• I have filled the Form 4 for linking the bank account with LPG ID in the month of Dec. Accordingly Distributor has completed the linking process in system. • During the month of Dec 2014, it was getting reflected in the website as all ok (eligible to get subsidy) • Suddenly in the month of Jan it started showing the status as verification pending at Distributor. • When I checked with distributor, it was confirmed that the verification was done and it was showing in his systems as well. For last 2 months I am raising this problem thru all possible routes, thru customer care, thru BPCL website, thru your distributor, thru a call at BPCL Pune office etc.. But nothing is happening. Can BPCL look into and resolve urgently

    Sir I am having a LPG connection with an agency of Bharat Gas at Jalandhar (Punjab) i.e. Kanwal Gas Agency with connection no.9263, I booked the cylinder on 3rd Feb 2015 with booking reference #[protected] but still i have not got the supply of cylinder and facing a very poor service.       Dear Sir, our consumer number is 25321, we have completed all formalities at bank as wel bharat gas office to link aadhar card to bank account. Aadhar card number is[protected]. we have received gas cylinder on 06.02.2015 but subsidy is not received, we have checked with our distributor ( distributor code-112306, M/s Vijaykrishna Gas services), but not received any firm commitment.             हम कई बार सिलिंडर की बुकिंग करवाते है। पर कभी भी हमे टाइम पर गवर्नमेंट रूल के मुताबिक़ सर्विस नही मिली। हमे बहुत ज्यादा तंग किया जा रहा है। हमारे से एक्स्ट्रा पैसे की डिमांड करते है। ये सिलिंडर की ब्लैक करते है। ब्लैक में सिलिंडर इनके गोदाम से ९०० रूपए में जब मर्ज़ी मिल जाता है लेकिन ग्राहक को ये टाइम पर सर्विस नही देते कई बार हमारे सिलिंडर भी जो की इनके कंप्यूटर में दर्ज़ होता है. लेकिन हमे नही मिलता वो भी ये ब्लैक में बेच देते है

              Subject:- Non-supply of gas cylinder for last two months and complaint for harassing on various accounts. Sir, I have been a customer of Bharat Gas Corp. Ltd. Vide consumer no. 58001304, customer card no.[protected], S.V. No.-[protected], dated[protected], from the Distributer’s Agency namely – “HEMKUNTH SAHIB, Gramin LPG Vitrak, Village Kansal (NAC Naya Gaon), Tehsil Kharar, Distt. SAS Nagar, Punjab.” Since, my becoming a customer of Bharat Gas Corp. Ltd., I have been facing following harassments from the hands of above-said distributors. (1). I have been overcharged on subscribing without giving any details of the charges. Initially i was charged around Rs. 6, 000/- on enrolment as customer and thereafter they charged around Rs. 950/- for one cyclinder and now they charges Rs. 437/- for one refill. (They also says they will start charging Rs. 780/- per refill if our subsidy facility starts.) (2). I have never been supplied subsidy till date, although I have submitted all the documents demanded by the said distributor. (I was allotted subsidy/KYC report no.-69747, but no information thereafter.) (3). I have never been supplied cylinder with advance booking and home delivery facility, by saying that this is a gramin agency and does not provide such facility (although they took our signatures on a receipt which mentions home delivery.) (4). I have observed that near the end of every financial year, they make every excuse of non-supply of cylinder. (5). More particulary to mention present instance, I was supllied last cylinder on 5th January 2015, which finished on first week of February and thereafter I have not been supplied gas, although I pursued them for supply of gas cylinder since 5th Feb. 2015. (We are now managing our gas requirements by borrowing cylinder from our known) I have been approaching them for supply of gas cylinder daily, personally or contacting them through their phone number[protected], but they either says cylinder is not available or says contact tomorrow. Kindly guide me, what to do at this juncture, as I have faced a lot of harassment by subscribing such gas agency.

                Hi, Bharat Gas not provide my gas connection. I was apply gas connection on date 22 Sep 2014 and my verification process already done in Oct 2014. As per Bharat Gas policy he provide gas connection with in 10 days after verification but still I am not able to get my gas connection. A branch near Rajnagar Gurgaon(Jagrati Gas, Raj Nagar, Gurgaon), always told me we have not regulator of Gas. So we can't able to provide gas connection for you. Jagrati Gas employee always saying same message from last 4 month. I am too frustrated. The services of Bharat Gas really not good. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Call me [protected]

                      I have booked a cylinder against order no-1215014 on[protected] and its got deliver on[protected] to other person. I have not be able to get my cylinder. After that I have to order for a new refill on[protected] against order no 1223404 but its also still not delivered to me. I have been facing this issue from the begining of the connection. So I requesting to concern authorities to look into this and solve my problem ASAP.

                            My LPG distributor is Venkatesh Agencies, K.K.Nagar, Madurai with Consumer N0. 4100..LPG gas was supplied to me on 3-2-2015 vide CMNO357695 dated3-2-2015 with subsidy of Rs.228.00.I have given all the particulars to my gas distributor and Canara Bank, P&T Nagar, Madurai.My Adhar No:[protected] and my bank account No:[protected].I have not so far received subsidy of Rs.228.00 even after 24 days.I want immediate redressal for his.

                              Distributor Name : Vignesh Bharat Gas Agency, Mayiladuthurai – 609 001 Distributor Code : 134424 Consumer No.45558580 I, Kalai selvi S from Theperumanallur, Thirunageshwaram. I have received cylinder on 28-01-15. I have registered my aadhaar and bank account details to avail subsidy. But still i have not received subsidy to my account. On enquiry with respective gas agency they said that i has not been confirmed by the bank. When i asked the respective bank(I was given City Union Bank, Kumbakonam) they said that they have confirmed, every thing is perfect the problem is with the gas agency. I was frequently asking about the subsidy to the distributor but there is no proper response. Please help me to get the susidy as soon as possible. I want to book next cylinder during March. Please help me to resolve this issue

                                I had applied a new gas connection no. 2310244 dated 26.02.13 with name of Harish Singh Bisht with Manvir Gas Agency, E-2, Chand Bagh, Wazirabad Road, Bhajanpura, Delhi-110053. Manvir gas agency is still not giving me the new connection. I had visited the manvir gas agency atleast 7 times they always say that your connection is still not come, come after two months. Whenever your number come, I will call you. I have visited the manvir gas agency today (25.02.15) now they say that we don’t have regulator and you have to fill the form again and you have to attach the affidavit with that form and you have to come after holi then we see what happens. Some mobile no. written on board for complaint at manvir gas connection, but they don’t pick the phone at least one time.

                                I am in very pain to inform you that you bharat gas new connection service is very third class and manvir gas agency also. Please give me new connection otherwise I have to go Consumer Court to do the complaint against you. Please do the needful as earliest.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I want to change connection name from my wife name to my name because she is not residing with me hence I have to pay full amount of cylinder & without receiving subsidy. she is leaving with her Elder son, hence I want transfer connection from her Name to my Name. For same when I asked to on duty Staff of Bharat gas Agency they were taking very rudely & said you have to closed your wife connection account & open new connection account from with new name. I again asked for connection transfer they said there was no any provision for transfer of account. So plz tell me the process or help me to connection transfer.
