I, Bikash Krishna Chail, Kali Babu Street, Upper Bazar, Ranchi; a consumer of Bharatiya Gas Services; Bharat Gas Distributor, Shop no.-2, Ganga Ashram, Kutchery Road, Ranchi-1, Jharkhand; is having consumer no.-744643.I have submitted all the required details of my Aadhar card and Bank Account number to the said gas agency in order to get the subsidy through the Bank into my bank account and I've been told by the distributor that my Aadhar no. has been linked to my account. Apparently, although I have taken 3 cylinders including subsidy amount, i.e, on 2.2.2015, 2.3.2015 and 6.4.2015, no amount has been found to be deposited as yet.Morover I've been informed by the bank manager that due to some unknown reason my Aadhar no. is not linked to my account.As yet, I'm deprived of the rightful subsidy.
Please refer to my complaint dtd: 08.04.15 I Have lodged a complaint on your consumer complaint cell regarding non supply of domestic gas which has booked on 28.03.2015 vide booking no:[protected].
Sir, one hand your Gas Supplier Agency are supplying the domestic gas to their consumers not in time but they are taking more than 15 days after booking of the Gas and other hand you are not giving any response on the consumers complaints. It is a case of Human Rights Abuses.
You are therefore requested to please advise your Gas Supply Agency to supply the Gas on or before 13.04.2015 otherwise I can take legal action in proper forum justice of India both of you at your cost and expenses.
