Respected Sir, I, Piyush Karande am having your Bharat gas connection in Pimple Gurav at Pune. My.My Consumer No is 103207.I had given request to refill cylinder at 15 may-2015 but they didnt respond. I again raised the request to refill Cylinder at[protected] and my booking no is[protected].But up till now i dint get any response.Then I called the agency people, they always responded arrogantly. My details are as follows- Name-Piyush Karande Consumer No-103207 Mobile No-[protected] Gas Agency Address-Bhairavnath Gas Agency, Pimple Gurav, 60 ft DP Road, Opposite of Jagtap PatilEngracia Site Please do the needful and provide us value added service .We also pay the money for the same. Made a complaint with customer care on 25.04.2015 and their c.no is 646097 KYC submitted with local distributor with all necessary papers on 9.1.2015.       I have a refill of Bharat gas which I booked on 17 June 2015 and the delivery man brought on 18 June 2015...while receiving the refill I found the seal of refill is already broken ...I have told him to change the refill then he said "Mai Nahi Karunga yahi Lena padega"...I apposed it then he started misbehaving... His name is "Nandkishore" working in Santoshi Gas Service, Shakur pur.. Distributed code is 113589..

        Hi, I've booked a gas cylinder from Bharat Gas with booking reference number[protected]. This was on May 22. Its been June 17 and no cylinder has been delivered. When I called up Bharat Gas, they said that they can deliver it only on week days until 530 pm and asked me to hand over the cylinder to the security guard. Initially, they insisted that they would deliver a cylinder without bill. This is really pathetic. If someone can help, it would be really great. Please reply. Thanks, Shyam

          I am a customer of BPCLof yours NEEL JYOTI DISTRUBUTOR at Barasat, WB of Consumer No[protected] . I have opted out from subsidy since February, 2015 due to my mistake ( online submission). I want to join to NSDL Scheme, but I cannot any solution from my distributor and they do not give any information. Therefore I also submitted a application for subsidy and a copy of SV to my distributor of nearly one month ago .I could not book any cylinder from March, 2015 . Please do something as soon as possible .;

            Dear Sir/Madam My gas connection no. is M16758 distributor name- Madhu gas agency, Gurgaon -122001 Haryana. I have already submitted my bank details along with cancelled cheque. We also got sms on our registered no regarding the subsidy amount credited to my bank account. But there is no subsidy amount credited in my a/c.               Every single month cylinder delivery is taking a month or more. This is just not acceptable by any standards. Last booking reference number[protected] booked on 21st may 2015 today being 16th june 2015. No sign of the promised 3-4 days delivery. Some action should be taken against this distributor as this is a serious ongoing issue of delivering cylinders to preferred customers out of turn and non or delayed delivery to other regular customers.                 Hello respected sir!!! I visited at Balaji Petroleum Sawai Jaisingh Highway, Bani Park, Jaipur 302016 at 12.10 a.m 15 th june 2015.I made fuel of 200 rs. on my bike. After filling the petrol I demanded the bill for the payment. Then one of the workers of Petrol Pump started quarreling with me. Even he misconducted to me. Hence I am not satisfied with the service and the behavior of this petrol pump. So I complaint to the General Manager of Bharat Petroleum to take an action and do needful immediately. I request you to amend the behavior of this petrol pump workers. Thanks With regards Shravan [protected]

                    I booked online gas cyl on due period, but distributer not provide me gas cyl since last issue. I am Cent Govt Servant and my family staying alone at home, so I am not available all times for long periods at home. For convenience I had applied two cyl so recycled one by one but last one month no any gas cyl provide to me by distributer Dinesh Brothers, Umreth Branch. Pl clarify, regarding unconvincing.                       I Dr. Samsul Haque Ansary went to Bharat gas Centre, SHYAMA, Bandel, Hooghly, W.B. for service of my Oven on 11.06.2015. I submitted my oven and they told me to come after 1 hr. I went there after 1hr but the work is not completed. I wait for the completion. Suddenly two staffs of the agency angry on me and they blem me for their disturbance of work. Several rough words throughing to me. They told me to leave the place. I protest it and they again misbehave me.

                        every time vishal bharat gas is forcing us to go to their office to rimind that our booking is 20 or 25 days, but you have not suppled the same...sardar ji says that i will see and will get you sylinder with in a day or two.. while I asked him to make complaint against this type of dealing sardar is answering:- go any where and do what do you want. THIS TYPE OF GUNDAGARDEE is creating problem for comsumer...please take a hard and strong action against this distributor.

                            I had a gas connection from Shahid Ram Chandra H P gas Banswara and I want to transfer it to Partapur District Banswara so that I gave transfer paper to Sh Dineshji (Bharat Gas Partapur) first week of April 2015 and also gave ₹4000 as told by Sh Dineshji and yet I didn't received the connection paper...                               Dear Sir, I visited devmogra gas agency located in mira road for having my connection transferred to pune from mira road east, mumbai. I was told that the connection is blocked and needs to be unblocked first and then the transfer request can be put through. This was my first visit from pune to devmogra gas agency mira road. i tried calling them after a week or so but no one answered the call. Then i travelled from pune again to devmogra gas agency only to know that the request was never submitted. this time i took the mobile number of the person whose name is prabhakar. He asked me to call after 15 days and confirm if the connection has been unblocked.I called him and he confirmed that the connection has been unblocked. I then asked my sister to visit their office only to know that the connection is still blocked. Please help me with this or guide me as to how i can get this isue resolved.

                                    sir, i am suraj saha, go to petrolpume to fill my bike, , i asked him to give petrol of 50 rupees, then he said only 4.50 grams will he give on my bike, i asked him why 4.50 gram about to 50 rupees, we know 1 liter petrol rate is 73 rupees . if i liter petrol is 73 rupes, then how many petrol be found against 50 rupees, but pump give me only 4.50 grams. i want to complain to senior manager as RM & DGM, PLZ CONTACT ME FOR CONSULT -[protected]
