My consumer no is 408201 I have given request to do change of ownership from my father Mr.Ashok Bhatia to mother name Kanchan Bhatia due to demise of my father, the details are updated in records but distributor is asking to pay Rs. 700- for change of ownership, However i have submitted all the documents, Kindly confirm is there are any charges for the same.Also confirm me that my account is linked under bank for subsidy and can i order for refill booking of my cyclinder as of from now onwards. sir, myself firdosh Nazneen bearing consumer no 61808719 has received a domestic cylinder by company delivery boy on 7.3.15, but when I connect it to my regulator on 29-3-15 there is leakage of gas at high rate, as it is dangerous so I immediately lodge complain at the distributor, but they give me their mechanic mobile no and told me to contact him, when i contact the mechanic he told that i will go on 31-3-15 not today.Again I contact the distributor he said you wait, nothing can be done.You see how harrasing the situation is? how can I cook? and maintain a family of member eight by taking meal from hotel.who will bear this cost? Dear Sir, My Consumer No. is 22469 this is to inform you that one of your distributor Anand Gas Service, badarpur is delivering Gas Cylinder in my home but problem is that the original weight of cylinder is 17.1 Kg he overwrite the cylinder weight as 15.1 kg using Black marker. My consumer no is 20678 of Rushikulya gas of berhampur, odisha.My ICICI Bank account no is[protected] and IFSC Code is ICIC0001497. I received three gas cylinder from Rushikulya gas and pay Rs 680/- to each gas cylinder but still now i not getting my subsidy in my given bank account and i contact to Rushikulya gas ajency they told to me wait few days to get subsidy.Kindly clearyfy my subsidy amount and transfer to my account immedetly.

I am logging complaint of dayal gas agency sap number 113489 that booked refill bearing number[protected] consumer number 31403 on dated 12th march 2015. Today delivered gas of dated 15 march 2015 ignoring our booking, twisting this or that way of money/ 21 days restriction which has already lifted by the GOVT OF INDIA. Take immediate steps in the matter. This is not first time, we are facing such kinds of issue with him, even last time, we have asked them that we will highlight this to upper management of HP gas then he told us, nobody can take the action against him as everybody are knowing to me. Finally we are in frustrate condition and hoped that you will take the action against him.

I had booked LPG cylinder on 11th March And still (28th march) its not been received and this is not just first time its happing for the past 2 months and once they msg me about the delivery and still the delivery was not done.. they try to sell our cylinders to others and say delivary is done.. Initially my bank account held with Canara bank and recently my bank account with Punjab national bank . my repeated visit and enquiry with gas agency, whom have said changing bank account not possible so your subsidy denied I seek your immediate attention to credit my subsidy at the earliest. My consumer number is 53605174. I have booked a cylinder and received a message of delivery on Sunday (22.3.2015) but no cylinder was delivered to me. I have been calling the customer care for over a week but most of my calls are missed. Some are received and my complaint is heard and they give me some numbers of delivery boys which are all switched off (till now i have got two numbers)...

adhar card could not be.sumbited to meera gas service bpcl garh road meerut on my connection no.5882 i am residing at my native village distt saharanpur and my son and his family is reseding at meerut and are getting gas for afforesaid connection request to transfer this.connction in.the.name.of.son dealer demonded rs 7000 and connection could not be transfer in his name.gas booked on.this connection.since december 2014 Is being supplied in black as per intimation receving my me on mobile for it supply request to suitable action against the dealer and transfer the connection in the name of my son or sons wife who are holder of adhar card at meerut thanks regards RP sharma [protected]

I have recently opened my online portal to book cylinder but it is showing that my consumer number is Blocked. This is happening for the second time unnecessarily.I had called them several Times but they are Not picking the phone. Last time my cylinder was not delivered to me for 10days n after that it was showing that it has been delivered, but it was not delivered to me. In this way, my cylinders are blocked and now they could be easily used for selling it in black by the agency. It is an irresponsible behaviour of mahim gas Service towards their Customers. Look into the matter as soon as possible.

We have applied for new gas connection in the start of march month 15 days before we have received a call from Bharadwaj gas service Barola Noida And they are forcing us to by burner feom them Which i don't want . After calling in krishna Gas Agency, narnaul haryana no one picks phone at any time. I provide my Aadhaar number to my bank to receive the LPG subsidy in my Bank account but still it shows Aadhar Linked with Bank A/c : No. My Aadhar No. is[protected] and my 17 Digit LPG Id is 1 [protected]. Please resolve the problem as early as possiable.

The management responsible for booking kept on promising to deliver the cylinder the same day whenever I enquired but the promise has not yet been fulfilled for reasons best known to them. Myself has submitted transfer documents and deposited the transfer amount by cash amounting Rs 1890/-. Dealer has not provided any cash receipt thereof. We have visited many times to dealer office, no transfer documents and diary has been handed over to us. He is never responding on phone calls. Bharat gas has closed our earlier complaint without resolving the same. The earlier complaint Id is 559018 dated 22/23.03.2015.
