I went on 5 Aug 2015 in BPCL petrol pump baner, when I told him to fill petrol of Rs.200, he stated the meter with 0 on it and another guy came to me for money. As I ws paying through card he was asking me pin. I told him and another petrol filling guy changed the meter to 200, but in reality he filled petrol of Rs.100 only. I checked it with my fuel meter in Bike. When I asked my friends about this, they also have same experience with this petrol pump. Ans this is the most fraud petrol pump in that area.     I've booked gas thru IVRS on 30th July' 15 & booking confirmation no is[protected]. But when I checked by booking status online after 5 days since gas has not come, to my dismay it is mentioned that it is cancelled. Not once but twice cancelled within a span of 3 days. How come it happen?? I makes a mockery of entire IVRS facility by the distributor. It shows the loopholes in the system where distributor makes use of that. I'm looking forward to Bharat gas for a suitable action & permanent solution for this & my agent is Sathya Sai Gas Service- chennai 600019. Ferdinand Anthony Chennai - 600019

      For the firm's attention, diesel prices were lowered applicable from midnight of August 01, 2015 from 47.74 rupees to 46.20 rupees. But when I filled diesel in my vehicle on August 01, 2015 at 01:00 pm noon, the price was still elevated. Not only did I incessantly look for ways to register my complaint, the officials barely cared and replied irresponsibly. After lodging two complaints with two irresponsible officials, I searched for other medium of contact. I pay my taxes, I am a part of this country. I vote the most eligible governance every five years. For all my responsibility towards my country's government, the least I expect is the implementation of regulations that adversely affect the common man like me. The soltuion for this situation is investigation and constant monitoring of the suspected officials involved at gas station or behind the desk. This will help every common man in the long run.           At 9am today, while going to my office on 04/08/2015, I went to BPCL petrol station near Charmwood village, Faridabad, Haryana. Name of the petrol station is Nahar Fuels. I asked the filling guy for filling petrol worth Rs. 300/-. When I opened the petrol tanker for this guy to fill the tank, another guy came to me at the driver’s seat and asked for payment. In the meantime I paid him cash and took receipt, I turned my head and saw that the filling guy had already started the meter without alerting me to see the “0” reading before filling petrol (which is the usual practice in all other petrol stations). I noticed this lapse and immediately came out of my car to object that I was not shown the “0” reading, which created a doubt that they have started the meter at higher reading. To this the filling guy misbehaved and said “ Jab aap ne 300 ka petrol dene ko kaha hai to main 300 ka hi to bharunga fir meter par 0 dikhaney ki kya wajah hai”. When I objected to his comment, he reiterated that there is no need to show starting meter.
          This shows the callous approach with which the service people are appointed and trained. Certainly, there has been no training on how to handle customers and how to talk to them. When I drove off, I didn’t see the needle of the display meter (which shows the capacity to which the petrol tank is filled) move even an iota clearly shows that I have been cheated for Rs. 300/- worth of petrol and over that suffered misbehavior from ruthless uneducated staff of the petrol station.
          Rs. 300/- may not be a big amount for me (who have suffered) as well as the petrol pump (which has cheated me), but the station has definitely lost its reputation. I am certain that no one in my family will ever buy petrol from there.
          I request you to take appropriate action against the said petrol pump so that this malpractice is checked and the staff is alerted to treat their customers with dignity.

            I am one of your consumer since 2003. i have booked the gas on[protected] no[protected] but did not received the filled gason[protected] the salesman told u come on after twodays, so i returned back again i book the gas on[protected] but in online booing it tell that your booking is on the process so i go again on[protected] but the salesman told that your booking is cancelled, sir my home is 14 km from basudevpur. i have returned back twice on one booking . but itis teir responsibilly to deliver the filled cylinder at the customer 's door.
            they are knowingly harrassed the consumers. so kindll look in to the matter and do the needful

              Dear Sir/Mam, I had a bank account '[protected]' ( in ICICI Bank) and it was linked to my Aadhar no.[protected]. I started receiving LPG subsidies in to my bank account. But due to some personal reasons I had to close my ICICI bank account and then I opened a new account '[protected]' with SBI Bank and also they linked my Aadhar to this new account and same bank details I had given to my LPG distributor to update in their records . Now it has been 4 months and while I am checking my Aadhar linking status on 'Indane' website (i.e. http://indane.co.in/chkaadhaarwebresult.php). it is still showing me Bank name as 'ICICI Bank' and Bank Linking status is 'Inactive'. Please link my Aadhar to my newly opened bank account ( i.e. SBIBank) as ICICI Bank account is already closed and is not active. Regards Ashok Kumar Mob-[protected]

                I am having Bharat gas connection bearing No.14330 at Sharavan Gas Agency, CBI Road, Bangalore. During 2014, I had updated my Aadhar No.[protected] with the Gas agency as well as my SB account at State bank of Mysore, Rajmahal Vilas Extension, Bangalore and was getting the subsidy credited to my account. During the end of 2014 I closed my bank account since it was not required to get subsidy as the system of DBTL was discontinued. After it was notified during the early part of 2015 in the newspapers that we have to have Bank account to get the subsidy, I again opened a Bank account at State Bank of Mysore, Bhoopasandrabranch, Bangalore. I gave the new SB Account No.[protected] to the SBM, Bhoopasandra branch as well as the gas agency to update the new SB account. The bank people have informed that they have updated my new SB account alongwith Aadhar at their end. The gas agency people have express their helplessness on this issue. Till now, the gas subsidy from February 2015 is not being credited to my account despite follow up with the Bank and gas agency. It seem there is a technical glitch which is not updating the new Bank account. On the Bharatgas web portal it is stated that my subsidy amount is being sent to old account and it is getting bounced as the a/c is closed. I request your kindself to get my new Bank account No.[protected] at State Bank of Mysore, Bhoopasandra branch, Bangalore, updated and linked to my Aadhar account so that I could get the subsidy amount to my new account. Sir, I am a widow with no source of income and it will be very difficult for me to purchase gas without subsidy and seek your help in this regard. Looking forward for your favourable response.                   I Mr. Sant Kumar Tyagi holding a Bharat Gas Connection No.[protected] recently transferred from NSG Gas Agency, Manesar, Gurgaon Haryana to Bhawani Gas Agency, Sadh Nagar New Delhi-10045 . 02 filled Gas cylinder released by the agency to me but subsidy of both the cylinder not received till date. on asking about subsidy agency rep said that, " Bharat Gas not releasing subsidy to released cylinder on transfer" Sir is this right or wrong ? I want to Know actual policy of subsidy.
                  Sir, please clear above fact and if I m eligible to take subsidy please approach concern officer to reimburse the subsidy otherwise mail the policy under which I m not entitle to take the subsidy.

                      I have faced this multiple times and with many other gas station companies. Today I faced this issue with Bharat Petroleum. While filling up the fuel, they are very careless and due to this lot of petrol does not go in the petrol tank and flows out. When I ask them to do something about it, they casually laughed and just told "next time". I did not quite understand what that meant. I am not sure what kind of proof I can submit here but next time I will take a photo and post.

                          Sir, I bring to your kind notice that I have not received my subsidy amount from the Bank for the past three months. i.e. from April 2015 to June 2015.. In this regard I have already contacted your agency Leema Bhrath Gas Agency, Gummidipundi and their contact no. is 27929342/27929222. Order No.65515 Dt.10.7.2015 and Order No.22262 Dt.5.5.2015. They are giving correct answer to me. Also, the deliverymen also acknowledged the same in my Consumer book. I don't know why the delay has happened for getting my subsidy amount.                             Dear Sir, I have received LPG Gas Cylinder for the month of May, June and July 2015. I have paid the necessary charges . Also, I have received subsidy every month for the past previous months. But suddenly I have not received any subsidy the for the above said months. In this regard, I have contacted Leema Gas Agency, Gummidipundi (Phone No.[protected]/[protected]). But they have not given correct reply for the same.                               I could not book cylinder through the BPCL website on 19 to 21 Jul 2015. The reason given by the BPCL (Pune) website is " please try later ! there is no response from servers" I contacted the Akshay gas agency Distributor ID No 166969 on 21 Jul they said that online services are down. I had to book through registered cell number and acknowledgement did not come back. I think there process must be followed and subsidy must be given until the consumer decides to give it up from BPCL and the distributor. BPCL is the owner of these issues and requesting to look into these service irregularities. Distributor says the cylinder will be supplied after 12 days because there are huge queues to deliver. The genuine consumers are suffering due to deficiencies in processes. Requesting authorities must take action as soon as possible. Regards Consumer # 38832141 Cell +91 [protected]

                                Sir, We are not geting the gas cylinder, because we don't know when the gas will come.When they will bring the cylinder we will be outside for earning money for the expenses of our family. After two days we will get one message from the agency"Order cancelled as house was locked" So how can get the gas cylinder. Sir, pls. something for us.

                                    I am SUDARSAN NAYAK (CONSUMER ID-NT0586, SV NO & DATE[protected]/10.02.1999), l am regular user of BPCL GAS, In some family medical related problem i am not stay my current registered location, in this cause i would not purchase any cylinder in the registered agency in last 6 months, But i would already Deposite my KYC form in agency store(code-441883, NTPC/TTPS Employee Consumer society, Talcher Thermal-759101), now i am going to this store for a new purchase, but the agency not provided the cylinder and misbehaved me, also i am calling the consumer help line, (no-[protected], [protected])tey were also not responced of my call, in this cause last 7/8 days i am face pleanty of problem for this company, so i will need ur help, pls take some immideate step and sort out my problem as soon as possible.
