I came to Tirumala Filling Station Pragnapur Medak district Telangana, to fill petrol in my tata Nexon petrol car but the attendant filled the tank with diesel, after going some distance my car broke down I got the car towed and brought it to garage. When I asked the bunk manager he verified it in Cc tv an confirmed their mistake.
After i informed him about the mechanic charges he refused to pay the full amount saying that it's too much and started to bargain with me, i even offered to pay half of the amount of towing and mechanic charges. A friend of bunk manager threatened me saying that take the amount they are offering or do whatever I can and they will not give any more money.
I had to shed amount from my pocket as they were threatening me.

        Dear Sir Madam

        The amount Rs1131 debited from UPI on 06.04.2023 on booking of cyclinder upi transaction[protected] userUPIID [protected]@OKHDFCBANK GPAY for consumer number 96631991 but booking refrence not generated .So other booking for cash on delivery made by me with booking ID 3474 which got delivered on 12.04.2023. and i made payment for it with upi traransaction Id[protected] upi [protected]@OKHDFCBANK.
        I AM WAITING FOR REFUND DISPUTE RAISED IN GPAY THEY SAID THE AMOUNT IS COMPLETED RAISE REFUND TO BPCL SO I MADE IT.
        URGENTLY REFUND THE AMOUNT AS ALREADY DELAY

          Hi Sir/Madam,
          Using BPCL app booked the cylinder.
          I have booked the cylinder and amount is also debited from account. But when I check the histroy, nothing is reflecting regardig booking. And cylinder is also not booked.

          Please help me, resolve the issue

              My name is Sachin S Verma and I lived in Delhi 110096. I am registered customer of BPCl and my Consumer ID is 58470340. Today i.e. 06/04/2023 I am trying to book my LPG Cylinder via BPCL app and I have done my payment via UPI ID [protected]@axisb. Now the amount of Rs 1103 has been deducted from my bank account but booking has been failed on to the BPCL app. Transaction ID is UPIAR/[protected]/DR/BPCL BIL/HDFC/bpcl.[protected]@ dated 06/04/2023. Kindly get back my amount deducted from my bank account.

                I was using BPCL Petro card- FA[protected]. Unfortunately, I lost the same. It was having balance amount with it. Requesting you for issuance of a new card to my address: 903, Tower-4, Crescent Bay, Bhoiwada, Parel, Mumbai-400012. For any further information, I can be contacted over my registered mobile number.

                  I ordered lpg on 24/03/2023 and till 27/03/2023 i didnt get my cylinder.. its very difficult to manage. i called the distributor so he is telling me to take it by myself from godown, which is not possible for a single girl.

                    I had a cylinder leakage today(26-Mar-2023) around 6.30PM. The cylinder was leaking without regulator and even after closing with the cap. So I called the distributor "RSR Bharatgas agency Distributor code: 179404" provided emergency contact number [protected].
                    The person who attended the call casually responded that he cant come now(duty over) and will come next day morning even after I explained the emergency situation. I called the other number [protected] and the person assured that he'll be arriving in an hour but he neither visited my home nor responded to my calls after two hours.
                    I was really scared with a leaky cylinder at home having kids around. This kind of rude behaviour and lack of support during emergency is really shocking and unbelievable.
                    Kindly look into this safety issue and help us to get the faulty cylinder replaced at the earliest.

                      I fill petrol in HP Petrolium authorised dealer of you which is located at Nihal Singh Market, Ashok Nagar, Harsh Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208012
                      it's been a year since I've seen any free air machine fixed at this petrol pump even this pump is have cng and petrol after that they are running away from responsibilities please get it fixed asap.

In that Petrol Station one Black Colour Old Person of Employee is Done Like this cheatings..They're Cheated many Customers and Please Give a Solution...                               I have applied for new gas connection.
                              My request id is 84717092.
                              I checked for two weeks and all that time it showed "documents verification is under process". So i kept checking every day.
                              Now whenever i put my details to check the status "maximum otp limit exceeded" message show up. I know documents are verified but am not able to order now because of this. I want to pay online but due to this error i can't.

                              Please help.

On checking the status, it is still showing, the document verification is under process. I want to know how much time it will take to verify for KYC?

                                      Asked the petrol pump employee to fill petrol amounting to ₹250/-, for which I gave him ₹500/- note. He instead of giving back ₹250/- only gave ₹150/- . This petrol pump in warje always does so. This is not the first time this has happened. Even when we ask them to fill petrol of ₹300/- they will first fill of ₹100/- then they will act as if they heard us say ₹100/- they they will fill till ₹200/- and say first I filled petrol amounting ₹100/- and then ₹200/-, even though they have filled petrol of only ₹200/-, they take ₹300/- form you. This has happened many times. They have many ways to trick you everytime.
