Sir/Madam, I had booked for one LPG cylinder on 17/07/2015 (at 09:51 am) vide IVRS booking No. [protected]. On 20/07/2015 I received a message which express that my LPG Refill Order No. 63294 has been cancelled on account that it was found that I am no residing at the address I had mentioned in the documents. It's a misguiding message and I am still residing in the same address I had mentioned in the document. I request you for further necessary action please. With regards, Vikas Sinha Asstt.     Loud pollution done by Bharat gas loading truck in resident area
    Bharat gas loading truck man get lot of gas cylinder noise pollution in day time in our resident area balaji nagar, thakurli(e)421201.
    What is ur permission policy ?
    How did company allow big truck cyliner loading in resident area?
    There are several two big complex in this area rama nagar near balaji nagar. In between this two big complex Morya complex and Mangalmurti complex gas cylinder loading done here daily 4-5 hours a day.
    Please take action against such gas agency.

      Dear sir/madam, I regret to inform you that M/s M, P. Gas services(code no.461701) is very erratic in its supply of gas refills, since the inception of my gas connection with this agency I have never received timely delivery of gas refills. My consumer no. is 10003070. The last time I booked the gas was on 25/06/2015 and my booking no. is[protected] and till date I haven't received the refill. There landline numbers have seized functioning for the passed three months or more. I have personally been to the agency office and lodge a complaint with them. Despite assurance they haven't done anything in this regard. If such a condition persists, I'm afraid, the consumers will be obliged to take law in their hands.           I am Cdr Bijoy Kumar(Retd) living in Thevera Ernakulam Kerala. I have a Bharat Gas Connection with SiniAgencies a Bharat Gas distributer at Kadvanthra, Ernakulam. My consumer no. is 32237416. After death of my wife I am staying alone due to which my use of gas is very less. A cylinder runs for 2/3 months. Due to which my connection became dormant and the Agency did not supply me gas. I had submitted an application with the agency to activate my connection in May. Till now it has not been activated. On inquiry the Agency told me to speak to the Sales Officer. On speaking to the Sales Officer I was told that he has activated my connection. But the agency says it is still dormant. My gas has finished and don't have any thing to do cooking

            Respected Sir/Madam, I having one gas connection in Mehul Bharat Gas Sec-5 Noida, I have booking gas salender on date 03.07.15.but i have not received gas salender till date but i have not responce from Mehul bharat gas.delivery boys of mehul gas Mr. Subash & Mr. Satender sells gas salender in black last two month i have complaint allraedy in mehul gas but not received responce. kindly solve to my gas salander complaint. I have allrady two times complaint & my complaint number is 787099 & 790644. Mehul gas delivery boys (Mr. Subash & Mr Satender )allready sold salender in black amt. date09.07.15.             Delivery boy rajesh sharma misbehaved with my wife. He talked very rashed language.Firstly my cylinder is delivered after 11 days from Sree Krishna Gas Agency Liluah W.B. and after lots of complaints and also after go to agency they delivered my cylinder and then delivery boy talked rashely that its not my area and asked rubbished questions to my wife.Very bad service of sree Krishna bharat gas agency and its delivey boy.
            Today my gas cylinder was delivered but the delivery man demands 30 rupees more from my mother when she refused to pay he threatened her that next time we have to come for delivery in a van he will not deliver to my home, What would I do.

                My gas dealer promise to deliver LPG gas cylinder at home for that he charge extra. but he always call us from a point which is approx 2.5 km away from my house( He charge Rs.2 for call also) most of the time no male person available at home at that time my mother go to someone and beg for bringing my cylinder.
                Sir my gas cylinder distributor code is341866 my sv no is [protected] . Distributor not deliver cylinder in time . This month I booked it on 10/ 7/ 2015 but I have not get cylinder till 20/7/2015 . Distributor delivered SMS of subsidy and cash memo no 30934 on 14/7/2015 but HE not deliver cylinder. Every month we are facing this problem please help me. Sarver bi .

My consumer number is 5337.My distributor code is 112352.I booked a gas reffil on 30th June 2015.I received a message on 13th July stating your order has been cancelled as per your request. I did not cancel this order.I think something is wrong.I need my booked gas.I think Bharat gas distributor or the delivery man has done something and cancelled my order.I want Bharat gas to take necessary steps to investigate about this fraud activity and deal it seriously.

This is also inform to you that I did not got any message on my registered mobile for booking of cylinder or getting subsidy. Till today the distributor has not provide refilling cylinder to me at my home address, however I tried lot of time to call to distributor agency on his mobile nos giving to us on gas passbook but nobody were receiving my call. I really got troubled as the agency is more than five KM far away from my home and I could not get time to visit during the day time from 1000 h to 1800 h due my office. It is requested to do necessary action at the earliest. Gas Agency must have the land line number which will be received at any time during office hour.                               Hello, My consumer ID is[protected]Bharat Gas) & have got refill delivery on XX-Aor-2015 which amounted me Rs. 640/-. Now after two & half month passed by of refill delivery also I didn't received the subsidy amount in my account which is already updated to my Bharat Gas connection. Enclosing the receipt of refill which clearly shows an excess amount have been given considering subsidized connection. But didn't yet got the subsidy amount.                                       Sir, I am your very old customer taking service from last 7 years and I am working in Syndicate Bank as Assistant Manager. Earlier no problem because that time I am residing in near RT Nagar, Bangalore. Recently last one month back I shifted my residence to K R Puram, Bangalore. Earlier distributor transferred my consumer no to your gas agency Rashmi Gas agency near K RPuram railway station. There also no good service and they informed we are not delivering to your area. To transfer my connection to other agency they took one week and made me to travel here and there so many times. Afterwards when I warned them I will give complaint then they transferred it to Vinayaka Gas Agency, Vignanagar, Bangalore. Now, I booked gas over phone on 03.07.2015 booking no[protected]. From that date till today I am calling to Vinayaka Gas agency to deliver cylinder but till today they are not delivered. How your gas agency are so carefull. Customer should call 100 times for their gas. Please clarify in this regard. Please take action against both these agencies which are situated in K R Puram and cancel their license.
