      Hi sir my name is Lilabhai Panchal I have submitted adharcard card in S.B.I bank and Bharatgas (pramukh gas Agency), Ahmedabad gujarat.my subsidy was not received in last 6 month, i was visited to bank and LPG distributor. there was asked for me Your adhar card link inactive from NPCI. please re-link my adharcard A/C with bank A/C.         Respected Sir my self Dr. sudarshan Singh, I had transfered my LPG Connection from Matosri gas agency, Kashti to Ashirwad gas agency Nashik. Previousaly i was getting the LPG sudsidy but after doing transfer the subsidy was not given for first two cylinder yet which was taken on 29.08.15. Neither Gas agency distributor nor bank giving any type of answer. I did re-submission of my Aadhar number to the bank and even submitted all the related document to gas agency distributor. I made thrice complaint regarding the same but always i got the answer the problem has been resolved but yet i haven't received the LPG Subsidy. Further without my knowledge the Distributor had booked the LPG cylinder of purchase slip-35571 and sold out from account. So i am requesting you to solve the problem and transfer the LPG subsidy to Linked account. Else i will put complaint in consumer Forum regarding the same i.e Gas agency as well oil company. Kindly do the needfull Thanking You

          On 21 Aug i went pump the employe diverted attention and filled less than liter petrol for rs 200.i paied him before filling .when I complaint to manger anil kumar he directly stand with his employs.when I asked for complaint register he refuse to do so and he threat me to bear severe consequences as they are highly powerful political people.he further said that they do not bother about any online complaint

            In the morning around 730 i went to petrol pump in the Baner and to fill up petrol. I requested to put in petrol for Rs.250/-. When reading goes on i handed over Rs.500/- to another fellow standing besides me. Last reading that i saw was around Rs.180/-. The one who taken money told me that he dont have change of Rs.50/- then i asked him to fill for Rs.300/-. Meanwhile i heard keypad sound and when i observed within no time reading went to Rs.250/-. Then when i asked him he said bla bla stories and i told him i need to speak to manager. After 10 min of discussion they filled for another Rs.20/- (With reading from 0 to Rs. 20/-) and handed over Rs.300/- back to me. I just came to know from my friend he had also faced same problem in Baner with Bharat Petroleum I demand to register the complaint and take corrective action to have fair services to customers Thank you Regards, Siva Raghavaraju

              Dear Sir/Mam, We required new connection of bharat gas from Bikapur distributor AMAR RASOI POINT DISTRIBUTOR TENDUAMAFI BIKAPUR FAIZABAD, UTTAR PRADESH 224204. We have deposited amount since last 20 days, still I did not got connection. Staff says that today my bill book is not available, today cylinder is not available etc. Customer are suffering.

That Consumer No. is 71546 allotted by your company to my husband Sh. Ramesh Bhardwaz. Who expired in the year 2013. 2. That after his death I applied for the transfer of above said consumer no to my name. 3. That I completed all the necessary documents and submitted the same to my Distributor M/s Preeti Gas Service Nabha. Who forwarded the same to your Chandigarh office but reply is still awaited from Chandigarh Office. 4.                     I want to know why most of the pumps ie BPCL-IOC-HP are charging Rs2/= or Rs4/= for filling air in 2/4 wheeler respectively in Bangalore.No where in Karnataka pumps are charging but in Bangalore city the pump people beg from the customer for FREE AIR SERVICE.If you do not pay them they abuse.
                    is it a guide lines from Oil company to beg for money for FREE AIR.
                    Even in other states like Maharashtra-Rajasthan i have seen that AIR is provided free..
                    But in Bangalore itself if you take AIR from Shell/Total air is FREE with dignity and respect.
                    Is it an understanding between oil company officials and the pump owners on this issue.
                    Its not a question of money but the way these beggers(Air service employee)behaves is shameful and some time they use such a filthy words no one can imagine.Also these people are not afraid of Oil company officials as well as they do not provide complaint register.

                      My name p.C.Rajalingam -my gas consumer no. 28562 -agency -nanda gas company- trichy- my lpg id 1.0000.0000.5092.9585 -my aathar no.[protected]my bank- laksmi vilas bank-uthamarkoil branch- trichy dt- ifsc no. Lavb0000784-ac no [protected].My aathar no was already linked to the noted ac- with this ac i have received subsidy for two cylinders before nov.2014. Now i yet to receive subsidy for six cylinders. I contacted gas agency. But they used to give reply that 'you go to bank and ask them to link the aathar no'. In turn, bank intimated to us to gas agency that they have furnished all details as done for other bank ac holders. Sevaral times bank manager as well as myself contacted mr. Sunil bhathulla bharat gas sales official - whose ph.No[protected]but he is not able to solve problem. Now where i have to contact to solve the issue. I am a retired vice president from chettinad cements. In whatever manner i have contacted gas agency but all invein. I request to concered officials to take up the seriously and arrange to get the pending subsidy. Pc rajalingam ph.No [protected]
                      even single star cannot be considerred.

                        Sir, the petrol pump which has been licensed with bharat petroleum of named of dealer harduttrai ranglal near nh-23 is not giving petrol from 13th august to 18th august till now .See sir birmitrapur is land of schedule castes and schedule tribes area and poor peoples are facing problems i and other peoples have to go to fill petrol 15 kilometres away from birmitrapur the staffs of harduttrai ranglal of bharat petroleum near nh-23 are always giving the no-stock andwe the peoples are facing lots of problems .Please resolve the problem it is near about 8 days they are not maintaining the rules of govt.

                          Date 16/08/2015 I with my wife went to Mauli Petrol pump (Baner) Pune, while returning from a relative as my Honda City car fuel indicator started blinking yellow (Reserve). Around 7.40 pm today ( 16/08/2015 ) .. When my turn came I requested for refueling my car with Petrol amounting Rs 2000/-. My wife was sitting in car, whereas I got down to see the petrol rate.                             Complaint against fraud. Company: BP Petrol Pump Location: Madiwala (Near Police Station) I went to fill petrol in my bike on 10th August 2015. My bike was just on reserve when I went there. I asked to fill for Rs. 300. Suddenly one guy came and distracted me asking "Cash or Card Sir". When I looked at meter after couple of seconds it was already 100 and meter was stopped. When I reminded him that I asked for 300, he started filling for remaining 200. I just had a small doubt at that time about the fraud, but it was confirmed when I checked mileage. Usually my bike gives 30kmpl, but after riding 60km itself it is in reserve. Please do necessary actions and random check in petrol pumps to avoid these frauds Regards Arun

I already submit copies of my Aadhar card and Bank account detail with application form in Agency of Bharat Gas in wadala west Mumbai-37.                                     I had been refueling (diesel) my car from Mookken devassy & Co petrol pump, Palarivattom, Cochin for past three months. My car's injector got damaged and had to be replaced due to the bad quality of fuel. I had to spend Rs.18000/- for replacing the injector. I really want BPCL to take up this complaint and ensure that the quality of fuel provided from this pump is good. I also want the amount to be refunded by the petrol pump .

                                      Since i had 2 connections, so i had surrendered one of my connection. but it's past 10 days and my adhaar no is not deleted from the account of LPG account due to which my other is not active. request you to delete my adhaar ID from LPG account so that my other account get active in Delhi (Indane, Sona enterprises, Samaspur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi)
