Hi,
I am a customer of Bharat gas(MAG GAS Agencies, Bharat Gas Distributor, 133-A, North
Car Street, Vallioor-627117, Ph no:[protected], [protected]).
I registered for second cylinder(DBC) in Jan2015 through online.I got computer generated reply which showed “my request id:1349725 and meet the distributor.But I was told to
fill the “KYC FORMâ€â€(What is the use of computerized process?).
OK.I did that.I waited for more than a couple of weeks to get reply.No way.So I went on 3/3/2015.The manager insisted me to buy goods along with the DBC which cost totally Rs.4500.I askedâ€Is there any way to get DBC without goods?â€She said “there is no way.If you want
you come in April and we will negotiate .â€(I have waited for about 3hours to get nothing.)She also replied that the Bharat gas company is forcing us to sell product.Is this true?If it is true, why are you putting the notice board which says “NO COMPELTION TO BUY GOODSâ€(This is in English.What would the people who don’t know English?).I got replied that†that is just for eye wash otherwise why do they (Bharat Gas Company)put product in their name and telling us to sell .â€I realised there is no use of talking.So I am requesting you to consider my complaint and let her provide DBC.My consumer

P.S:I am not the only one worrying about this kind of dealing.Most of them.PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO VANISH THE CORRUPTION.
1)Name transfer :Asking money from Rs. 500.
2)New connection:Rs.Rs.8500(compulsory buying goods).
3)DBC :Rs.4500(with goods)
4)We are forced to pay extra Rs.40 other than the bill for a cylinder when the cylinder is delivered.
I hope you will resolve the problem. I can send more complaint letters from our neighbours and friends about the agencies if you need.
