I was bookikg my gas cylinder n in heard voice recorder asking to join the opt out your subsidy scheme n I mistakenly pressed the button it was asking for then I disconnect my called back but
I dont want to giveup my subsidy im a middle class person n cant afford to giveup the subsidy so please give me back subsidy as early as possible
Its a request to you.

    I could not get any way to log a complain in IVR toll free number for this Bharatgas. Dealer is just saying everything taken care but result is not reflected. Delhi Head branch roll free number is not existing and existing one is not reachable.

    Customer is suffering to get their issue resolutions with out having proper escalation matrix of this bharatgas.

      Hi Sir/Madam,

      I am a consumer of Bharat Gas. My consumer number is P30022(LPG ID-1 [protected]) under SATISH & COMPANY, Distributor Code-113590.

      I have submitted my HDFC bank account details for DBTL adhar linking. Post this, on 17 March 2015, I got first subsidy in this HDFC bank account.

      Post that, they automatically changed my subsidy account to ICICI bank. They did subsidy transfer twice to this ICICI bank account. Due to some personal reason I had closed this ICICI bank account and then know this auto subsidy account switching to this ICICI bank. Please find adhar mapped status, bank account mapped with Adhar and subsdiy history snapshots attached.

      So, I requested distributor to correct my mapping to HDFC Bank account, as I had submitted HDFC account details and ICICI bank account is closed. So update it to my HDFC bank account for future cylinder subsidies. On Jun 2015 they committed that its updated and you will get it future subsidies.

      Since 3rd Dec 2015, I have been waiting for my cylinder subsidy to my HDFC bank account but it is not coming. Only SMS is coming that adhar is not linked to Bank. Now ICICI bank is closed then how can I link adhar to the closed a/c.

      I have visited distributor office multiple times but got an update that just wait for couple of days it will credit to your HDFC account. I have called multiple times and getting update, everything updated from our end. So nothing pending in our end, we are writing mail to our office and update if we will get any update.

      Distributor is saying to contact your HDFC bank and provide us Bank Adhar verified copy. I have been in touch with HDFC bank and got an update that my account is already Adhar mapped and they do not have any Adhar verified copy. If they had already transfered one subsidy to HDFC bank account then where is the gap of adhar mapping and not verified in HDFC bank account?

      May I have your kind support to correct my subsidy bank account mapping to HDFC Bank?

      [I had submitted adhar docs for HDFC bank linking and they automatically switched to ICICI Bank a/c. On Last Jun 2015 ICICI bank account is closed. So need to correct HDFC bank account mapping to the gas connection for subsidies]. 3rd Dec 15 delivered cylinder subsidy is on hold due to it.

        SUB: Cancellation of Subscription Voucher.

        Sir,
        I am a customer of Bharat Gas. The dealer is M/S.Venkata Santoshi Bharat Gas Agency, Distributor code.641757 Kavali. Nellore (DT) AP. He issued us two Gas Cylinders, one is on the name of Syed. Faizuddin, consumer no.11397, and the other on the name of Syed Ghousia Begum consumer no.11142. But he issued only one subscription voucher No. (SV[protected], dated 23/05/2009 and Two Domestic Gas Customer Cards for two cylinders. The details of the Cards are as follows:
        1. Consumer Name: Syed FAizuddin.
        Consumer no. 11397. Dated.23/05/2009.
        2. Consumer Name: Syed Ghousia Begum.
        Consumer no.11142. Dated.05/04/2009
        We also having another Gas connection from Hindustan Petroleum Gas. The dealer is Gems Radio Electrical and General Agencies, Kavali.

        As Per the government new rules the HP cylinder was blocked. We wanted to transfer this cylinder on the name of my son. So we requested the HP dealer to transfer it. He asked me to provide the Subscription cancellation voucher from Bharat Gas dealer.
        I approached the Bharat Gas Agency with the Cancellation form to cancel the cylinder Subscription and issue the cancellation voucher. But he asked me to come on next day to take cancellation voucher . And then I went on next day and asked him about the Voucher and then he again asked me to come back after 2 days and then again after 2 days I went to him. But he again asked to come back after another 3 days. I am approaching his to get the cancellation voucher for the past 3 months. I went to him for more than 20 times. But he neglected me.
        But till Date he didn’t issued me the cancellation Voucher. So I was unable to present the cancellation voucher to HP GAS Dealer (i.e Gems Gas Agency). As a result of this the HP Dealer cancelled my cylinder as I failed to present the cancellation voucher. Totally this the negligence of my BP Gas dealer towards me.
        I am very frustrated and tired due to this irresponsive behavior of the BP Gas Dealer towards me. He has done Injustice towards us.. So as there is no way for me . I am approaching you to do a justified declaration toward this matter.
        I believe that as a servant of Govt of INDIA, you will do justice towards me.

          before 2 month i was change oil in my bike from BPCL petrol pump, kalawad road, rajkot 360005. it is company operated pump. some oil problem faced because on 11th jan 2016 PUC time oil problem deduct by PUC checker and engine sound changed.

            Dear Sir
            I am a customer of Bharat Gas. My consumer number is 2566. My distributor is National Gas Service, Hisar (Haryana).

            I had booked for a refill through telephone on 12th January 2016. My refill booking number is 120369. After 15 days still we are waiting for our refill. We are trying to call them but they are not receiving the phone. Last month also we had to chase them for more then 10-12 days. But this month we are still chasing them for our refill.

            Kindly register our complaint for the late delivery of the refill.

              This fuel station is a symbol of mis-management, with unruly staff bahaving in authoritarian ways. No one to guideinstruct visiting vehicular traffic. No uniform visible either. When pump staff began filling 100 litre drum put on a rickshaw without queue, staff laughat at my pic shots being taken n taunted- kejriwal ko bhejega, ha ha.. What aghast scene. Some pics encl

A/c name- raghunath singh ( a/c no-[protected]- bank of india- sultanganj -up. We have complained last 3month at bpcl customer care., but matter is still pending.                     I am a consumer of BPCL.. My consumer number-14630, name-Jatondra lal Karmakar. Did not receive subsiby last 3 time. I contact them over phone but they tell me to come to the office then they hung up on my face. i am 83 year old and can not attend their office.. kindly help me with this matter.. thank you.

                      Refill cylinder cannot be used as the regulator is not fitting easily as it should be.

                      This is a regular incident whenever my wife wants to replace the empty gas cylinder with our second cylinder, the regulator does not fit properly in to the slot. We have to contact the agency and the delivery boy replaces the cylinder or some times start filing or applying emery paper on the part of the cylinder where the regulator fits till it can be fitted. This is happening every time. Is there any remedy to this? Why the company cannot...

                      Hi, As per the newspapers and latest news that the new petrol price from 16 jan 2016 were 60.41 rs per liter. So when I went for refueling at the petrol station situated in sector 2 panchkula I saw that they are doing a minute cheating of the price that is the refueling price there is 60.61. As per the latest change they should be fueling at the mentioned price in news . Though it is a heating in paisa it will not matter for people refilling in small quantity but it is a cheating with nation and all is people. SO Kindly take some action for this

                          My connection no:24405710 my booking no:10122015 on 10 dec 2015 i got sms that my cylinder is delivered on 11/12/15 by cash memo 9005 and i got my subsidy money in my bank 15/12/15 also. But i have not got my cylinder. This happens to educated public like us then what about village people.

                            Sir, I have complaint already sent you But not changed my cylinder My name is Rajkumar. I have connection of Bharat Gas from EMINENT COMPUTERS PVT New Delhi whose consumer number is 19001. The delivery man never carries the weighting scale with him. Whenever we asked he said the weight is accurate. But Tomorrow when we received the cylinder(refill voucher no.108225 we checked the weight from an out source we found 3 kg Gas less in our cylinder.                                 I have booked a cylinder, after 3 days I got a message that cylinder was delivered. But actually not. After 1 days they delivered the cylinder and its not sealed. When we questioned, why is it late and not sealed, he is saying inappropriate answer like his auto is in repair etc. They want to check the leakage so they opened the seal etc... He took the money and ran away. I have attached a image with the delivery data and bill with proof of the date. Also they have charged 750 instead of 730.

                                  I have been paying extra Rs40/- for each and every cylinder which has been delivered to my house. The Delivery boy is demanding Rs40/- more than the billed amount and he is saying that is for delivery charges. But he is not providing me any kind of delivery bill for that amount. It looks like scam. I asked the Bharat gas officers They are saying that no extra amount need not to be paid they are salaried workers. You don't have to pay any amount extra than the billed amount. But the delivery boys are refusing to accept the billed amount and they are demanding more. I have filed complaint against this But there is no response. The government should take serious actions against this.
