Hi, i booked a new gas connection around one month back at OMBR layout branch in Bangalore.. but still i didn't get connection, after submit the new connection form 5 times i visited the store to get the gas. 1st they said i have come 5 PM o clock before, 2nd time i went at 4:30 pm.. and they said 4 o clock before, and 3rd time i visited on Saturday. they said, they wont give a gas on Saturday and 4th time i went 10-30 am they said no gas stock and 5th time i visited they told me to get a cash of 9100.. i went to atm and withdraw and came back.. and they said my application is expired and i have to apply again. my office time also falls in same time.. all the time i got a permission from office and went to store.. but no use. its totally worst process and nobody is behaving responsibly. simply they said sir you apply one more time you will get it in a week. irresponsible staff.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am here to make in your notice that I had book LPG on 11 NOV.2015 and my booking no is [protected] Cons. No Is 20636 however till date I did not received my LPG and yesterday(15/11/2015) I got a SMS, that your booking has been cancelled. And I Call On (Rochak Enterprises Indore M.P.) Distributer No..[protected] But She (Booking Person) angrily told us that “You people have filed a complaint and you will not get cylinder any more . This kind of behavior is not expected. The gas- cylinder is a basic need for everybody. I request you to take stringent action the above issue. Please do the need on urgent basis. Regards, ABDUL HANNAN Mob:- [protected]

      Respected sir/Madam
      Now a days bharat gas delivery men behaviors are very rudely and harshly.. They considering the customer as their slaves so they very harshly and roughly behaves to the customer, even they asking empty cylinder, cards and money with high pitch...if someone little delayed they go away without giving the cylinder..they expecting we the customer are fool and we should beg for them...in this way they misusing their position and torturing to poor customers..in this regards if we call to the concerns gas agency and asking them to please correct your employees and requesting for delivery of gad cylinder as i dont have gas fot cook they also refused it and supporting them only..and asking us to please come and collect it...ohh how much we poor customer can tolerate and hsrrasssment...what our mistake, our mistake is to have Bharat LPG connection..???? so I shall request you in behalf of all consumers to take some useful action against those body and correct them..

      Please try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Warn those agencies and empoyees who are not doing their service in proper manner other wise the system will collapsed..

        We, [consumer number: 56637694] have booked refill cyclinder on 11/11/2015; booking no.[protected] through SMS. Till date it is not delivered and distributor 'Super-Chef Gas Servicers', T.Nagar, Chennai-600017 is not responding our calls/reminders. Kindly do the needful to ger refill cylinder at the earliest possible.

          Sir, Is ISI mark compulsory. I have got brand new pigeon glass top stove as a gift for my new house costing around Rs. 4000/- . Glass top will never have a ISI mark. My sister is using the same type of stove form past 1.5yrs and its perfectly fine. I am not in a position to by a steel gas stove. I have already paid 250/- for the gas stove check and the guy mentioned that all gas is new and the nob all are good. He says that it does not have a ISI mark. Also, I was not told that there is such a requirement. Now I cant even replace it. The agency is asking to by gas stove from them as its ISI marked but the quality of the stove is not worth ~Rs. 3000/-. Can you please advise the course of action that I am suppose to take.

            Booking done on 01112015, massage received on 03112015 as below Subsidy amount of Rs. 99.18 is transferred to your bank ac by BPCL under DBCL scheme for LPG Cylinder delivered by Cash Memo 341452 of 03112015. But Gas Cylinder still not delivered even after 15 days of Booking, Delivery Agency - Mukta Gas Agency, Delivery Person - Mr. Anand, He always deliver the cylinder late & not provide cash receipt but extract extra money, Kindly look into the matter resolve the issue at the earliest Pravin Jadhav - [protected]

              I applied for new connection, I got consumer number. My consumer number is 71109638. Payment is also successful but I dont get two cylinder's, regulator, hose pipe from Shree Gajanana gas service Bhokardan, District Jalna. State Maharashtra.
              Preferable time I provided during application was 09/11/2015 and today is 13/11/2015 . Nobody from Shree Gajanana gas service send me even text message about my New connection and informed me about it. This is not a proper way of working else dont ask us preferable time which cost us 50 Rs. Return me my 50 Rs also as you are unable to attent prefered time.

                Booked Bharat Gas Cylinder on 12/10/2015. The Cylinder has not delivered yet, i.e. as on 08/11/2015.

                Every time we book cylinders the distributor (TOLLY FLAME, CODE - 461873, 263/8A, NSG Bose Road, Kolkata - 700047) giving lame excuses and not delivering cylinders within the stipulated time. It takes about a month to deliver cylinders.
                We request the delivery within proper time.
                Please take proper action, so that, the consumers are satisfied.

                  Dealer sale to gas chula sagdi. Lighter cocker its not for compulsory .

                    I have bharatgas connection having 2 cylendoer from many times. Last 7-8 Months we have very problem regarding to gas cylender, every month i have not received proper time. we get Cylender in 10-12 days after booking date. My Customer No. is 9542, Distributor Name- Saraswati gas agency.

                    This month i put my order on[protected] but till now i have not received my gas cylender.

                      Booking No ref 12124/125660 of 31.10.2015 Name .Nikam S B Gas Connection No: 36616 SUPPLY OF GAS NOT YET RECEIVED. But SMS message has come today that Cylinder was delivered on 31/10/2015 I don’t understand. I have not received Gas Cylinder nor had I signed any Receipt voucher.                         before some time one name on two connection and one connection surrenderer to date[protected] after then connection per month automatic closed .So kindly look into this matter. Agency name EAST AND ENTERPRISES shahdara delhi . my Consumer no 803.i have complaints every month.again and again i have summit kyc to agency many time ..so please check and solve this issue as soon as possible thank u sir Consumer Number 803 Distributor EASTEND ENTERPRISES (113569) Resigterd mobile number is [protected].i want to know that why my connection has been blocked every month. my complaints numbers are-923981, 856251, 822851, 724546, i hope you will be solve this matter.i requested to you please activate my gas connection.i have faced many problems due to this condition.

                            Whenever I book a LPG cylinder over IVR no., it is booked successfully and when I call the SLNS gas agency, Devanahalli, they give me a date when the gas cylinder would arrive at my doorstep.And the next day I receive a msg that your booking is cancelled by the dealer as no empty cylinder available at your delivery address, even when I have the empty one and the agency is not efficient enough to deliver my LPG at my doorstep.I'm fed up with it and now I can't help myself ...but hope the consumer forum takes necessary action against the agency.

                                Today i go to bharat petroleum petrol bunk-named sarada in attur (tk) salem (dt) tamil nadu (st) pin-636102. i asked the service boy to fill 2lit petrol, the machine reading shows 2lit but the quantity of petrol is less than 1/4 lit . they illeagely adjusted the machine for false reading. pls take action - my only request is bpcl officers examine and rectify the errors whether it is manually or mechanically.

                                  Today when I went to BPCL's Coco petrol pump at Kharghar, Navimumbai the service person Mr.Santosh Shukla surprised me as he was trying to communicate by his eyebrows upward & rather not speaking or asking how much or what to fill i.e diesel or petrol. So I also responded by face expression which he couldn't understood & later on I wished him Good Morning & informed also interact verbally & not via face expressions. This sends bad signals of an individual to the customer.
                                  So my humble request is being that pump beside the Regional Office of BPCL, the pupils at that pump should be professional in their dealing like giving a smile, greet the customers or just saying Thank you etc which will further enhance the image of the Petrol pump plus the brand BPCL.

                                  Dear Concerned,

                                  I Have a Skoda Rapid diesel 2014 Elegance 1.6 TDI. The tank capacity is 55 Litres & at MS.Janta Petroluem CO they charged us Rs 3000 - and filled 62.5 litres which is 7.5 litres more than the tank capacity.This is Violation of customer trust when they come to gas station. We are seriously going to take this case ahead if no action will be taken from Bharat petroluem toward MS Janta Petroluem (91)-[protected] Tagore Road, Adipur, Kutch - 370205.
                                  Awaiting your prompt action on the above.

                                      Hi, I am ravindra singh and My consumer number is 69274084. I have booked cylinder today and they asked me to collect from godown. It was 1KM away from my place. I went godown to collect new cylinder. Godown is near collectorganj. I have reached that place finally and they asked me to pay 590 rupees and bill amount was 565. They collected extra charges and they didn't help me to lift cylinder also. I was calling some one for help to lift cylinder and no one came. I have lifted. the cylender
