i three times complaint to Bharat Gas through online regarding reverse from None Subsidy in LPG to Subsidy category and given a written complaint to distributor along with my original voucher. I have opted OUT OF SUBSIDY on 17 Dec 2014 through online when i was trying to join DBTL. But now i want to get subsidy and join DBTL. Now when i want to join DBTL through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy. Please look into matter an my resolve my issue. My confsumer No. 20214, Distributor Name - Amarjwala Gas Service Allahabad Mob. No. [protected].

    I booked a cylinder on January 23, 2015. I received a sorry message so I called the gas agency and asked about the booking status. The executive asked for the consumer number and I replied to her my consumer number and she said you will receive your gas cylinder within 3 days of time and she dropped the call. After a week again I called to the gas agency and told them that I did not received the gas cylinder yet. For that she replied your bill is in line and you will receive your gas cylinder today and I didn't receive it on that day. Again after a spam for 4 days my mother went to the gas agency and asked about the status of the gas cylinder. For that the executive handled her very harshly and didn't respond her properly and used bad words. Is this the way to treat customers? Then what is customer satisfaction mean? Few details about the gas agency Agency name: Kumaran Gas Agency Note: They treat the customers very harshly. I don't want to entertain this. Please take necessary action on that gas agency.

        Dear sir, I am consumer HARI SHANKAR JAISWAL 15617 of Kt gas agency at azamgarh (UP). The agency deliver gas at own shop/godown. If I want to find gas at own recorded address, he used to cancel my booking. Only four gas deliver in this financial year to me. I booked 3 times in 21/12/2014 to 29/12/12/2014 But no delivery given by him . I again booked on 21/01/2015 booking no[protected] after registered ac no at agency and bank with LPG ID[protected].           Dear Sir, Please note that my consumer ID - 14004 of Bharat Gas and our distributor name is Manglam Gas Agency, Vadodara. Please note that I have a savings joint account with Bank of Baroda with my husband. As in bank pass book my husband name is mentioned first and my name is mentioned second. Regarding obtaining LPG subsidy, during submitting documents, sometime dealer is insisting that my account should be separate. And sometime they insisting, in my bank account, my name should be first. Now, I am confused what to do??? Please let us know is it true??? Please suggest. Further please note that during adhaar card procedure, I have mentioned bank account number of Bank of Baroda. Let us know it is acceptable or not ??? Or I have to open separate fresh bank account for obtaining LPG subsidy. Further please clarify, the bank account should be same as adhaar card which is mentioned earlier during adhaar card procedure ??? Please suggest. Awaiting your reply.                 Respected sir I Santosh Kotwal working as police sub inspector in mumbai police having consumer id no 170647 I applied for name correction at Anand Gas service kurla west mumbai 70 They made the correction but they make mi compulsary to bye 1 kg tea pack of rs 330/-. I also found they they compulsary selling the tea to each costumer comming for new connection ar name change Please take legal action against the agency and please reply Santosh Kotwal [protected]

                  Hi, This is to inform there are many illegal activities (listed below) in association of some members of the M/s Udaynath Bharat Gas openly in our locality (Village :Kantapada Sasan, PS:Niali, Dist.: Cuttack, Odisha: 752103) just 25 km away from state capital. List of illegal activities 1) Number of connections taken without proper verification of documents to sell cylinders in black markets. 2) Frequent gas bookings done on these connections. 3) These booking are being delivered to oneperson(Bibhuti Mishra, S/O: Benudhar Mishra, Village :Kantapada Sasan, PS:Niali, Dist.: Cuttack, Odisha: 752103) on regular basis for profit sharing. 4) Most importantly the delivered gas cylinders being tampered to download gas into empty cylinders and sell with lesser weight that company provides. These are very serious activities which are taking place openly.So requesting take action on immediate effect .Otherwise I will bound to post this complain on other forums to highlight. My sincere request no to disclose my identity to avoid problems and in case any wrong found against above statement please do come back to me.

                    I am vinod shahaji lopkhande a residing at Kalewadi Pune.I have complain against improper and irresponsible behaviour of ratan gas agency, kalewadi, pune. we have booked our cylinder 26 days before and not yet received the delivery.when we call them in office, they told that the cylinder will be delivered in 3-4 days/ they will send delivery with a day or two/ wait for 2-3 days or come & take the cylinder delivery at office. We are frustrated with their this weird behaviour.i clearly doubt that there's malfunctioning of gas cylinder going on in this agency that's why they have shortage of stock for customer.they are selling the cylinders in black for their personal profit, and make the customer suffer . such a insane, stupid, idiotic people are they.

                        i have not received any gas subsidy in my acc. i asked gas agency about this but they said your subsidy has been already transfered in your acc. whose last four digits are XXXXXXXXX7540. but this last four
                        digits account does not belong to me when i verified. i also asked the bank they said there is no
                        subsidy amount in your acc. in this way everytime my gas subsidy transfer in another acc. then how can i

                          Sir, I am a Bharat Gas Consumer & my Adhaar Card has been linked with my distributor and my savings bank account, for which I have received message and also Rs.568/- from the Central Government as subsidy to my bank account. I have booked my gas cylinder on 26/12/2014 through IVRS Phone No: [protected] with my dealer from my mobile No.[protected] and has been allotted a refill booking No.[protected]. My consumer Number is 1369 & my LPG ID is[protected]. The name of my dealer is "Bharat Flame" which is situated at Simla Street, Kolkata-700 006 West Bengal. The telephone number of my dealer is [protected]. Please note, that I have not received my refill cylinder till today and they are saying that I will get the refilled cylinder after one month from the date of booking every month even though I book through mobile IVRS system. It means that I will get the refill cylinder on the 26/01/2015. Kindly note, that my neighbours are getting delivery of refilled cylinder within five days from the date of booking through the IVRS method of booking that has been in use presently. Please note my distributor's code as 461832. I am very harrassed by this distributor and I am being deprived of the facility that the Central Government is giving to all the LPG Consumers by this particular dealer. Please make thorough enquiries whether my cylinder is being supplied to unknown persons other than the actual consumer for higher profits in the black market or other unscrupulous methods of earning undue profit in between these days.                             Sir, I have a LPG Gas connection of Bharat Gas.My Consumer number is 8225 after linkage DBTL 42802988. I have booked refill on dated 30.12.2014 booking number is[protected]. Refill not delivered to us till 20th Jan.2015, after that I have lodge complaint against the Distributor code is 113492 ( Jyoti flame) District Bulandshahr Uttar Pradesh. Complaint No. 404934 dated 20.01.15 customer care person (Aashish) said to resolved problem with in two day.Today (22.01.15) I have received a message form BPCCS your complaint ref.no.404934 is resolved but my refill not delivered to me. When I checked my status on e-bharat site I have found my connection has transfer to other agency with out any information to me. I want to BPCL take action against distributor Jyoti flame (113492) Sikandrabad Bulandshahr. So that distributor think about ten time regarding transfer connection with out inform to consumer. But sorry to inform you that I have not received any intimation regarding my connection from your side. I have booked a complaint in your customer care complant No.372424 on 05.01.2015. After that I have follow up the matter with your customer care so many times but I did not get any supportive response from your side. So I am tottlay dis appointed with the dealing of your company.
