My agency name is gujar gas agency from bhosari pune -411039 my consumer no is 46781 I am get cylinders delivery on time but when i ask to showing weight of cylinder the delivery boy did not showing me he refused my request and told me no one check the cylinders weight requesting the dealer for show weight to every customer for our satisfaction

      Dear Sir, My AADHAAR[protected] is linked with my LPG connection consumer no#1 [protected] and also with my bank account no# [protected] (Federal Bank). But in transparency portal it shows "not available in NPCI database". I have again checked with bank and they have confirmed that AADHAAR is linked with bank account.               It was happned on 22.12.2015 evening at 6.45pm.I was trying to contact my Dealer & they are not boudhered to pick up the phones. Finnaly i called up to emergency Nos. meantioned which are printed at the backside of Bills.The person who was on duty refused initially to attend the complaint though it was 7.15pm & said that the techanician will attend the complaint on nextday morning however there actual working hour in 8.00am to 8.00pm. After lot of discuusion/request he was ready to attaend the complaint. The same case was was happened 3years back.As per techanician the leakage is due to poor quality of ring inserted inside the mouth of cylinder.Due to inferior quality of ring it deshaped in cold & leakage takeplace.I think Bharat Gas has to take initiative /corrective action for poor quality of ring.It should be check throughly QA/QC check while productution.They have to set quality parameters.

                I booked the bharat gas refill on 7th dec 2015 with booking no. 100115, but till date I have not received the gas refill. I have contacted the gas agency several times but either they are not responding and not picking the phone or they are saying that gas refill has been already delivered.                   Dear Sir, My consumer number is 70004856, surprising last night i received th message that thanks for opt for subsidy, i thought i may come wrongly then in the late received the mail for opting for subsidy. Then i checked in the bank passbook the subsidy for last 2month is not credited to my account and after raising the complaing the company says you have opt for subsidy it was suprsing for me, i told that i have never opt for subsidy but they are not ready to listen, and not able to provide the proof on what basis the subsidy is opt, they are also agree that the dont any proof and say it is not possible them to give subsidy...Please help to get the issue close.As the connection is in the name of of my mother and she is house wife and my dad is also sr citizen and there is not source of income for themplease free to call on[protected]

                        Sir, It is a regular phenomenon that while booking LPG Cylinder from my phone the confirmation comes as a message but Dealer does not deliver the LPG cylinder in due course. Last incident was that i booked for LPG Cylinder on 09.10.2015 having reference Number[protected] but it was delivered on 30.11.2015 only after my father and relatives visited several times to the dealer. They were also very rough while talking. My Parents are in Old age and my mother stays alone at home and without gas cylinder she felt unbearable problem during those days. I also booked a complain to customer care of BPCL whose complaint reference Number is 1044014. While talking to customer care of BPCL i came to know that system is showing that booking as well as delivery was done on the same day i.e.30.11.2015 but actually no booking was done on the said date. I assume that something wrong is being done during the whole process. It has been observed that many people are getting Gas Cylinders and selling with taking extra money. If they take more then 1.5 months in delivering a single LPG cylinder how will it be possible to deliver 12 cylinder to my family in a year as promised by Govt. So i request you to please look into the matter seriously and check the authenticity of Dealership. i also need compensation for the psychological trauma and difficulty faced during those days while cooking as my family had to depend on neighbor for every time while cooking food.                             Dear sir I am a consumer of bharat gas with consumer no.70002040.our distributed is la flame enterprises G-246S.G.M. nagar main road, near badhkal lake faridabad.we booked out cylinders on 27.11.2015.but yet not delivered any cylinder on our address.The distributer had come on 03.12.2015 but we were not at home that day but When we complaint against it on 10.12.2015 then the msge we received is that the cylinder is delivered on 02.12.2015 whereas the cylinder is yet not delivered at our address pls take some action against it we are in very much trouble.                                   Hi, This is my personal experience. This happens every time you visit any BPCl petrol bunk in Bengaluru 1- You ask the guy to fill the tank with petrol worth Rs 500 2- Another attendant comes ask you whether you are making payment by cash or card. 3- Meanwhile, this guy fill with fuel worth Rs 100 only by "mistake". 4- Then you say "Bhaiya 100 ka nahi 500 ka", then he gives you an innocent smile and again fill your tank with fuel worth Rs. 400. Now story behind this is- Remember the guy asked whether you are going to make payment with card or cash, well it was just to distract you from seeing the meter for a moment and meanwhile the filling guy knowingly set the meter at Rs 100 and start filling your tank. When you saw that he is filling only for Rs 100 then you ask to fill for another Rs 400. He then set the meter for 400 without setting zero first. In this way, meter will start reading from 100 to 400 which is only 300 Rs and you thought that they have filled for Rs 400 in second round. In this manner they have filled fuel for Rs 400 and charged you Rs 500.                                     Hi Team, This is Balakrishna, I am the neighbor to one of your bharath gas customer who is staying in ground floor, Ramamurthy Nagar. Customer(Veerappan) given the book and amount to collect the refill while they come, because he went to office. The delivery man taken additional Rs 30/- than the bill amount. When I argued with him, he took the full cylinder and walking away and behaving in rude. Because of emergency I have given the amount what he asked. So, Could you please look into this and do not encourage these things next.                                       Filled Petrol on the way from Bangalore to Pune from B.P. Company operated outlet B.P.Ranebennur, TIN - [protected] Hulihalli, Ranebennur 581115. Bill Num - 9353 Date - 19/11/15 6:52 Rate:64.57 Pump No: 32-1 And after filling the tank with 42.59 liters of pertrol, the car got sluggish and pick up went for a toss. The car was struggling to overtake trucks and the average dipped drastically. Feel cheated on quality of petrol provided and also the price was higher as compared to what I had filled in the day before from Coimbatore.
