Please refer my earliest complaint no. Reference no: 1331305

Issue has not been resolved yet, i have received single call from shriram gas agency assuring they will resolve the issue immediately, but no action and no response from shriram gas agency pune, you are requesting to take strong action against shriram gas ageny pune.

Also you have closed my earliest complaint reference no: 1331305 even the issue is not resolved.

Details of complaint.

I have purchase new gas connection fron shriram gas agency, sinhgad road, pune, we got new connection after long and continous followup. We got cylinder, regulator & suraksha gas pipe almost one month back but we have not received receipt and passbook yet, we are taking daily follow up by calling and visiting personally, but employees are very arrogant they are not talking in proper manner.

At the time of booking they have been told that we will get gas stove free on rs 3500 booking but while delivering connection they refused to provide free gas stove.

I request concern officials to look into the matter and resolve our isssue.

    One of the fraud filling station (Bharat petroleum) in peerzadiguda, near uppal. Ive asked them to fill 500 worth fuel. First they filled only 100 worth fuel, reset the meter and then the remaining 400. Im sure i didnt get 100 worth fuel. This is a common fraud in most of the fuel stations.     Sir i am mannalal meena, my consumer id 8293 in bharat gas agency, banswara, rajasthan 32700
    I have booked my cylinder on 17/6/2016
    And on 20/6/2016 we recived a message that ur booking has been cancelled kindly rebook it again
    So i have rebooked it on 22/6/2016 and that has againe got cancelled on 27/6/2016... And rebook it again
    So i have rebooked on 27/6/2016 with reference 31022...
    M totally feedup with this service...
    Kindly take strict action against agency in banswara for such poor servics

    M looking to file a case in consumer court against such.. Neglegency...
    Plzz sort out our problm sir

      Dear sir/ mdm,
      my consumer no is 1316. since it is blocked for one year bcs i was not present at home station. i was in ludhiana for one year dye to that reason i m not abl to take gas for long time. so kindly unblock my gas connection.as i mail through gas agency but no reply so far so plz resolve my problem bcs it is too difficult to serve our family.

        I went today to mauli petrol pump in baner and asked for a full tank. The attendant put in rs. 100 and stopped. He says isn't it enough. And i got furious with him and told him to take the nozzle out. It is then he says, no no you asked for full tank, i will fill the thing. What scam is this? Why are they skimming petrol off people. This is not the first time this has happened to me there. I asked once for petrol worth rs 200. He stopped at 50 and then said he misheard. Then he did something and the meter showed 200. But when i was riding away, my fuel indicator showed way less than what it shows when i fill rs 200 petrol at other petrol pumps. Are we to stand by and watch while you steal our hard earned money from us by this deceitful manner? What is this? I should take you to consumer courts!

          We are not getting timely load since last month due to the new sales officer(jitendra Prajapati ).He never pays attention towards his work .We have already informed him that our pump is dry but he don't have any interest for the issue. We are totally disappointed with him and the loading system please do something.The sales officer is very irresponsible please take an action or remove him.we are suffering allot from a month.

            Dear sir & madam, i have purchased gas cylinder from bharat gas distributor located in sadat, saidpur pin code 275204 on 12/04/2016, he has not yet given me any official papers like invoice passbook for refill nor my consumer number. I tried to call many times to owner but he also ignoring my calls and i have refilled the cylinder in last month but subsidy is also not yet credited in my account. Some where i feel that they are harassing me mentally the owner name is mr. Jaiswar. I called him many times but he answered me once and assured that your problem will get resolved in two days but he has not taken any action and now he is not answering my calls. Kindly suggest what step can i take.

              Jay Jyoti gas agency, vejalpur Ahmedaba Gujarat . Customer no 28369 in the name of Mayank n Surati. Adhar card is submitted twice but the gas refill is not delivered. Receiving subsidiary as well but today they have not delivered saying adhar card is not submitted. They r selling off the gas cylinders n doing black marketing. Request u to pls take necessary steps n help the customer

                Dear sir/madame,

                With reference to capitoned matter, i have been not receiving gas subsidy from apr-16 it was blocked on 19.03.2016 without my consent. I have visited to bharat gas distributor-anita gas service situated at virar (W), several times, but they are are not responding and they are not further advicing in the matter. They are also very rude and relucant.

                It is my humble request to release the outstanding subsidy amount and do also transfer the subsidy amount on regular basis in my account details already registered with them. Your quick action in this regard shall be highly appriciated.

                  After my mother death, i have given letter to kanjur gas service on[protected], i am having objection if transfer of this gas connection done without my permission. This gas connection is registered on my room no. 8 and i am not getting cylinders since last jan-15.
                  I am having acknowledged copy of abovementioned letter dtd[protected] with stamp and signature of kanjur gas service.
                  Being given to understand that, above said connection has been blocked without my permission.
                  If you will not regularize my connection immediately. I am going to take further necessary steps. This is for your information and record only.

                    I wish and regret to inform you that i was booked gas on[protected] and they issued on[protected] rs 585 instead of 555. They charge extra rs 30 otherwise they wont put gas for you. Not only this month for each and every months they collecting there extra charge. So kindly i requst you to get out from this type solution and oblige.

                      The lpg cylinder we received this time is too crippled and rusty.Instead of engraving on the metal, the expiry date is handwritten on a white patch on the red cylinder, which has a batch number b-1778. Photo attached.
                      The agency (Devi mookambika agency, payyanur, kannur dist) says they follow the written expiry date therefore cannot be held responsible.

                        Dear sir/medum

                        Im from ahmedabad in hear a cine magic cinema of bpcl but last 20 days hear all moovie show is always off. Nobudy hear a responsible person to handle the situation.
                        Reason - totaly cine magic's cinemas air conditioner (Ac) is off no any one show start hear. We are come hear from 40 to 50 kms and them we come we always saw the board "show off".
                        If you have not to interest about for your cinema buiseness so please tell the public and close your buseness. You have more than sysytem to follow this type problems but not response from any staff. This cinema is in bareja village hear bpcl manager is nagesh sir this person also not intersted in this metter.
                        So please give me satisfied answer.

                          Sir my booking reference number is 25540 and i booked it on[protected] and my reservation git automatically cancelled on[protected]. It occured many times with me my book number is 360 and linked contact number is [protected]. Through which everytime we have to wait for iur gas cylinder because they deliver cylinder with late days around 15 days

                          Never attends our call and their servants who deliver the gas to us is not a good person. He misbehaves with the ladies of our street and dont give us our lpg cylinders on time. Even they sale our bookings in black to get more money. They even charge more from us around rs. 10 to 20. They do misbehave with us. Hope u will solve our problems. We will be very thankfull to you sir 👍

                            Dear sir or madam, this is for your information and immediate action ad couple of hours before i have gor petrol filled of amount 1000 only from filling point no. 3 of a bpcl pump sector 34 at 19:49hrs location of pump added. They have filled petrol of worth 300rs. Only.. When i returned back the guy at 3rd point gor vanished and the leader present girish singh had arogantly asked me "mujhse baat kar" which i refused and asked for the manager.. Ihave startedsearching for the guy n headed towards the offce.. Mr. Rahul of pump snacks shop helped me and shown the way to office. At office gate security didnt allowed me to enter inside n all of asudden the accounts guy rajiv or rajesh appears n refused to give any contact number. I again met rahul and aeaited for complaint book for 50 minites... Later the so called team leader girish singh refused to give any complaint book. As a brand name ofindia we dont aspect such kind of services at pump and want strong action against the culprits.

                              Hey this is rohtash sharma. I want to complain about the subsidy problem. My subsidy has been deactivated by default. I have already complain about it on[protected] and con. No. Is 58641 but no action is taken by anyone. This is a major problem which i m facing. Whenever you read this mail please take action and start my subsidy again. I want to activate my subsidy as soon as possible... I hope you will understand and resolve my problem.. Thank you

                                Cancel aadhar link from old connection or link with new canection

                                I take new canecation given from shriram gas agency rajapur cansumar no.41872287 so pl link my aadhar with this new canection...

                                Place of incident: BEL circle petrol pump (BPCL)

                                The petrol pump attendant started to fill the petrol when the price was Rs. 100. He didn't reset it to zero. When the customer asked, the attendant didn't react to the comment.

                                He was then asked to fill the full tank and the petrol quantity reading exceeded vehicle's full tank by more than a litre. He accepted his mistake then.

                                If it was a one off mistake, he could be excused. If this is a regular practice in this petrol pump, it is best if suitable action is taken to sensitise the attendants towards the damage such malpractices can do to an established brand like Bharat Petroleum.

                                Hope Bharat Petroleum and the attendants continue to serve the customers in the right spirit, like they have been in the decades before.

                                  This is the horrible condition for this agency which is very worst case for all of consumers, agency are treating as a slave. See the complaint no in details. I booked cylinder 16th may still not delivered. Today i got message that due to lack of cylinder, it is not available so i canceled the order.
                                  Now, i am asking you about black sell and extra charge of cylinder. If you want will provide you evidence. Agency boys sells at thella in mohalla on the extra charge and most of the people buy 2-3 cylinder.
                                  Now, asking you why they cancelled my cylinder without any information? Why these people are not agree to deliver at home? What is the deadline to deliver my cylinder? Are we customer or slaves for your agency or bharatgas? Is it right that we will pay money and also we have to suffer from you, why?
                                  Sorry to say can't tolerant these types of activities which affects daily life and suffering. Please resolve this issue permanently unless will escalate it high level.
