    My Complain is that I have booked cylinder online & paid through net banking on 22.02.2016 and amount debited from my account on 23.02.2016, but payment status shows pending on your website.
    Please check the status of transaction where the amount is ?

    I have booked refill cylinder online from bharat gas, and paid through debit card on 28/10/2017. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but status at bharat gas still showing pending and no message received regarding success or failure of payment.

      My Gas Consumer No 32510427.
      I have booked the gas before a month and still they Didn't deliver the gas whenever I call the gas agency they're telling as it will come tomorrow, like this they've been telling for a two weeks.
      Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      My Gas Consumer No is 11664 and I had booked the cylinder on 16.01.2016. The Agency is Sreevidhya Agencies Panthherankave Kozhikode Kerala. They did not deliver the cylinder so far. They have delivered the cylinder to our neighbor who booked on 22.01.2016. I asked them about this and they shouted at me using bad words.This is not the first time I am experiencing the same behaviour from the agency. Please take action against them for trobling the customers and make arrangements to deliver my cylinder. Your immediate action will be appreciated.         Dear sir
        I have booked for domestic gas cylinder on 18.02.2016 with BECS gas agency in Bangalore.still now it is not delivered to me. I have made hundred times of call but they are not picking my calls. Its really worst service they providing us. I am frustrated with their negligence and thus made me to complain to you. Please take swift action in this regard otherwise I will surrender to you and switch over to HP gas agency. Thank you

            Pleas note that of BPCL your gas station of Kalol (N.G.) branch are all staffs is very bed behaviour against with all costumer and they have also available of credit card swipe Machine but they are always tell to us about that system is not available
            if, I am any time filling of gas to there in my car where they are very miss behave to us so please kindly inform to that's stations delar otherwise if that my problem dose not solve in 10 days so I do complain to in consumer court against that delar and thets station.

              Payment for mandatory checking of conection

              I was applied for the mechanic post for mandatory inspection of connection, they told me they will be paid me RS 12/customer (who will be paid RS 75) but from a source I was known that other distributers are given 50â„… to his mechanics. I just want to know what is the realty?

              Consumer no. 775 again order no. 139151 has been cancelled saying_out of station.we are at home only. asking dealer_told as not booked.this time this is the fourth occassion about cancellation order.nobody came for delivery
              there is no response to my earlier complaint_simply forwarded to concerned authority.no reply.

              continue earlier manual booking to avoid such inconvenience caused

                      my consumer no is 10252934. my name is sharda devi. dear sir every time when i booked cylender . company ka employer hame call karke bolta hai aapka cylender aa gaya hai. aap agency ke godown se le ke jao. mujhe home delivery nahi di jaati hai. maine is samband me many times employers ko bola ki mujhe bahot taklif hoti hai. but koi sun ne ko tyyar nahi.
                      sir mujhe gas refill cylender ki home delivery di jaye.

                        Lpg refill order 136379 cancelled_reason out of station. 7/02/2016
                        sir, we were at home only, nobody came for delivery, not even called on mobile

                        booked immediately again order no. 136994 cancelled.11/02/2016 at 5.30am same reason. Nobody approached us to deliver the cylinder.
                        Why mobile numbers are registered if not in proper contacts for services. No sms received about delivery, without coming to us, orders are cancelled frequently.
                        My request_deliver the cylinder first & then take the order. This is not the first occassion such happening.

                              Gas booked on 23/11/2015, booking no[protected], but till dt.Not received the gas, also i purchased a gas from market for rs-900/-.Able in market.It is my 5th time complain.Before my complain no-260979/dt-11/10/14, 452281/dt-02/8/15.Every time after complain received the gas.Irequest to know the parmanent solution.My gas dealer add-deep gas service, distributor code-125475 biki hakola, panchla, howrah, w.B.

                                Sir/Madam, we got a new gas connection with the double cylinder. But the subsidy amount is not credited to my account. When I called the gas agent they are saying the subsidy amount is not applicable for the new connections. Is this true? kindly confirm whether we can avail the subsidy for new connections or not.

                                    i booked on 21/01/2016 by Bharatgas mobile app. my order ref. no. is[protected].
                                    my consumer no. is 50350056. my distributor's name is Rekha Bharat Gas, distributor's code is 183875. but yet not delivered LPG.

                                    before it i booked on 16/12/2015 and delivered on 08/01/2016 after 2 times complain in customer care. i.e. complain no 1066467 on 31/12/2015 & 1076226 on 08/01/2016.
                                    i also complained yours sales officers in Gaya district two times & two times distributor's owner and then i received one LPG cylinder.
                                    so, Please help me .
