On dated 7 April 2016, at approx 7:35 AM I reached petrol pump of bpcl, near govindpura, kalwar road, jaipur. I parked my car near air compressor to fill air in one tyre and approached one of the staff of petrol pump. He asked me to wait, even after 15 minute he didn't came and when I approached him back he said no body will fill air till 8 AM. When I approached to manager (Mr. Rohtas as he told me), he repeated the same thing n ask me to go somewhere else. Even after some argument they didn't help me and advice not to come the same petrol pump for filling.
Will u plz help me and tell is there any time fixed for petrol pump sercives, if not what action authorities are going to take against individuals, plz confirm me as soon as possible as I am also going to raise same issue to higher authorities also. Your early action will be highly appreciable.

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I had given a complaint No.1171478 dated 08/03/2016, which was later on thought solved by me as i received a call from the smartline, But today(14th april 2016) when i went to fill the petrol on the same petrol pump (SN BURYE FILLING STATION, OPP TAXI STAND, MAPUSA, NORTH GOA 403507) i had a terrible experience as the same earlier petrol pump attendant Mr. FRANCIS D'SOUZA said that he will not put fuel in my bike Bearing Registration Number GA03F6781 at around 11.20 am, I requested him again he said go to the next attendant despite he was not attending anyone. I again requested him he started abusive language. This is really a bad behaviour on the part of a such big organisation like bharat Petroleum, I want this querry to be solved at the earliest, im Really upset regarding this.

    Sir ghas ghar(117699) in gaya bihar do not deliver the gas on time . My consumer number is 52562068 and my name is santosh kumar. Earlier also i have complained whose reference number is 1054301. They deliver the cylinder after 4-5 times visit of agency which becomes difficult as i am defence personnel posted in j & k area and my family leaves alone here. This time i have booked the cylinder on 16 mar but till now it has not been delivered. When contacted the manager he replied arrogantly that whatever you can do, do that i will work in same manner. Kindly do the needfull.

        Dear support team,

        This is the very bad situation in the service which we are facing on the time of delivery and delivery on home. My customer id is 56707981.
        My last order booking is before one month and without any information these people has been cancelled.

        Now, we are paying money and no one is responding form last month. Now, they informed that booking has been cancelled and we are facing issue from last months.

        3 points need to be resolved asap.

        1. After booking this agency doesnt provide the cylender even so many times go to agency and no response.

        2. Home delivery issue - this agency doesnt supports home delivery, even no for me but in my location every one is facing same issue.

        3. Subsidiary amount - last 6 six months, we didnt received any subsidiary amounts.

        Now, please let me know did you think we are the consumer or your slave please deliver tomorrow gas asap.

          Few days back i booked cylinder and the booking no given was154158. Today that is 2nd april i received the message that it was delivered on 31st march.Whereas the booking was done on 31st march.I also received this message that the subsidy amount is transferred to my account under cash memo no. 148279. Where neither the cylinder is received nor any cash paid. Kindly solve.

            I have registered for refill domestic cylinder and the booking no. is 63343 of 02.03.2016 and the Gas cylinder was delivered on 03.03.2016 for us (Customer No.[protected] usually we will get SMS regarding the credit of subsidy amount on my account. But so far no such message sent to me and also the amount is so far not credited on my account. this is the 3rd cylinder of this year i.e. 2016. Kindly do the needful.

              A two years mandatory check by the bharatgas shahganj gas service was conducted. But they only charged for the check and they didn't check yet. No person from the gas agency checked & no door-to-door service has been provided. This is a fraud . Kindly do for the same so as we could believe on these mandatory checks. At the agency they asked us to first pay for the check otherwise they will not provide us cylinders.

                I went BPCL Sithalapakkam Petrol bunk today morning .
                I put petrol for 300 rupees one guy filling in gun another guy shutting off for main header.The reading reached 300 rupees but i got less quantity of petrol .
                I shouted but there is no use ., ..I lost nearly 160 rupees of petrol.
                How dare they cheated in public daily ...But really i am frustrated.

                    Not properly Display at all fuel stations.
                    Staff not inf. To customers.
                    In many fule station only godraj sope is given
                    May be this Free Petrol is issue among staff by mutual understanding one by one as there is no transparency for lucky draw
                    In many fuel station slip given for fill data for lucky Draw are without numbers / no date stamping.
                    This all things lead to dought of no benefit to customers but staff only.

                    This message is not submitting as my complaint, Its only a message for just for your knowledge that yours Rs. 200 scheme is selling for 250. Even though they are filling petrol / diesel, but its ethically wrong in my view.

                      I booked for a refil on 13-3-15 by paying ₹ 503.5 online but yet refil is not delivered and status on my login a/c shows it was delivered on 15-3-16. It means it was delivered to someone else. This height of carelessnes. This carelessness happened to twice in a financial year.I am very disappointed and helpless please provide me my refil and punish the responsible person.

                        I book my Bharat gas canection. When the delivery boy come at my home I was not present in my home But I told my landlord please pickup my gas silender. So he pickup my gas silencer when he pickup my silencer the delivery boy say him that why are you taking their silender this is not your job.he use very bad language when I was on duty. The delivery boy is very bad man and he give me less gas silender also. Please my co . no.[protected]

                          My consumer no. Is 11841 and distributer code is 114533. My registered mobileno. Is [protected]. My subsidy was being credited to nasik merchants co bank satpur br. Nasik. However the last subsidy of rs.144.30 was transferred to hdfc bank where i have no account at all. As the mistake is at their end it is upto them to investigate how it occured and rectify it. I have lodged complaints several times and last complaint no. Is 1184208. Even though it was not my duty as per their advice my bank delinked the account on 11-3-16 and linked it again on 15-3-16. Several phone calls to concerned nos. [protected] [protected] were not answered.

                              Dear sir,

                              I have purchased one glass Cook Top Gas Stove from Vijay sales, goregaon, Mumbai on my name is Mr.Saral Mehta when I was staying on rented home in Goregaon, where there is gas pipeline on owner’s name available.

                              Now, recently, we have shifted to another rented home in Kandivali, Mumbai.

                              Then I have applied new Gas connection in Bharat Gas on my wife’s name. But, my application was denied stating the product which I have purchased is not ISI certified. They said, I have purchased non ISI certified product sold by company & they will not provide connection on my gas stove untill I purchase new gas stove from them.

                              I have called my company Elica & they confirmed me on phone & in email also that their company is ISO[protected] certified & also confirmed that BIS/ISI mark is applicable to only met gas stove & not applicable to glass top gas stove. All their products are thoroughly checked under strong quality guidelines of ISO standards & they have never faced such complaint from any of their customers.

                              I seriously urged to your company to resolve my problem on urgent on war foot basis.
                              Your agency manager & entire staff are very rude, arrogant & non cooperative . Even, they are not ready to give us rejection reason in writing. The mechanic who visited my home has simply mentioned model no & left in 5 minutes without checking anything & for that your agency charged Rs.250/- from us. They are asking us to buy to meet their sales target. They told us to buy this only for formalities for sales target achievement & later you just gift it anyone but buy this from their agency. They are taking undue advantages of being new – nonfamilier to this location & only one point of contact to buy gas connection. All this shows mollified intention to loot new customer like us of your gas agency manager.

                              However, it is come to my knowledge from my colleague that this Kandivali east agency has sold one glass top gas stove of three burner to her along with his new connection where there is no where ISI mark available.

                              How can your company on one side demand ISI mark on my glass top 3 burner gas & on other side sale non ISI mark glass top 3 burner gas to another customer along with her new connection? This is clear cut cheating by your appointed agency manager.

On checking the status, it is still showing, the document verification is under process. I want to know how much time it will take to verify for KYC (Multiple connection). Please verify the KYC as soon as possible, so that i go further for online payment. If i directly approach to the dealer...

                                Umiversal petrol pump at Majiwada Thane have started a tyre shop inside the petrol pump last week.

                                They have rented out a space which is allotted for free aircheck for this activity.

                                Kindly take action at the earliest to stop this illegal activity.

Without any information my gas connection transferred from Ratnakar Gas Agency to Sahaj Gas Agency. Sir i am very shocked and harassing doing this act.                                     I booked gas cylinder on 1st march 2016 from hyderabad in the bharath gas under the agency of sama enterprises my booking reference number is 159481. On 7th i received sms saying that my gas cylinder is delivered, but i didn't receive any cylinder.
                                    I given complaint againest sama toll free no on 7th it self complaint no 1170485 . on 8th night i received sms my subsidy amount also credited to my account Rs.127.95. With out geting my gas clinder my gas sold out to others by distibutor and subsidy also credited to my account.
                                    Plz hel me in this and take necessary action againest gas company and distibutor.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have raised new Bharatgas connection (Request id:[protected] through online on 3rd March 2016.

                                      Whenever I tried to check the status online, its popups with error "You have exceeded OTP usage Limit"
                                      Despite calling toll free numbers of Bharatgas multiple times, they just respond saying not aware/server issue and advise me to Visit nearest Branch.

                                      After calling the nearest branch contact office, they also respond the same.
                                      Now I want to know whats my new gas connection status ?
                                      ANd really disappoint of the services.

                                      I want to cancel new gas connection request.i had selected wrong gas agency while applying for new gas connection.now i am not able to select any other agency.i am getting aadhar his is already registered with request id 45271213.how i can cancel this request.i already tried request online cancellation.but it is giving error 'invalid request id' although I am sending same request id' and other details.
