    We have been raising complaint to bpcl since more than a month that our cylinder was not delivered booked on 6th Feb and the distributor is not even refunding my payment done online. Customer care team keeps closing the ticket saying unable to contact customer in 1 day while we never even received calls on both phone numbers. I even went through Twitter and all they could respond till 3 days was that they are working on it.
    Its been more than a month and I am still waiting for a gas cylinder for my home along with the refund for previous undelivered item.
    I need some suggestion on what can be done here now.

      Hi,
      we are located in Bangalore and have a LPG connection with bharat gas (M.S.D Enterprises). We are being asked to pay 50/- for every delivery of cylinder since 10-13 years.

      Approximately, if we bought 1 cylinder per 2 months,
      6 * 50 = 300 per year
      300 * 13 = 3600 per year

      consider the same with around 500-750 LPG connection in my locality and imagine about the whole Bangalore. Please take necessary action to avoid this bribing.

        I booked refill for my consumer no 53135403 on[protected] and paid through my gpay upi . The booking was aborted but the payment was debited in my bank account. Attaching the proof here.

        Later I rebooked on[protected] and paid cash this time during delivery.

        My aborted booking refund is yet to come and I am requesting to please send the refund ASAP for the aborted transactions done on[protected]. Thanks

          There are several times Bharat petroleum pump not accepted credit or debit card. The pump situated near chaibasar munnar mattupetty road. Staff are so arrogant and they are not willing to fill decimal numbers like 3.5 litters.

            Hi
            Yesterday around 10pm I went to the Bharat petrol pump which is located at Survey No 156/E, Uppal, Hyderabad(Nalla cheruvu and towards the Warangal highway). The boy filled the fuel for 250 rupees(paid over the cash because the boy didnt accept the card and upi payment) and after travelling 2kms my bike suddenly stopped. I went the mechanic for the problem. He checked the petrol quality and it is not good and because of that my bike was stopped and occurred damage to bike as well and cost of the service took 850 rupees because of the bad fuel. Please do the needful and take an immediate action against the dealer.
            I stored the bad petrol in the bottle to lodge the complaint.

              1. As per the government notification, they have relaunched DBTL scheme to provide subsidy on the LPG cylinders.
              2. Screenshot attached herewith as PDF file categorically showing the concern notification.
              3. But it is surprising and regretful to find that the gas services people do not provide this subsidy and the blindly say, we are not aware of any such a scheme.
              4. . we pointed out the matter to Bharat Gas, but instead of providing any resolution and redressal, asking gas services people to provide subsidy as per the government notification, they simply closed the case. What an irresponsible attitude, totally against and violating consumer protection Act 1986.
              5. We also asked Bharat Gas people, as to how could I change my bank account online through their website or app, where my account is already linked with Bharat Gas? No response from them.

                My wife had applied for a new gas connections on 1 Feb 2023 with all the documents attached online. After 14 days got confirmation to make payment.

                While generating OTP its showing max OTP exceed and unable to proceed.

                Request you to look into on urgent as of now every 2 days getting from outside person per KG which is very painful to servive

                  We booked prepaid LPG refill on 24th January yet not delivered, we are following since 8 th February placed complaint thrice, no reply or response yet. Now checked the shop is also closed. Tried to change dealer, it's not allowed on app as we have delivery of cylinder due. Arrange for the cylinder refill at the earliest.

                                I had booked a refill using the BPCL app on 11th Jan 2023. The payment was made through an UPI and the amount was debited.

                                The status shows as aborted with the following details:

                                I subsequently ordered the refill again and paid by cash.

                                Kindly refund the aborted transaction money paid by UPI, ASAP.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I am having a gas connection from your company.The consumer id is 22525711 I had applied for a gas refill many times booking reference numbers as follows 212079 / 194928 / 175620 / 172297 / I telephoned the gas agency Tirumala Enterprises many times to enquire about the delivery but they are not responding. I have checked the delivery status online and it's showing delivered. It has been over 40 days now but I have not yet received any gas cylinders.
                                  i have complained about this on Bharat Petroleum Customer Care and they have issued complained numbers but no action has been taken. the complain numbers as follows 05340933 / 05245049
                                  Is this the way your gas agencies are dealing with customer grievances? Kindly take necessary action immediately.

                                    Today filled my car with petrol at sakshi filling stn. Barog bye pass near solan - hp thinking it’s a company owned pump becoz the display board on highway reads petrol pump now open company pump, below bp logo. Naturally i thought it’s owned by bp but staff told me its not so. I wondered how could they put up a board displaying company pump and mislead customers. Thereafter on enquiring about air, i was told not available. That gave me a shock kas to how they could deprive clients of free air and operate against company policy. Is no one looking after such things happening in broad day light.

                                      Everytime delivery man asking extra 50 rupees. Is it mandatory to pay extra amount to delivery?

                                        We have asked the petrol pump boy of M/s MAA TARINI FILLEX, Harichandanpur, Keonjhar to full the tank in our Honda City at around 1 PM on 22.01.2023 during our visit to Maa Traini temple. After auto cut I have asked the pump boy to stop the fuelling, but he did not stop there and continue filling. Due to that, the tank was overfilled and product starts come out from the car tank. We have asked the manager to look into the issue but he was so rude that even after the issue was with the pump staff, he did not listen to us and charged us the full amount of Rs. 3649/-. This is so pathetic behaviour in the land of Maa Tarini.
