I am logging complaint of dayal gas agency sap number 113489 that booked refill bearing number[protected] consumer number 31403 on dated 12th march 2015. Today delivered gas of dated 15 march 2015 ignoring our booking, twisting this or that way of money/ 21 days restriction which has already lifted by the GOVT OF INDIA. Take immediate steps in the matter. This is not first time, we are facing such kinds of issue with him, even last time, we have asked them that we will highlight this to upper management of HP gas then he told us, nobody can take the action against him as everybody are knowing to me. Finally we are in frustrate condition and hoped that you will take the action against him.
pls take the action aginst him.

      I had booked LPG cylinder on 11th March And still (28th march) its not been received and this is not just first time its happing for the past 2 months and once they msg me about the delivery and still the delivery was not done.. they try to sell our cylinders to others and say delivary is done.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATHETIC CORDINATION

Initially my bank account held with Canara bank and recently my bank account with Punjab national bank . my repeated visit and enquiry with gas agency, whom have said changing bank account not possible so your subsidy denied I seek your immediate attention to credit my subsidy at the earliest.           Cylinder not delivered but delivery message received

          My consumer number is 53605174. I have booked a cylinder and received a message of delivery on Sunday (22.3.2015) but no cylinder was delivered to me. I have been calling the customer care for over a week but most of my calls are missed. Some are received and my complaint is heard and they give me some numbers of delivery boys which are all switched off (till now i have got two numbers)...

          adhar card could not be.sumbited to meera gas service bpcl garh road meerut on my connection no.5882 i am residing at my native village distt saharanpur and my son and his family is reseding at meerut and are getting gas for afforesaid connection request to transfer this.connction in.the.name.of.son dealer demonded rs 7000 and connection could not be transfer in his name.gas booked on.this connection.since december 2014 Is being supplied in black as per intimation receving my me on mobile for it supply request to suitable action against the dealer and transfer the connection in the name of my son or sons wife who are holder of adhar card at meerut thanks regards RP sharma [protected]

            I have recently opened my online portal to book cylinder but it is showing that my consumer number is Blocked. This is happening for the second time unnecessarily.I had called them several Times but they are Not picking the phone. Last time my cylinder was not delivered to me for 10days n after that it was showing that it has been delivered, but it was not delivered to me. In this way, my cylinders are blocked and now they could be easily used for selling it in black by the agency. It is an irresponsible behaviour of mahim gas Service towards their Customers. Look into the matter as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I would like to register a complaint against RANGARAI GAS Agency, located Station Road, Jogeshwari west . of fulfilling and complete submission of all the required documents on[protected]though the booking was done on[protected], booking no[protected] and repeated telephonic requests for early delivery the gas cylinder has not yet been delivered. The management responsible for booking kept on promising to deliver the cylinder the same day whenever I enquired but the promise has not yet been fulfilled for reasons best known to them.                                 Sir In am a LPG consumer in meerut - U.P.. My name is Atul Garg. My consumer number is 15549. I get my LPG reffil from M/s Abha Gas Agency, Sir on telephonic booking facility i have had booked my refill on 7th March. Today on 26th March they have still not delivered my refill. On Enquiring it from M/s Abha Gas Agency They are not giving satisfactory answer. The Hawkers of M/s Abha Gas agency are opnly selling refiil in BLACK @ Rs800.00 Per Refill in open market. Sir i Consume 2 Cylenders per month in my household. Goverment of India says subsidy on 12 Reffills. OK Done cant i get more reffills. Let Govenment pay subsidy on first 12 or what ever the rule / law may be. But rest refills that i need shall i have 2 purchase on black ? Please look in my compaint Atul Kumar Garg 0 - [protected]

                                    My gas connection number is 8204 and my agency is Manvir Gas Agency, Bhajan Pura, Delhi. Agency is refusing to send the gas cylinder, reason given by them is that we have not submitted Adhar card. Are there any instructions issued to these agencies that customers who have not submitted adhar cards will not be given the gas cylinders? Basically, the problem is we have the connection on the name of Kishori lal Sehgal who is my grand father. We do not know as to why the name of connection owner has been changed automatically by agency to Kishan Lal. We have requested the agency a number of times to change the name of owner to Kishori lal Sehgal. We have submitted the ID proof & all other documents of Kishori lal Sehgal to get the name changed however the name has not been changed. We can submit the adhar card of Kishori Lal Sehgal only. We do not know Kishan Lal. How we can manage to bring Kishan Lal's adhar card. This is the reason why we have not yet submitted the adhar card. There are delays & negligence on the part of agency because of which we are suffering. Please help us in getting the cylinder issued by the agency & also help us in getting the name of owner changed. We have the original connection book which is given to customer when new gas connection is issued to him. In that connection book, owner's name is Kishori Lal Sehgal. Thanks.

I am sorry to say that I have been disappointed by his response. They have refuse to accept the documents. The agency name is HLRDC BHARAT GAS. It is located in 2J-129 NIT Faridabad. The agency no. is 164634. I do not know what to do? I hope you will pay attention on it and do the needful for me.
