I booked a refill on 01 jan.2016. But he delivered 0n 07 jan.2016 with fake /fraud cashmemo slip105712 .distrbutor record show refill was delivered on date 02 jan.2016. This is totally fraud by distrbutor. My consumer no. 5003 name Vinod Bansal NARNAUL Haryana 123001 mobile no. [protected]. Distrbutor Krishna gas agency. Code 113518 Narnaul

My consumer number is 17053 with MODI GAS SERVICE in Indore. On 22.12.2015 I have received my cylinder No: 8 out of 12 Till 07.01.2015 the amount of subsidy is not credited to my a/c, whereas earlier it was regularly credited to a/c with SBI No: [protected] IFSC: 0003432

New connection online payment but not delivered my cylinder.Meet agency but say not delivered my cylinder consumer no[protected]

I had made several complaint on the BPCL online site regarding my subsidy. I had activated a account first with UCO bank then I closed all the relation with the UCO bank and activated the ICICI bank account details for the LPG Subsidy. The LPG agency told me to activate the LPG Subsidy through the bank and I did the same and received from the bank that my aadhar card and LPG Subsidy activated. But still I can see that the LPG Subsidy is not activated on my new account number of ICICI bank. Kindly help me to get my subsidy on new account of ICICI bank.

Sir/madam, it is to be informed that my bharatgas distributer is gudiya enterprises, raghunathpur, siwan, bihar. the mobile no. Registered with gas agency has been lost about 1 year ago. i had complaint several times to change my mobile no. By submitting the form several times but they didn't do it till now. I am having problem while gas booking.and i have complaint about it to my gas agency but didn't get any satisfying response. so,...

I had booked for a cylinder on 17.11.2015 and 30.12.2015 . Its more than 45 days and 2nd booking 05 days have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 50 calls to the Om Bharat gas agency Infront ofZila Parishad (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered our customer no[protected] our s.v.no-[protected] dt 08.07.2014 refilling order No.-14604 dt. 17.11.2015 and 17340 dt.30.12.2015

My agency name is gujar gas agency from bhosari pune -411039 my consumer no is 46781 I am get cylinders delivery on time but when i ask to showing weight of cylinder the delivery boy did not showing me he refused my request and told me no one check the cylinders weight requesting the dealer for show weight to every customer for our satisfaction

Pl. help! No response from help line no[protected] and [protected]

Dear Sir, My AADHAAR[protected] is linked with my LPG connection consumer no#1 [protected] and also with my bank account no# [protected] (Federal Bank). But in transparency portal it shows "not available in NPCI database". I have again checked with bank and they have confirmed that AADHAAR is linked with bank account. I am not receiving my gas subsidy since Aug'15 against my consumer no- HE2500 in my Canara Bank A/c no[protected], IFSC Code- CNRB0000182.

Dear consumer, Your booking no. is 202966 of 20122015. Your Distributor cleared Booking up to16122015.Your LPG cylinder was delivered on[protected].Subsidy amount of Rs. 174.74 is transferred to your bank a/c by BPCL under DBTL Scheme for LPG cylinder delivered by cash memo 210487 of 22/12/2015.but no cylinder is delivered yet.

It was happned on 22.12.2015 evening at 6.45pm.I was trying to contact my Dealer & they are not boudhered to pick up the phones. Finnaly i called up to emergency Nos. meantioned which are printed at the backside of Bills.The person who was on duty refused initially to attend the complaint though it was 7.15pm & said that the techanician will attend the complaint on nextday morning however there actual working hour in 8.00am to 8.00pm. After lot of discuusion/request he was ready to attaend the complaint. The same case was was happened 3years back.As per techanician the leakage is due to poor quality of ring inserted inside the mouth of cylinder.Due to inferior quality of ring it deshaped in cold & leakage takeplace.I think Bharat Gas has to take initiative /corrective action for poor quality of ring.It should be check throughly QA/QC check while productution.They have to set quality parameters.

I booked the bharat gas refill on 7th dec 2015 with booking no. 100115, but till date I have not received the gas refill. I have contacted the gas agency several times but either they are not responding and not picking the phone or they are saying that gas refill has been already delivered. When i informed them about non delivery of gas refill, they said that they will enquire the delievery man .Please help me out.I shall be very thankful to you. Komal Consumer no. 57254710

Dear Sir, My consumer number is 70004856, surprising last night i received th message that thanks for opt for subsidy, i thought i may come wrongly then in the late received the mail for opting for subsidy. Then i checked in the bank passbook the subsidy for last 2month is not credited to my account and after raising the complaing the company says you have opt for subsidy it was suprsing for me, i told that i have never opt for subsidy but they are not ready to listen, and not able to provide the proof on what basis the subsidy is opt, they are also agree that the dont any proof and say it is not possible them to give subsidy...Please help to get the issue close.As the connection is in the name of of my mother and she is house wife and my dad is also sr citizen and there is not source of income for themplease free to call on[protected]

Sir, My LPG Consumer No 68305097, distributer COMMAND GAS AGENCY II, VISAKHAPATNAM, AP. I hav not received any LPG subsidy amount from April 15 onwards. Sir i have linked my adhar[protected] with my bank account (BANK OF INDIA - [protected]) & my lpg distributor also. But according to npci it is unavailable and not found in npci dat base. I have asked so many times in my bank and the bank says that he has done his work from his side and updated my adhar with my account and it is not updated by npci. Sir, It is a regular phenomenon that while booking LPG Cylinder from my phone the confirmation comes as a message but Dealer does not deliver the LPG cylinder in due course. Last incident was that i booked for LPG Cylinder on 09.10.2015 having reference Number[protected] but it was delivered on 30.11.2015 only after my father and relatives visited several times to the dealer. They were also very rough while talking. My Parents are in Old age and my mother stays alone at home and without gas cylinder she felt unbearable problem during those days. I also booked a complain to customer care of BPCL whose complaint reference Number is 1044014. While talking to customer care of BPCL i came to know that system is showing that booking as well as delivery was done on the same day i.e.30.11.2015 but actually no booking was done on the said date. I assume that something wrong is being done during the whole process. It has been observed that many people are getting Gas Cylinders and selling with taking extra money. If they take more then 1.5 months in delivering a single LPG cylinder how will it be possible to deliver 12 cylinder to my family in a year as promised by Govt. So i request you to please look into the matter seriously and check the authenticity of Dealership. i also need compensation for the psychological trauma and difficulty faced during those days while cooking as my family had to depend on neighbor for every time while cooking food. Sir the cylinder which is delivered to us recently is not working and it seems that there is a mixture of two gases also there is a leekage problem also please kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible or we will have to file a complaint in consumer court.

Dear sir I am a consumer of bharat gas with consumer no.70002040.our distributed is la flame enterprises G-246S.G.M. nagar main road, near badhkal lake faridabad.we booked out cylinders on 27.11.2015.but yet not delivered any cylinder on our address.The distributer had come on 03.12.2015 but we were not at home that day but When we complaint against it on 10.12.2015 then the msge we received is that the cylinder is delivered on 02.12.2015 whereas the cylinder is yet not delivered at our address pls take some action against it we are in very much trouble.
