I am having Bharat gas connection bearing No.14330 at Sharavan Gas
Agency, CBI Road, Bangalore. During 2014, I had updated my Aadhar No.[protected] with the Gas agency as well as my SB account at State bank of Mysore,
Rajmahal Vilas Extension, Bangalore and was getting the subsidy credited to my account.
During the end of 2014 I closed my bank account since it was not required to get
subsidy as the system of DBTL was discontinued.
After it was notified during the early part of 2015 in the newspapers that we have to have Bank account to get the subsidy, I again opened a Bank account at State Bank of Mysore, Bhoopasandrabranch, Bangalore.
I gave the new SB Account No.[protected] to the SBM, Bhoopasandra branch as well as the gas agency to update the new SB account. The bank people have informed that they have updated my new SB account alongwith Aadhar at their end. The gas agency people have express their helplessness on this issue.
Till now, the gas subsidy from February 2015 is not being credited to my account despite follow up with the Bank and gas agency. It seem there is a technical
glitch which is not updating the new Bank account. On the Bharatgas web portal it is stated that my subsidy amount is being sent to old account and it is getting bounced as the a/c is closed.
I request your kindself to get my new Bank account No.[protected] at State Bank
of Mysore, Bhoopasandra branch, Bangalore, updated and linked to my Aadhar account so that I could get the subsidy amount to my new account.
Sir, I am a widow with no source of income and it will be very difficult for me to purchase gas without subsidy and seek your help in this regard.
