      Since last three four days, agency is not delivering the rifills. yesterday also they have delivered to few customers and call others on 31st with clarification for it is opened on 31st also. in the morning of 31st, they denied stating that no rifill in stock in the first instance. after some time he called to the crowd, if any body wants to get rifill they will give but billing will be done in April. most of the customer has due subsidized cylinders in current FY which will be lapse in case the billing in April.

          Got the delivery date on19th of march and still didn't receive it yet is registered on my mother's name jyostna das phone no [protected] and they are still making lot stories and asking us to book the gas again please look forward to the matter gas agency distributers code 110871.

            My gas booking order no. 131253, booking date is 20.02.2015 and delivery date is 22.03.2015 but i am not getting subsidy amount. Subsidy transfer status is showing Not applicable. I can prove you that i have booked only 8 nos. Of gas cylinder in a accounting year. I have already updated my bank book. pl. see the matter and reply me.
            I booked the gas to Shiva Bharat Gas on dated 21.03.2015 and received the gas on dated 28.03.2015.I paid to the Shiva Bharat Gas Rs 226/- But till date I could not get the subsidy amount so far. My consumer number 29144150 and my bank name Bank of Baroda Ghazibad IFC code BARB0RAJNAG. Please informed me how much time will take to transfer subsidy amount in my bank amount.

              Hello R-Sir/Madam, My name is Vinod Jha consumer No. is 26269 contact no. is [protected] from Faridabad Haryana. I have submitted my aadhar to my lpg distributor 10 days before but they still dont have linked my aadhar to my lpg. My complain is regarding the unsatisfied service of baharat gas agency named Neelam Enterprises in Sanjay Colony, Sec.23 Faridabad. I usually place refill booking of my LPG cylinder. I registered for get delivery of my cylinder at my home but I never get delivered my LPG at my home. I have talked the distributor about this problem he then assures me to provide delivery at my home next time but I never get delivery.Usually for getting cylinder we have to make queue in some place decided by the delivery boy but also he never comes at that place for delivery at time. People have to wait for long time for getting cylinder and when one o[censored]s call the delivery boy named "Raghunath contact no. [protected]" for asking time for coming he never picks the call. And when call the agency for any kind of information they also never picks the phone sometimes they pick the call but says nothing in the phone and finally we have to cut the phone. Plz. look into my problem so that I can get delivery at my home and can improve the service of this agency.

                We had applied for new gas connection online vide wait list no 14456048 dt.04.02.2015, we have submitted the complete set of documents to the distributor on 08.02.2015. He told us come after 2-3 days & deposit Rs.7500.00 inclusive of the cost of cook top. When we told that we already have the cook top and & they can come for inspection, they asked us to come after 4 days and give request for inspection and deposit inspection fee. When we visited the distributor on 15.02.2015, they told that they do not have regulator and can give the connection only after receiving the same. When we asked them to get the inspection done in the meantime, they told that it was not a issue and it will be done at the time of installation. Now suddenly I received this mail of cancellation of my request. I fail to understand, when I am constantly following up with the distributor, how can it be considered that I have not availed the connection. The only thing that I can understand is that since I refused to take the cook top, they are not giving me the connection. They were lingering on and now they have cancelled my request. I request you to kindly look into the matter and see that the public is not harrassed by the distributors like this.

                    We have used 12 cylinder out of 12 cylinder . now we are required cylinder without subsidy . and i am also requested to our gas distributor M/S V.K Gas service for without subsidy cylinder. but the deney every time. Without LPG cylinder how we survive . now i want to know what is processor to know Distributor cylinder stock .

                      I have booked the gas on dated 15th march 2015 but till date I have not received the Gas I have Call the Our distributor Sunil Gas Services Code no 110903 she tell me it will take 4 to 5 day's more to receiving the Gas because of Year Ending.

                        Sir, I have already submitted my all document copy of my aadhar card etc(aadhar no.[protected]. In bank to linkup with HDFC bank and with Bhart Gas (Chitra Gas Service Noida) account for above purpose but still when I check on line status of Bharatgas web site, it still shows aadhar number not update/linkup with bank and NPCI and shows red mark with Not available in NPCI database, while I check with HDFC bank they told Aadhar Card Already linked with Banck Account so what I have to do at this stage to get my subsidy now? Is there any option or I have to left idea to getting subsidy? I am really very upset Because i am purchasing and paying extra amount after this Scheme which introduce by Modi for acche din aane wal hai. I am waiting for acche din. Really. Regards Hemant

I have booked gas cylender on 18.03.15 and delivery boy came on 24.03.15 in the morning at that time i went out for some urgent work when i came at mt home i saw gad bill recepit tied on my door. I immediatly went at gas agency at about 1330 hrs. And ask about my gad they replied ur booing has beeb cancelled and u have to book new one. I again booked cylender. At that time i asked sales managers phone no but on duty staff told we dont have any phone nos of bharat gas official I[censored] want phone no u my contact mr kulkarni owner of bharat gas.than i waited 06 days but not deliver cylender as on date. Second thing is delivery boy misbehave with ladies when she didnt gave extra money. If next time he demand extra money or misbehave i will lodge FIR against him and concern gas agency.

                              My LPG ID with Bharat Gas Service Gajraula District Amroha Uttar Pradesh id 1 [protected] and my Aadhar Number is[protected] is linked with my bank account Number[protected] of Punjab National bank. I am already getting gas subsidy regularly . But the first transaction for transfer of Advance gas subsidy of Rs.568/- was failed against by booking order 1353871 dated 13.01.2015 which is still pending to be transfer in my Bank account

                                My consumer no is 408201 I have given request to do change of ownership from my father Mr.Ashok Bhatia to mother name Kanchan Bhatia due to demise of my father, the details are updated in records but distributor is asking to pay Rs. 700- for change of ownership, However i have submitted all the documents, Kindly confirm is there are any charges for the same.Also confirm me that my account is linked under bank for subsidy and can i order for refill booking of my cyclinder as of from now onwards.                                   sir, myself firdosh Nazneen bearing consumer no 61808719 has received a domestic cylinder by company delivery boy on 7.3.15, but when I connect it to my regulator on 29-3-15 there is leakage of gas at high rate, as it is dangerous so I immediately lodge complain at the distributor, but they give me their mechanic mobile no and told me to contact him, when i contact the mechanic he told that i will go on 31-3-15 not today.Again I contact the distributor he said you wait, nothing can be done.You see how harrasing the situation is? how can I cook? and maintain a family of member eight by taking meal from hotel.who will bear this cost? I will move to consumers forum with this complain hard copy If it is not settled at your level.Hope the best.                                       My consumer no is 20678 of Rushikulya gas of berhampur, odisha.My ICICI Bank account no is[protected] and IFSC Code is ICIC0001497. I received three gas cylinder from Rushikulya gas and pay Rs 680/- to each gas cylinder but still now i not getting my subsidy in my given bank account and i contact to Rushikulya gas ajency they told to me wait few days to get subsidy.Kindly clearyfy my subsidy amount and transfer to my account immedetly.
