I fill 200 petrol for my bike bajaj cd 100 but only 25 km running the bike was dry

When I went to ask for diesel at night, the workers who were on duty were drunk and abusive and abused me and did not give me diesel.

I have replaced my cylinder's regulator and they have charged me 472 rupees and have give me a bill for buying a regular. In the same day I have gone to return the regular but the person how was present in the office said he doesn't know about these things let the owner come.Next day I have gone there again but they refused to return it and said the billing has been done so it cannot be returned.And they are not give me the old regular back and saying this regular belongs to government . I have gone to there office 5 to 6 time in this 3 days still they are not responding. This place is a village area so they are misleading people. I did not receive my Gad and nothing was done and I received a SMS as below mentioning that the case is resolved

Is this the way your complaint team works ? Without even checking or calling me to confirm whether the gas is delivered or not ??

Yesterday in trivandrum I paid ₹450 through bpcl Ufill UPI but the staffs refused to fill. Then I called the pump owner, he told me that they are not taking Ufill and said me to use their QR for payment and the amount paid to Ufill will refund in 24hrs. Since I'm in need I paid another ₹ 450 use their QR. Irony is that the walls and pillars are filled with Ufill advertisements and it will help you to save time and more . My issue is that,...

on 10th we have booked gas cylinder we have not recevied cylinder.hence we have called the gas agency and we have been informed that the cylinder would be delivered on 14th july.
since we have not recevied cylinder till 16th july again we have made call to the gas agency ang he have been informed that since the supplier is not available supply was not made and cylinder would be delivered on the next day.
Again with we have called on 18th july.we have been informed that since we were are having 2 cylinder connection the booking to be made only after 30days.
It is informed that since we have book one day before the booking was cancelled and instruction to book again
we have booked on again 23th(booking no 26225) july.but such why cylinder not delivered to us?
the supplier are not informing about the delivery well in advance the supplies frequently alleging that the door was closed when the come for delivery.that have been charging is Rs 50 in addition to the cost of the cylinder on each delivery.when enquired about
the additional charge.they have been stating it was towards delivery charges.
Hence the following information is required,
1. whether the previous information regarding delivery of cylinder is to be informed by the gas agency
2. what is the time limit for the persion having 2 cylinder to book for new cylinder
3. the jairam bharath gas agency is not freating the customer with respect the services of the jairam gas agency is not good on what basic Distributur is given to jairam gas agency is to given

An expiry LPG cylendar with expiry date tampered is delivered to my house. I am really worried about the safety of my family using the cylinder having full gas.

We tried to book cylinder via app, which was not working for more than two weeks. So we went to distributor and asked to provide cylinder after booking it on the same day. All distributor were making execuses on not providing it on emergency basis but asked us to buy it in black market rate. And when asked for manager number, distributor started shouting and using foul language in kannada.
When asked for his number, he refused to provide and then run away from the office.

There is no direct contact number provided by BPCL to raise such complain. When tried to rate the distributor, they dont provide any option. Need to seriously escalate this issue of rude behavior towards customers.

I did online paymnt using FamPay and my amount also got deducted 50 Rs for ufill but i did not get otp on my mobile kindly help me and send otp to my number or refund my amount,

I have called up customer care and written mails but no response. This is frustrating as there is no good service.

LPG Cylinder home delivery not providing by Gas Agency

My new connection request id for LPG gas in Bharat petroleum is 83147918.So, I have made a payment of rupees 3089 through Bill Desk & also in banking status showing as payment successful but my complain is that is BPCL payment history it is showing as payment failed. So, Kindly update the payment status.

I am attaching the payment confirmation SMS for your reference.

Today morning received an email for having purchased in Ganesh Agency Chennai when I have not availed anywhere
Further I have no card with Bpcl and staying in Chennai
Hence this complaint

I'm koikura kiran from annojiguda, ghatkesar mandal, medchal dist. There was a BPCL petrol bunk in jodimetla today morning 07/21/2022 time 08:15 i have poured 60rupees of petrol. Petrol bunk employee said one 20 rs note toned than i saw it very slightly tone but that guy made big while seeing and made it not use at all. Due to office time i have rushed away from there any way i told him that u wantedly toned note made it not useful and also i told him that tomorrow i will exchange i[censored] want. than he didnt listen and collected extra 20 rs from me.

My father had given a part of our land in the year 1957 on lease basis madhyamgram chow matha, Kolkata West Bengal for 33 years to Burma shell now Bharat Petroleum. The lease expired on 1991 . My father died in 1981.The property license fees was rs 160 per month for 18000 sqft of land.They are not willing to vacate the place and they are giving this Rs160 .After expiry of lease they haven’t issued any correspondence to renew the lease.They are illegally occupying my place for 30 years without agreement.We have gone to court on 2017 when bank branch closed down.
We have filed a case vide 1200, 2018 at Barasat court with no effect till date.

We have applied and got BPCL petrocard and were using it. Suddenly, without intimation, the card has been deactivated. When contacted, we have been informed by Ms Akshara that to down load Hellobpcl app in mobile. Accordingly we did and unable to use the app to fill either petrol/diesel. The QR code and ufill function in the app we are unable to use. We have huge amount lying in the account. we are facing lot of inconvenience for the past two months. No cooperation/coordination from BPCL end inspite of our repeated requests. Pl attend the issue otherwise we may have to go in for legal battle against BPCL.
