Dear Sir/Mam, We required new connection of bharat gas from Bikapur distributor AMAR RASOI POINT DISTRIBUTOR TENDUAMAFI BIKAPUR FAIZABAD, UTTAR PRADESH 224204. We have deposited amount since last 20 days, still I did not got connection. Staff says that today my bill book is not available, today cylinder is not available etc. Customer are suffering.

That after his death I applied for the transfer of above said consumer no to my name. 3. That I completed all the necessary documents and submitted the same to my Distributor M/s Preeti Gas Service Nabha. Who forwarded the same to your Chandigarh office but reply is still awaited from Chandigarh Office. 4. That M/s Preeti Gas Service Nabha again forwarded my complaint vide complaint vide No.715344 Dated 27 May 2015. I therefore, again request you kindly transfer the above said Connection to my name at the earliest. I am dillip kr pani as consumer of bharatgas.i wrongly click give up subsidy.but i want to avail lpg subsidy .kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. so most humble request to you please deactivate from out up subsidy. I want to know why most of the pumps ie BPCL-IOC-HP are charging Rs2/= or Rs4/= for filling air in 2/4 wheeler respectively in Bangalore.No where in Karnataka pumps are charging but in Bangalore city the pump people beg from the customer for FREE AIR SERVICE.If you do not pay them they abuse.
is it a guide lines from Oil company to beg for money for FREE AIR.
Even in other states like Maharashtra-Rajasthan i have seen that AIR is provided free..
But in Bangalore itself if you take AIR from Shell/Total air is FREE with dignity and respect.
Is it an understanding between oil company officials and the pump owners on this issue.
Its not a question of money but the way these beggers(Air service employee)behaves is shameful and some time they use such a filthy words no one can imagine.Also these people are not afraid of Oil company officials as well as they do not provide complaint register.

My name p.C.Rajalingam -my gas consumer no. 28562 -agency -nanda gas company- trichy- my lpg id 1.0000.0000.5092.9585 -my aathar no.[protected]my bank- laksmi vilas bank-uthamarkoil branch- trichy dt- ifsc no. Lavb0000784-ac no [protected].My aathar no was already linked to the noted ac- with this ac i have received subsidy for two cylinders before nov.2014. Now i yet to receive subsidy for six cylinders. I contacted gas agency. But they used to give reply that 'you go to bank and ask them to link the aathar no'. In turn, bank intimated to us to gas agency that they have furnished all details as done for other bank ac holders. Sevaral times bank manager as well as myself contacted mr. Sunil bhathulla bharat gas sales official - whose ph.No[protected]but he is not able to solve problem. Now where i have to contact to solve the issue. I am a retired vice president from chettinad cements. In whatever manner i have contacted gas agency but all invein. Sir, the petrol pump which has been licensed with bharat petroleum of named of dealer harduttrai ranglal near nh-23 is not giving petrol from 13th august to 18th august till now .See sir birmitrapur is land of schedule castes and schedule tribes area and poor peoples are facing problems i and other peoples have to go to fill petrol 15 kilometres away from birmitrapur the staffs of harduttrai ranglal of bharat petroleum near nh-23 are always giving the no-stock andwe the peoples are facing lots of problems .Please resolve the problem it is near about 8 days they are not maintaining the rules of govt.

Date 16/08/2015 I with my wife went to Mauli Petrol pump (Baner) Pune, while returning from a relative as my Honda City car fuel indicator started blinking yellow (Reserve). Around 7.40 pm today ( 16/08/2015 ) .. When my turn came I requested for refueling my car with Petrol amounting Rs 2000/-. My wife was sitting in car, whereas I got down to see the petrol rate. Complaint against fraud. Company: BP Petrol Pump Location: Madiwala (Near Police Station) I went to fill petrol in my bike on 10th August 2015. My bike was just on reserve when I went there. I asked to fill for Rs. 300. Suddenly one guy came and distracted me asking "Cash or Card Sir". When I looked at meter after couple of seconds it was already 100 and meter was stopped. When I reminded him that I asked for 300, he started filling for remaining 200. I just had a small doubt at that time about the fraud, but it was confirmed when I checked mileage. Usually my bike gives 30kmpl, but after riding 60km itself it is in reserve. Please do necessary actions and random check in petrol pumps to avoid these frauds Regards Arun

Date : 11/08/2015. Dear Sir/Madam, I pleased to request you that I did not receive Bharat gas subsidy from last six months.My consumer No is.70011598. I already submit copies of my Aadhar card and Bank account detail with application form in Agency of Bharat Gas in wadala west Mumbai-37. I had been refueling (diesel) my car from Mookken devassy & Co petrol pump, Palarivattom, Cochin for past three months. My car's injector got damaged and had to be replaced due to the bad quality of fuel. I had to spend Rs.18000/- for replacing the injector. I really want BPCL to take up this complaint and ensure that the quality of fuel provided from this pump is good. I also want the amount to be refunded by the petrol pump .

Since i had 2 connections, so i had surrendered one of my connection. but it's past 10 days and my adhaar no is not deleted from the account of LPG account due to which my other is not active. request you to delete my adhaar ID from LPG account so that my other account get active in Delhi (Indane, Sona enterprises, Samaspur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi)

My gas bottle connection has blocked since last 4 months and i m very much stressed by going to the distributor many times and they always reply that the blocked will be open soon but the time goes on and till now nothing had happen so please do favour to me and open out my blocked account so that i can gey the bottle . Sir, I bring to your kind notice that my gas connection no. is 20499. I have not received my subsidy amount from the Agency for the past three months. i.e. from April 2015 to June 2015.. In this regard I have already contacted your agency Mangalam gas service, Sardar shahar, dist. churu (Rajasthan) and their contact no. is[protected]. Order No.1084031 date 01.01.2015 and Order No.1100031 date 12.02.2015. They are not giving correct answer to me. Also, the deliverymen also acknowledged the same in my Consumer book. I went on 5 Aug 2015 in BPCL petrol pump baner, when I told him to fill petrol of Rs.200, he stated the meter with 0 on it and another guy came to me for money. As I ws paying through card he was asking me pin. I told him and another petrol filling guy changed the meter to 200, but in reality he filled petrol of Rs.100 only. I checked it with my fuel meter in Bike. When I asked my friends about this, they also have same experience with this petrol pump. Ans this is the most fraud petrol pump in that area. I've booked gas thru IVRS on 30th July' 15 & booking confirmation no is[protected]. But when I checked by booking status online after 5 days since gas has not come, to my dismay it is mentioned that it is cancelled. Not once but twice cancelled within a span of 3 days. How come it happen?? I makes a mockery of entire IVRS facility by the distributor. It shows the loopholes in the system where distributor makes use of that. For the firm's attention, diesel prices were lowered applicable from midnight of August 01, 2015 from 47.74 rupees to 46.20 rupees. But when I filled diesel in my vehicle on August 01, 2015 at 01:00 pm noon, the price was still elevated. Not only did I incessantly look for ways to register my complaint, the officials barely cared and replied irresponsibly. After lodging two complaints with two irresponsible officials, I searched for other medium of contact. I pay my taxes, I am a part of this country. I vote the most eligible governance every five years. For all my responsibility towards my country's government, the least I expect is the implementation of regulations that adversely affect the common man like me. The soltuion for this situation is investigation and constant monitoring of the suspected officials involved at gas station or behind the desk. This will help every common man in the long run.
