My name is T.Sowbhagya Lakshmi.My consumer no.28727373.Dealer-Hind electronics, shaikpet nala, Hyderabad.Your Customer service is not up to the mark.The gas cylinders which you are sending are having some defects such as old watcher in cylinders, old cylinders because of which there is leakage of gas in kitchen.Who is responsible if our house catches fire?Fortunately we recognized the leakage.Moreover your response is not at all good.We ourselves took the cylinder to the concerned dealer and got the watcher replaced.Please do properly check the cylinders before delivering it to consumers.If this mistake repeats again i willI file a case in the consumer court.

    Date: Sept. 15 2015 Venue: Bharat Petroleum, Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune - 411013 Solution: File a case against this petrol pump branch and make the defaulters pay. Petrol-man involved: Manoj (don't know his last name) Incident: I went to there to get petrol. I asked to fill for Rs. 500 worth of petrol in my bike but they filled only for Rs.100. When asked to fill it for Rs.500, they only filled till 400 and said first round's 100 + current 400 totals to 500. But I saw the meter resumed from 100 and didn't start from zero in the second round. When I confronted the Petrol-man who name is Manoj for this, he denied once but since I was so confident about it, he eventually gave in and said yes yes I am filling it. I told him that he was going to cheat me and this isn't right. He just gave a shy smile and looked away. I went to see the manager about it and he replied "Sir, you got your petrol no? Why are you bothered now?". I told him that the guy was not going to give me the petrol if I wasn't so sure about it. I asked him for owner's number and some action to be taken immediately. But he just said that they will look into the matter later when the owner comes. I kept persisting him for owner's numbers or some other way to contact him but he didn't abide. Eventually, he gave me the complaint book to write my complaint. I think the manager is also included in the whole corruption. But I don't have any proof. I have done so but I am not so sure on what will be done for it. Please kindly do the needful.

    It is a common occurrence at this outlet. Would request the authorities to take this into consideration.
    The same thing happened with me in "Bharath Petroleum Petrol Bunk" at MS Ramaiah Rd, Gokula Extension, Mathikere, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560013. Luckily for me, I also had my eyes on the meter. Looks like this happens regularly.

    If authorities are not able to control the employees, let them put a warning board saying such cheating could happen and be cautious. You could see similar boards in bus stands, cautioning people about pick pocketing etc.

        Dear sir, my name is veerendra singh my subsidy is jan-2015 to mar-2015 created in my account [protected].and apr-2015 to aug-2015 subsidey is created in other account (6895)by distubuter. so i visit the distubuter bank detail are change and bank detail are submit to aug 2015. so today date is not update my account . so i calld to costmer care bpcl officer says you rifil the cyilender in market prices so i take to distubuter but distubuter says you can not purches cyilender your ctc is no you not purches cyilender . so pls sir help me

            Consumer no 28962 distributor :R&D CCS LTD PUNE Consumer name p.k.jain My mobile no :[protected] my account was blocked for non of my fault I had to fill KYC on 4/9/15 and form for subsidy was submitted .I was told that your account will be reactivated with in 4-5 days. to my wonder I recieved refil on 5 th.the supplyer man was in very much hurry.I made the payment.but soon after that I found that it was non subsidy supply. when we contacted supplier immidiately we were told to come on monday and talk to the office personal I went on 7/9/15.to distributor office.it was told it was a clarical mistake in the office. i was asked to subimit again a form .with promice that problem will be sharted out in 2 days. now I am asked nothing can be done untill march 2016. this is very disgusting. I am 75 years old person.this type of cheating is not good for copany. pl do some thing so that my subsidy is is released soon. I have registered my Adhar no in state bank of india aundh pune. i have submitted all my bank details to the distributor.

                My name is Samir Dinkar Pawar. I'm consumer of Bharat Gas for last 25 yrs.Last year I linked my Aadhar card with bank account for deposition of subsidy. From then, I paid extra amount for 8 cylinders. But no subsidy is deposited in my account. When I asked our distributor told that, my subsidy for 4 cylinders was deposited in any other persons account, but they can't do anything about this. I contacted Mr. Vishal Kabara, sales manager of Bharat Gas for our area.But even he has taken any action. Pl. help me inthe issue.                       On 18th Aug, one courier was sent vide details H46837221. It was been addressed to Alwar, pin code 301701 . But till date, it has not been delivered . On Asking local vendor od DTDC, he is saying it will be delivered within 1-2 days but still no effect . He is also saying that Alwar (rajasthan ) branch of DTDC is not responding . PLs look into . One clothing accessory was being sent along with TATA PHOTON .

                        It is the great matter of concerned that the Tribal people o[censored]daipur Sub Tehsil of District are being supplied half filled Gas cylinders to their consumers since last three years. The concerned public has brought this matter to the agency authoroties many times but the authoroties failed to solve this matter sofar the people these area are feeling themselves cheated by this agency. So my request in this matter that the Gas cylinders supplied by the Bharat Gas agency checked at supot and defalters may be paneliesed accordingly. and it may also be make sure that full weinghing cylinders may only be distributed to the public in future.

                          Dear Sir, I have received LPG Gas Cylinder for the month of May, June and July 2015. I have paid the necessary charges . Also, I have received subsidy every month for the past previous monthsAug’15. But suddenly I have not received any subsidy. In this regard, I have contacted H.D.C.C Co-operative Soclety, Haldia Town ship, East Midnapur, west Bengle (Phone No.[protected]. But they have not given correct reply for the same.                             My booking no is[protected]dated06of april 15.I have not got any cylinder since apr.6.Iregisterd compain several times but resut is cypher.My queries no's are 872340, 854349, 845814, 843202, 799371.Ihave been asked two times on phone about gas dilevry but action has been not taken against distributor.Today i have rebooked then knew about distributor clearedBooking upto august28-2015.My new booking no is[protected].

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I have already submitted my documents regarding linking the Aadhaar card to your branch (Vandana bharat gas agency, Pimple Nilakh, Pune) 3 months ago. But still my subsidy not returned yet. I have checked online in your "Bharat gas site" its showing not linked yet. Have already linked my aadhaar card with the bank account. Even I have tried to re-link my aadhaar number online but your Distributer name which is "Vandana Bharat gas agency" is not coming in the list. And your agency address is very far from my address. It is not possible to come again and again to your agency. Also I want to change my current address.                                 I think this site is not useful for us.. as I just register the complaint within a minute i got a call from a person he told me that we will link your aadhaar card as well as change your address but you need to pay 10 rs. as a service-charge.. I told him ok..provide me the link where i have to pay he told me "No you have to give me your debit card number as well as cvv no. also provide me the OTP details once you get the OTP" this is such a non-sense thing i have ever heard how can i provide my confidential information to such a unknown person...this is totally un useful for me.. please dont give your confidential info to any of the unknown person...

                                  Dear Sir, Am sorry to hear and experience misbehavior and ridiculous service from your representative when I had visited your outlet at Seaport - Airport Rd, Thrikkakara, Kakkanad, Kerala 682021 to fill the diesel in my ford figo Car. Instead of Diesel, your representative had filled petrol in it and when I had complained to Manager in charge (Mr. Rakesh) regarding the issue, his simple answer was its normal here and we have several issues daily and no need to worry about. They had also appointed a service technician to clear these kind of issue. Do you think it’s a normal practice in the said pump? He even said the employee who had filled the petrol will pay for the entire cause. I never meant to take his salary from him for compensating the cause. As you are a reputed firm, I was very ashamed to experience unprofessional behaviour from your representatives. They even said to me that even in BENZ ad BMW it happens and no one had raised complaint and mine is just a Ford Figo. Is this a good dealer response? Do you think this can be tolerated? I expect a good response and best feedback from your side. As the issue has not resolved, I am forced to call out for police for settlement. Their commitment was they have one service technician he will do the needful. As am a customer my request was to take my vehicle to ford service centre and do the needful for me. After several discussion with police officers, they had agreed to pay me the pullover charge to the nearest ford service centre as I demanded. But I am the actual loser as I have to pay for the service cost at ford service centre, I have to pay the Cab fare from your outlet to my office and wasted my time for these issues. Which is not my concern even. Am attaching herewith the cab fee for your reference. I am requesting your favourable feedback to resolve the issue. Regards, SAJEER T S [protected]

                                    I registered for second cylinder in Dec 2014 through online. The status of the request is still 'Yet to be processed'. I have contacted Distributor and they insisted me to buy goods along with the second cylinder. So I am requesting you to consider my complaint and provide the steps to get second cylinder. I am not the only one worrying about this kind of dealing.Most of them.PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO VANISH THE CORRUPTION.

                                      I had booked my BP refill on 11/8/2015. I received the cylinder on the same day. Till date I have not received my subsidy for the same. I have regularly receiving the subsidy be fore this incedent I am a retired Person and a senior citizen too and required gas subsidy. Name : S.N.Dabholkar. My consumer no is 723. Dealer is Goa cooperative marketing federation Ponda, North Goa. Order no as per the BPCL portal 44172, Cash me memo as per the portal 43621, actual cash memo no as per the dealer is 244014. When contacted the dealerIi was told that bank has refused to credit the subsidy. when confirmed with bank, No such action has been done by my bank confirmed in writing with them. When lodged a complaint about the same on the web portal received a thanks giving letter saying that I have opted out of my subsidy and the same is allotted to one Mr kambli. I have not done any such act either online or by submitting the form to the dealership. the matter has been taken with the BPCL executive Mr Prateek Shrivastav in Goa, but no action so far. The web portal server is also down for last four days. Mr Modi our PM has made an appeal to give up the subsidy voluntarily but the concerned company is doing the same without the knowledge of the customer and diverting the same to other customer may due to the underhand dealing with them. I request to investigate the matter and reinstate the subsidy immediately/. Regards Satchidanand Dabholkar
