I have booked a cylinder, after 3 days I got a message that cylinder was delivered. But actually not. After 1 days they delivered the cylinder and its not sealed. When we questioned, why is it late and not sealed, he is saying inappropriate answer like his auto is in repair etc. They want to check the leakage so they opened the seal etc... I have been paying extra Rs40/- for each and every cylinder which has been delivered to my house. I had made several complaint on the BPCL online site regarding my subsidy. I had activated a account first with UCO bank then I closed all the relation with the UCO bank and activated the ICICI bank account details for the LPG Subsidy. The LPG agency told me to activate the LPG Subsidy through the bank and I did the same and received from the bank that my aadhar card and LPG Subsidy activated. Dear Sir, My AADHAAR[protected] is linked with my LPG connection consumer no#1 [protected] and also with my bank account no# [protected] (Federal Bank). But in transparency portal it shows "not available in NPCI database". I have again checked with bank and they have confirmed that AADHAAR is linked with bank account.
