no influence of mobile phone, mobile phone affects electronic filler machine pulser device.

It's your money, watch it.
