I’m an old customer of your Vasant Kunj petrol pump. There are two machines installed in this pump in the front side. But from the past several months I have been observing that the employees ask the customers either to reverse their vehicle and get their tanks filled from the first machine whereas sometimes they ask the customers to park their card near the second machine since the first machine is not working. There’s a nuisance at the pump each time I visit. This causes a lot of trouble to the customers and also wastage of time. I’ve complained to the employees and the manger several times but no action has been taken. The pump is located at a very prime location and there are no other petrol pumps located in that area. This is just spoling your company’s reputation. Pay a surprise visit to the pump so that you are able to see all this with your own eyes. Please look into this matter at the earliest.     I am using services of Bharat Gas. Distributor name is Pooja Bharat Gas Services, Add- Jaspur Road, Co-operative Bank Complex, Gumla, Jharkhand. This agency is not distributing Gas door to door but people have to go to their godown, even they don't intimate about the distribution date and time also. Today they gave me unsealed cylinder after so many request. After coming home i found that gas is leaking badly which can cause major accident. Looking for support from authority.

        Myself rohit kumar & i have connection of bharat gas with Consumer ID 52661482. But i did nit get delivery on right time. Every time i have to Re-book my delivery. No one pic the call easily in Siddhilingeswara gas services. Very bad experiance with bharat gas in Mysore.

          I am not getting the subsidy amount for the last two cylinders purchased from Bharat petrolium (LPG) Tanaya gas agency Nallasopara, Maharashtra. My consumer No. is 6612530.             Bihpuria Gas Agency has crossed its serviceable customer limit.There fore the proprietor & the stuff of Bihpuria Gas Agency has unable to supply sufficient gas cylinders to the consumers. The agency has crossed consumer limit approx.20000 & above. Its necessary to establish another Gas agency in Bihpuria town. But the whole system has corrupted. Who will see the problem???
            All the stuffs of the gas agency are high ranked/high quality/highly educated Officers. New Gas connection Rupees 7200.00 & DBC amount Rs. 3500.00.

My.My Consumer No is 103207.I had given request to refill cylinder at 15 may-2015 but they didnt respond. I again raised the request to refill Cylinder at[protected] and my booking no is[protected].But up till now i dint get any response.Then I called the agency people, they always responded arrogantly.                   I have a refill of Bharat gas which I booked on 17 June 2015 and the delivery man brought on 18 June 2015...while receiving the refill I found the seal of refill is already broken ...I have told him to change the refill then he said "Mai Nahi Karunga yahi Lena padega"...I apposed it then he started misbehaving... His name is "Nandkishore" working in Santoshi Gas Service, Shakur pur.. Distributed code is 113589..

                    Hi, I've booked a gas cylinder from Bharat Gas with booking reference number[protected]. This was on May 22. Its been June 17 and no cylinder has been delivered. When I called up Bharat Gas, they said that they can deliver it only on week days until 530 pm and asked me to hand over the cylinder to the security guard. Initially, they insisted that they would deliver a cylinder without bill. This is really pathetic. If someone can help, it would be really great. Please reply. Thanks, Shyam

                      I am a customer of BPCLof yours NEEL JYOTI DISTRUBUTOR at Barasat, WB of Consumer No[protected] . I have opted out from subsidy since February, 2015 due to my mistake ( online submission). I want to join to NSDL Scheme, but I cannot any solution from my distributor and they do not give any information. Therefore I also submitted a application for subsidy and a copy of SV to my distributor of nearly one month ago .I could not book any cylinder from March, 2015 . Please do something as soon as possible .;

I have already submitted my bank details along with cancelled cheque. We also got sms on our registered no regarding the subsidy amount credited to my bank account.                           Every single month cylinder delivery is taking a month or more. This is just not acceptable by any standards. Last booking reference number[protected] booked on 21st may 2015 today being 16th june 2015. No sign of the promised 3-4 days delivery. Some action should be taken against this distributor as this is a serious ongoing issue of delivering cylinders to preferred customers out of turn and non or delayed delivery to other regular customers.                             Hello respected sir!!! I visited at Balaji Petroleum Sawai Jaisingh Highway, Bani Park, Jaipur 302016 at 12.10 a.m 15 th june 2015.I made fuel of 200 rs. on my bike. After filling the petrol I demanded the bill for the payment. Then one of the workers of Petrol Pump started quarreling with me. Even he misconducted to me. Hence I am not satisfied with the service and the behavior of this petrol pump. So I complaint to the General Manager of Bharat Petroleum to take an action and do needful immediately.                                 I booked online gas cyl on due period, but distributer not provide me gas cyl since last issue. I am Cent Govt Servant and my family staying alone at home, so I am not available all times for long periods at home. For convenience I had applied two cyl so recycled one by one but last one month no any gas cyl provide to me by distributer Dinesh Brothers, Umreth Branch. Pl clarify, regarding unconvincing.                                   I Dr. Samsul Haque Ansary went to Bharat gas Centre, SHYAMA, Bandel, Hooghly, W.B. for service of my Oven on 11.06.2015. I submitted my oven and they told me to come after 1 hr. I went there after 1hr but the work is not completed. I wait for the completion. Suddenly two staffs of the agency angry on me and they blem me for their disturbance of work. Several rough words throughing to me. They told me to leave the place. I protest it and they again misbehave me.

                                    every time vishal bharat gas is forcing us to go to their office to rimind that our booking is 20 or 25 days, but you have not suppled the same...sardar ji says that i will see and will get you sylinder with in a day or two.. while I asked him to make complaint against this type of dealing sardar is answering:- go any where and do what do you want. THIS TYPE OF GUNDAGARDEE is creating problem for comsumer...please take a hard and strong action against this distributor.
