My Name is Francis. This LPG Connection is on my fathers name. Mr. Aloysius S D, Consumer Number: 24245653, LPG Id: 1 [protected]. I maintain and keep a track of it every month. On September 01, 2015 i ordered a Refill from a Registered number: [protected], which is used by me. I got a confirmation and the Cylinder was delivered on September 05, 2015. i also received the Subsidy amount of rs. 147.20 Credited to my fathers bank account...

My name is Sunil. I live in shastri nagar delhi 110052. There is a bharat petroleum in 2 no. chowki opposite the gulabi bagh. Today i went on this petrol pump and i filled 100 rs. petrol while filling petrol i saw the reading on machine which was correct but when i checked my scooter's petrol meter which was showing less petrol so i tell the person who was filling the petrol his name is Deen bandhu that you fill the less petrol so he denied then i went to the Manager Mr. chandra shekher and told him everything but he also not accepted their fault and without listing my words continously arguing me and was saying that i am wrong this can't happened. I want you tell that this is not happening with first time it has happened earlier too 3 weeks ago but that time i ignored that and didn't raised my voice but now its too much because i shared all this with my friends they told me this thing also happened with them on same petrol pump so definitely there is some mess and cheating going on for making money and i am sure that everyone on this petrol pump are involve in this cheating. Bharat petroleum owned by government of india, this should not happen so i want to take some strict action against this. They are robbing the money of the common people.

    I am lokesh staying at Bangalore.. I have a bharat gas connection from becs gas agency Rajarajeshwari nagar.
    Every month they are demanding extra charges apart from mrp on the bill like extra 50, 60, 70..
    They are telling as home is in 1st floor 2nd floor so taking extra charges..
    What is the delivery charges and what is mrp of cylinder .pls tell me the solution

      Sir my gas no, bharat gas 57116752 karamchedu .I was take hydarabad onther concion indan. My, indan concion blocked. He was told serender bharat gas. My gas bharat gas serander .letter give the hyderabad bharth gas . But bharath agency block aadhaar not deleted.so pl.my aadhaar delet bharth gas thank u sir

        Dear sir, I m sadanand upadhyay, sir i want to complain that my new connection of L.P.G my customer id was 70180727 in the date of 31/08/2015, sir i give 6350 rs then my subsidy not return in my account, my account was in state bank of India i.a jagdishpur, amethi, my Adhara and account are already linked.then sir, kindly request to u please understood my problem and check what happens i complain because at future that's problem returns back in L.P.G connection or cylinder subsidy.           Whenever filling petrol in mvs petrol pump malumichampatti heavy noise comes from my scooter, where as no problem in filling petrol in Owner assn. bunk, ukkadam, coimbatore . I have informed several time to this (MVS Petrol pump) about mixing of fuel but they don't bouther. My house is in malumichampatti where the bunk situated but I am scared to fill petrol . I have to go to ukkadam 13km from my home because of this problem. Pl.advice them to change or take necessary action against them. Regards, saseendran pv mobile [protected]

            When contacted dealer we were told that BPCL sales Manager doing it without their notice also, why this so called transparency practice followed..?

              I have booked the cylinder on 5th September 2015. The booking order number was 59996. and delivery date was 6th September 2015. I have booked this online but this was not delivered till today. MY order number was canceled by distibuter without any confirmation. So request to you kindly reopen this order (59996). and deliver the cylinder as soon as possible to my registered address. Kindly do needful in this regard.

                  I am consumer of your services, placing at INDORE and my distributer of M/s Modi Gas Services, New Palasiya, Indore I want to complaint about this Distributor. Actually from last three to four month they are regularly block my account for the documentation. But they are not informing me about it. When I called them about booking of gas then they tell me about this problem. After that near 3-4 times I will submit my all documents to there office. Every time I have to go over there for twice a day for one – one documents. They are not giving proper instruction about all documents and also not pick the phone. When I called them the phone will be continuously ringing. When I go to there office I saw the mess over there. They spread all the documents on the table carelessly. And the phones are continuously ringing but the staff are not pick up the phone. Even after there is no rush in there office and I seen not to much work load on them.. They are taking print out of Admit card of one of there staff relatives. The three staff member are present in their office and all of them are busy with that print out only. Every your customer are not free to go again and again to Distributors office for only documentation (which have to do again and again for same problem like ID Proof and all) We both husband – wife are doing service and we have to take leave for this reasons. One more things I want to tell you that one time my gas cylinder was leaked. It happened may last between 1 year. I called in office to informed it problem but the owner of the agency will informed us that bring that leaked cylinder and replace it. Is the service is OK Sir? Consumer have to suffer about leaked cylinder? BHARAT GAS SERVICES give this type of service to there customer. From the last 33 years I am taking this cylinder from Mumbai distributorship, I am not facing any problem from your company, but now form 5 years I am here at INDORE having service from MODI DISTRIBUTER. But we are not satisfied. This time I submit my all documents like – Adhar Card, Pan Card, Rent agreement, Bank Cheque with IFSCI Code, Photo, Old gas papers, book like all the documents. But still my Account is blocked and they not informing me. When I booked my cylinder at dt, . 21.9.2009 and today I called them for enquiry then they tell me about this same problem. Now you tell me what have to do ?

                    I visited Patiala Gas service on 22 Sept 2015 at around 10 AM, situated near 21 no phatak, Patiala (Punjab) for the change of gas agency from Grewal Gas Service to Patiala Gas Service.I was attended by Mr. Janak Singh, manager. Mr. Janak Singh told me that they do not these kind of work at this time, so he told me to come after 3 pm.I requested him to get my work done as i visited their office before also and then they told me to visit in the morning to get my work done.I ask him that is it the company's policy that I should come at 3 PM? I told him to file a complaint against him for not doing my work.He did not bother about it and in a rowdy way he told me that i can do anything i want to. He further said me that I am not the customer of Patiala Gas rather of Grewal Gas. I told him that I am a customer of Bharat Gas company.I video clipped the conservation and on records he said the above things and he did not stop here.He try to harm me.He got up from his seat and came near me, raise his hand on me, i did not got frighten then he left the office.I followed him and then again he wanted to harm me.All this incidence is video clipped. I register my complaint on BP gas website with registration no 922433.No authorize person of BP gas contacted me in any means of communication. I got the message that your complaint has been resolved. Do the behavior of Mr Janak singh is justifiable? Do rowdy behaviour of Mr Janak Singh is acceptable? How much embarrassment i felt as a customer of BP gas.Who is responsible if something happen to my life or I receive any injuries? Do company take any action against Mr Janak singh?                       My consumer no.is 58524 and my distributor's code is 114534 of Nasik city. I have booked my cylinder on 15/07/2015 vide order no.134366 and which was subsequently delivered on 21/07/2015. my LPGID[protected]. Up till now my subsidy amt. Rs.182.71 has not been credited to my account. I have bought this cylinder for Rs.652.00. Please look into the matter and advise me on my phone no.[protected] registered with you, or email id....

                      While filling petrol on bharat petroleum petrol pumps workers do not fill petrol worth money.i had paid 300rupees for petrol but they didnt fill petrol worth 300 instead they cheated me by engaging me in rubbish talks so that i couldnt concentrate on meter..he had filled petrol of 200 rupees..i got cheated for rupees 100.kindly take actions as soon as possible. petrol pump located on karve road pune.

                        I have filled full tank fuel on 14.09.2015 at bpcl 225a, ajc bose road kolkata -20 pumpat that point my meter is on 3. i asked mr.sankar das to fill.he forced me to take the fuel from a specific disposer machine.on filling i complaint to him that normally it takes rs[protected] max he didnt reply. its his finger trick this excess billing was done. inv. no 14823 bay3/4on 14.09.15.

                          Dear Sir/Madam For your kind information the SHYAMJI ENTERPRISES GAS AGENCY, in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, has not delivering the cylinder in Bhatti Mines. Many time and many costumers complaint and requesting him but every time he has set the management of enquiry and we cannot find anything else. So please sir, verify this complaint as legally, this is not having good with the poor community of Bhatti Mines. Help us to resolve this matter soon as possible.
                          I am resident of Village Bhatti Khurd (Near Radha Sowami Satsang/Sawan Pb School). I am consumer of Syamji Gas Agency Vasant Kunj (my Consumer No. is 4028). I am also facing very difficulties to get my gas cylinder at home from the month of Oct 2015. Prior this I had taken self delivery from the Godown (Vasant Vihar) since Feb 1994 every month. from the month of October 2015, I found that One Man Namely Ramji resident of Bhatti Mines has been appointed delivery man for the area. He has a halwai shop (Mittaiwala) at Bhatti Mines and found dumping of all cylinders at his shop and not delivering at consumers home. I taken my delivery from his Shop at Bhatti Mines which is 5 Kms away from my house. He has charged from me Rs. 545/- on 07 Nov 2015 and not giving any Receipt even asking more money for taking your gas cylinder from Godown Vasant Vihar. He is indulging in blackmarketing of gas cylinders at his end. please check this menace. My Tele:[protected]Office)

                                This is regarding fraud in BP petrol bunk in hazfeezpet (just beside the hafeezpet flyover towards miyapur). I asked them to fill 1000 rs of diesel . Before filling the entire amount, they swiped my card and took 1000 ra. But the guy who was filling diesel stopped at 600 rs only and acted as if he heard me telling 600 only. When i asked him to fill the remaining 400, he started to fill but i noticed that the meter was running but no diesel was coming out of the pump. When i asked the management regarding the same issue I was warned not to make nuisance ( as they call it ). Please take some against this issue .

                                  Dear sir, My BPCL LPG Consumer No. 684. Distributor is: BANADURGA BHARAT GAS GRAMIN VITARAK, Rasulpur, Jajpur, Odisha. I booked my gas cylinder on date 23/08/2015 and registered complaint 3 times in your tollfree number for Gas delivery. Now, it has been more than 29 days and I haven’t received the gas cylinder or a call from the distributor. I called at BANADURGA BHARAT GAS GRAMIN VITARAK which is your distributor, more than 40 times. Most of the time, failed to contact them. And there telephone is only for ringing. Most of the time the distributor disconnect the telephone receiver intentionally and did not picked up the phone. 15 times got a response that, now is not the time, you will get your LPG cylinder with a minimum gap of 40 days. I made repeated calls to them, but I neither got proper response nor the gas cylinder. I’ve been facing problems due to this on this festival season, but haven’t got any solution for it. In last August 15, we were facing cylinder leakage. Fortunately saved our family members. Continuously ringing them. No body received the phone. From my home to distributor's go-down is 6 KM distance. I am 70 (seventy)+ years old. Myself returned the cylinder to them by my cycle carriage. Imagine, how careless and irresponsible this BANADURGA distributor is? Thousands of consumers are facing unbearable pain to get their cylinder from Banadurga. Everyday they are in queue and the queue is starting from 3.00AM. Do anybody believe it? Visit the ritual place once! Some people are ready to be in queue for others with a benefit for 50 to 100 rupees. Can your BPCL's regional office or territory office terminate the above BANADURGA distributor?                                     I have applied a new LPG Bharat gas connection on September 6, 2015. As per dealer (Shyam Jee Enterprise - Vasant Kunj) I need to apply online and then need to submit the documents( address proof, ID proof). I was asked to buy Hot Plate (gas burner) and I denied for it. Then dealer said that I need to pay 250- for Hot Plate Inspection. I told them that as per Bharat Gas customer care It is not mandatory. Then delaer said then it is Ok and bharat gas persion will visit your house for hot plate inspection.I wait fro 7 days but no one came. I again checked with dealer then he said that without submitting 250/- no one will come. I don't had any option, I paid 250/- on 16th September - Wednesday and was told that hot plate inspection will be done 2-3 days. It is 5th day and no one has visited. I am continuously following up dealer (Shyam Jee Enterprise - Vasant Kunj Delhi) person Rakesh and he is saying that it will be done next day. I have made the complain to Bharat Gas customer care against the dealer with complain #909979 and I was asked that some officier will contact. I did not receive any Bharat Gas officer name. It looks like they dont care for any complain. It feels that Bharat Gas itself forcing to all his distributer to sell the hotplate for each connection. If it is the case then they should generalize this case. I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
