Dear Sir, I want to chnage my gas owner name at present it was register on late shanti dev sharma. i want to change in my name laxmi devi sharma w/o Late shanti dev sharma, I had done many form submit for this & many complain but no resolution i get, now i check my status so it show blocked .& no people in agency was ready to resolve the issue, registered mob no -[protected].connection number -27049. and i submit all related document for this like Death certificate, relation certificate & court Affidavit) please check & resolve my this problem..name change application was submitted through shri shiv gas agency sikar Rajasthan before two years ago but name change and booking cylinder is not delivery since last 2 months.|
resolve this problem, immediately.

        Hi, I am a customer of Bharat gas(MAG GAS Agencies, Bharat Gas Distributor, 133-A, North Car Street, Vallioor-627117, Ph no:[protected], [protected]). I registered for second cylinder(DBC) in Jan2015 through online.I got computer generated reply which showed “my request id:1349725 and meet the distributor.But I was told to fill the “KYC FORM””(What is the use of computerized process?). OK.I did that.I waited for more than a couple of weeks to get reply.No way.So I went on 3/3/2015.The manager insisted me to buy goods along with the DBC which cost totally Rs.4500.I asked”Is there any way to get DBC without goods?”She said “there is no way.If you want you come in April and we will negotiate .”(I have waited for about 3hours to get nothing.)She also replied that the Bharat gas company is forcing us to sell product.Is this true?If it is true, why are you putting the notice board which says “NO COMPELTION TO BUY GOODS”(This is in English.What would the people who don’t know English?).I got replied that” that is just for eye wash otherwise why do they (Bharat Gas Company)put product in their name and telling us to sell .”I realised there is no use of talking.So I am requesting you to consider my complaint and let her provide DBC.My consumer no:64302194. P.S:I am not the only one worrying about this kind of dealing.Most of them.PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO VANISH THE CORRUPTION. 1)Name transfer :Asking money from Rs. 500. 2)New connection:Rs.Rs.8500(compulsory buying goods). 3)DBC :Rs.4500(with goods) 4)We are forced to pay extra Rs.40 other than the bill for a cylinder when the cylinder is delivered.         First of all, thanks to THE INDIAN OIL CORPORATION HEAD
        MR.B.ASHOK.I gave complaint to the toll free complaint phone
        number:[protected].They registered my complaint and gave me a complaint number.In a week, A sales officer from Thoothukudi enquired and told me to go with original documents. Thanks to the officer.I paid Rs.1450 for a cylinder + Rs.75 for an agreement.Thanks to the Mag Gas Agencies. But I got cylinder next day due to the delivery person's leave and still I am waiting to get a receipt.I am going to go there tomorrow to get a receipt.(This is going to be 6th
        time.)I hope I’ll get it.
        Finally I got the receipt for Rs.1450.I hope this would be helpful for somebody.Best wishes for getting in real price.

          Dear Sirs, My consumer Number is 62664431. I have booked a cylinder for refilling on 28th Feb 2015. Since the above agency never do door deliver I went to his shop today to get delivery, but he says the stock is finished and your booking stands cancelled!!. He charges Rs. 30-40 extra from every consumer. This despite the fact he never gives door delivery and we have to spend extra in bringing filled cylinder home. We are fed up with this agency. Kindly do something about it and ensure that I get my booked cylinder at my home. I have tried your phone number, but nobody picks up phone. So is my gas agency, they too never answer the phone calls. Have you all got some training from Bharat Gas to deal with customer complaints and advised you not to pick up phones, perhaps the best way to deal with consumer complaints. What for you are paying commission to your agencies if they cannot discharge their responsibilities? If situation remains same, I will have to take up the matter with Oil Ministry and also highlight the atrocities of your gas agency through newspapers and other social media. I need an answer as to why your agencies are behaving like this treating the consumers like dogs!! What do you mean by category? what I should opt here? there is no category as 'domestic gas service'. and you need me to select a category. Some drunken fellow has created this site for you.
          I have booked before 5 days but till now I did not receive delivery

I like to inform you that i have received the cyliender on dt 02/02/2015 they have not given the receipt and taken cash from us Rs 625.00. I have call to your dealear but they have not given any proper reply. In that i have not received any subsidiary from you side i have submitted all the proof to your dealear.                           I have booking number[protected] in Delhi done on 14th Feb. I didn't get delivery till 04 March. I am trying to contact customer care on [protected], this number is never connecting. Been trying for more than 3 hours on 04th March. I tried other customer complaints number, no number connects or it says that the number doesn't exist. The distributor is Gautam enterprises, Dilshad Garden, shahdara, Delhi. They never pick up number. they changed number but it's not updated anywhere. New number recieved is [protected], but no one picks up. They held up landline[protected], so it never connects. How is anyone supposed to contact and follow up on their bookings??? There is no way to contact. All information given is wrong on the website and everywhere. I haven't received gas since 14th Feb. When I again went to IVR for follow up it said the booking has been cleared till 24th Feb?? How?? I never received any gas?? The distributor is a cheat, they sell gas to others. My new booking number is[protected]

                            Ref: Order No. = 1119433 Dated:[protected] Complaint No.:507065 Dear All Concerned, We booked for our refill-cylinder on 27th Feb'2015 vide order no. = 1119433. Deliveryman came to our home on 03rd of March'2015. He was Over-Charging from the amount what exactly was mentioned on the slip. He was asking for Rs. 650.00 from my wife while the slip had Rs. 636 printed therein which my wife refused to pay him. Secondly my wife also asked this man to weigh the cylinder on our digital weighing machine. My wife found that the cylinder had 200g less gas and was underweight which was also not acceptable to her. In result of that this deliveryman (named somewhat Munderlal or Sunderlal) rudely behaved to her and threaten my wife that he was taking the cylinder back and she would not get home refill deliveries of her cylinders from now and onwards (in future too).. You would now have to collect your deliveries from Gas Distributer's Godown only. Sir, we request you to please take an appropriate action on this man at your earliest and we should have our cylinder delivered at our home as soon as possible. This man should apologise of his deed and action in front of my wife.                               Consumer No. SKG747 Refill Booking No.[protected] Booking Date: 20/1/15 Agency: M/s. Sree Krishna Gas Service. 237, G.T. Road, Belur, P.S. Bally. Dist: Howrah-711202. Ph. No.[protected]/6899. The refill has not been delivered till date (04/03/2015). The agency personnel are extremely inefficient and rude. Calls are not received before 12 noon. They kept telling me the delivery will take place the same day. And last time they hung up on me. The call centre complaint forum is not working. They keep asking me to call back every half an hour. The regional offices are not receiving the call either.

                                Hi All,
                                hope you are doing good.
                                I booked online Bharat gas connection on 09-Feb-2015 with application(Waiting no.[protected] and I submitted complete application form with complete documents(Application form, bank statement, Pan card copy, Rent agreement, Electricity bill, Aadhar card copies) on 21-Feb-2015 to area distributor Dhruv LPG Distributor and got receipt which is attached in this email. Your distributor said they will contact me for next step and I never got any call from their side yet.
                                No wonder as while submitting the document the person from your distributor Mr. Vinod Goyal asking for 500 Rs. Extra for donations to immediate verification and connection handover and when I refused for that he said then be in waiting list for next 2-3 months and yesterday i got status by email as my KYC has been cancelled due to no avail.

                                Please suggest how my KYC form has been cancelled when I already submitted all the details and documents to your distributor.

                                Hoping for the best reply and appropriate by you.

                                  I am from elanji in ernakulam district ker In our place gas agency is mariya gas piravom. These stupids are not given gas cylinders in our village. At present they are supplying gas in other areas. But they they are not given cylinders in elanji from one month. Why they have partiality for rural.

                                    Hi, I book gas on last week December 2014, In the month of Jan 2015 .As per Bharath gas record the gas has been delivered to me[protected] . But I didn't get the gas still Feb 2rd 2015 so i raised two complaints against the distributor (complaint Reference No: 438319, 438177). No action against that complaints after a week of struggle inpersonal visit and after so many call to the distributor i got the gas but without bill.again I booked the gas on feb 25th 2015. again as per record gas has been delivered on 2rd march. But i didnt get the gas. i again raised complain (NO:505932).Please help on this as bharath gas is not taking any action against the distributor i am facing this problem every month.Please help to get good service

                                      itree gas agency, khurda odisha. My connection has been blocked and unable book refill cylinder and I submitted the requiared documents for unblock of my connection. Kindly resolved my problem as earliest....

                                      Before 2 years ago I was Salary holder of Corporation Bank. But now I am retired person. Corporation Bank did SMS for submission Aadhar No. So I think they want for KYC . So submitted my Aadhaar No. in Corporation Bank. But now I am a senior citizen. The branch of Corporation Bank is not in Lalbaug or Parel location. Before two years I opened my Account in State Bank and subsidy for LPG cylinder is already accounted in State Bank of India in Lalbaug Branch. My without permission Corporation Bank Link the Aadhaar no. I don't want link there that mean in Churchgate Branch. So I complained to General Bank Manager of Manglore. and he told me that he cancelled/delink my Adhaar No.from his Bank. Now I submitted my Aadhaar Card in State Bank of India in Lalbaug Branch on 9th Feb 2015. My Account No.[protected] for subsidy LPG cylinder. My Aadhar Card No[protected]. My Gas Agency' name is Manohar Gas Service at Pare. Last 20 days I called Gas agency as well as State Bank but nobody responded me. I can't understand what to do. Today I got your Sms is that " Transfer of subsidyof Rs 161.32 for LPG cylinder suppliedvide cashg memo no192162 has failed. for details please contact [protected]." on my sister 's mobile i.e [protected].so tried so many times but there was response me. So I request you to provide me subsidy on my Account No. is above of State Bank of India I obliged thank you. Omprakash Tendulkar my mobile No.[protected]
