Unblocking of my lpg connection

I have takeen lpg gas connection since sep-2004 from Bharat gas. My lpg consumer no is -16051 from M/s Ma
itree gas agency, khurda odisha. My connection has been blocked and unable book refill cylinder and I submitted the requiared documents for unblock of my connection. Kindly resolved my problem as earliest....

Before 2 years ago I was Salary holder of Corporation Bank. But now I am retired person. Corporation Bank did SMS for submission Aadhar No. So I think they want for KYC . So submitted my Aadhaar No. in Corporation Bank. But now I am a senior citizen. The branch of Corporation Bank is not in Lalbaug or Parel location. Before two years I opened my Account in State Bank and subsidy for LPG cylinder is already accounted in State Bank of India in Lalbaug Branch. My without permission Corporation Bank Link the Aadhaar no. I don't want link there that mean in Churchgate Branch. So I complained to General Bank Manager of Manglore. and he told me that he cancelled/delink my Adhaar No.from his Bank. Now I submitted my Aadhaar Card in State Bank of India in Lalbaug Branch on 9th Feb 2015. My Account No.[protected] for subsidy LPG cylinder. My Aadhar Card No[protected]. My Gas Agency' name is Manohar Gas Service at Pare. Last 20 days I called Gas agency as well as State Bank but nobody responded me. I can't understand what to do. Today I got your Sms is that " Transfer of subsidyof Rs 161.32 for LPG cylinder suppliedvide cashg memo no192162 has failed. for details please contact [protected]." on my sister 's mobile i.e [protected].so tried so many times but there was response me. So I request you to provide me subsidy on my Account No. is above of State Bank of India I obliged thank you. Omprakash Tendulkar my mobile No.[protected]

    sir, i have bharat gas connection from GODARA GAS AGENCY RAWATSAR, HANUMANGARH. when i requested for doble cylender to agency SURENDRA GODARA he say to me charge of connection is 2500 but actully cost is 1450+650=2100 they charges 400 more for a connection what i can do???

      Hello Help desk My consumer number is 47336241. I had placed an order on 28th Feb -15 for cylinder refill.But this order was cancelled without any reason/confirmation. I have checked all the details on portal . Also i have lodged complaints on portal but nor getting any resolution. I can see there that my bank details are not showing however i have already provided all the details with my distributor. I am very disappointed. Even i tried oil industries toll and toll free numbers but calls are getting dropped after waiting. Please look into this serious matter and do the needful.         My Bharat Gas Consumer Number is 24606 with Gurukrupa Gas Agency Kalyan
        I had ordered Cylinder on 18th Feb 2015 but it stood cancelled by themselves so also again I booked on 27th Feb 2015 which was supposed to be delivered by 2nd March 2015, but it haven't.
        Please help me to resolve this

          I had submitted form No.4 mandate printed out from my a/c at ebharatgas.com website to my local distributor Jagannath Gas Co. Dombivili on 13/12/2014 along with my Cancelled cheque for bank details. i was duly given an acknowledgement and was told that everything is in order.

          But to make sure that my bank details are linked properly i enquired with my distributor in Jan'15 and i was told that it has been done so and everything is in order. However today when i enquire the status of my pending refill booked on 16/2/15, i was told that i have not submitted my form 4. i was handed over a copy of form 4 once again which is identical to the printout taken out from the website and submitted on 13/12/2014. I don't understand why i have to provide the whole thing once again. i am a senior citizen of 84 years and i have been subjected to this unruly behaviour from my gas distributor.

            My requirement is of a cylinder For the same need to take a new connection and pay Rs.8000 for the same For 8000 i would be getting a package of Oven, cylinder and all other gas related amenities. I do have an oven and require only cylinder but seems it is not possible. Please help. Another problem faced from Bharat gas, a relative of mine placed cylinder requirement order on 25.01.2015 but till date 2.03.2015 same has not been received. When we followed up, we were asked to personally visit the warehouse and collect the same. Please help.

                • I have filled the Form 4 for linking the bank account with LPG ID in the month of Dec. Accordingly Distributor has completed the linking process in system. • During the month of Dec 2014, it was getting reflected in the website as all ok (eligible to get subsidy) • Suddenly in the month of Jan it started showing the status as verification pending at Distributor. • When I checked with distributor, it was confirmed that the verification was done and it was showing in his systems as well. For last 2 months I am raising this problem thru all possible routes, thru customer care, thru BPCL website, thru your distributor, thru a call at BPCL Pune office etc.. But nothing is happening. Can BPCL look into and resolve urgently

                    Dear Sir, our consumer number is 25321, we have completed all formalities at bank as wel bharat gas office to link aadhar card to bank account. Aadhar card number is[protected]. we have received gas cylinder on 06.02.2015 but subsidy is not received, we have checked with our distributor ( distributor code-112306, M/s Vijaykrishna Gas services), but not received any firm commitment.                           हम कई बार सिलिंडर की बुकिंग करवाते है। पर कभी भी हमे टाइम पर गवर्नमेंट रूल के मुताबिक़ सर्विस नही मिली। हमे बहुत ज्यादा तंग किया जा रहा है। हमारे से एक्स्ट्रा पैसे की डिमांड करते है। ये सिलिंडर की ब्लैक करते है। ब्लैक में सिलिंडर इनके गोदाम से ९०० रूपए में जब मर्ज़ी मिल जाता है लेकिन ग्राहक को ये टाइम पर सर्विस नही देते कई बार हमारे सिलिंडर भी जो की इनके कंप्यूटर में दर्ज़ होता है. लेकिन हमे नही मिलता वो भी ये ब्लैक में बेच देते है

                            Subject:- Non-supply of gas cylinder for last two months and complaint for harassing on various accounts. Sir, I have been a customer of Bharat Gas Corp. Ltd. Vide consumer no. 58001304, customer card no.[protected], S.V. No.-[protected], dated[protected], from the Distributer’s Agency namely – “HEMKUNTH SAHIB, Gramin LPG Vitrak, Village Kansal (NAC Naya Gaon), Tehsil Kharar, Distt. SAS Nagar, Punjab.” Since, my becoming a customer of Bharat Gas Corp. Ltd., I have been facing following harassments from the hands of above-said distributors. (1). I have been overcharged on subscribing without giving any details of the charges. Initially i was charged around Rs. 6, 000/- on enrolment as customer and thereafter they charged around Rs. 950/- for one cyclinder and now they charges Rs. 437/- for one refill. (They also says they will start charging Rs. 780/- per refill if our subsidy facility starts.) (2). I have never been supplied subsidy till date, although I have submitted all the documents demanded by the said distributor. (I was allotted subsidy/KYC report no.-69747, but no information thereafter.) (3). I have never been supplied cylinder with advance booking and home delivery facility, by saying that this is a gramin agency and does not provide such facility (although they took our signatures on a receipt which mentions home delivery.) (4). I have observed that near the end of every financial year, they make every excuse of non-supply of cylinder. (5). More particulary to mention present instance, I was supllied last cylinder on 5th January 2015, which finished on first week of February and thereafter I have not been supplied gas, although I pursued them for supply of gas cylinder since 5th Feb. 2015. (We are now managing our gas requirements by borrowing cylinder from our known) I have been approaching them for supply of gas cylinder daily, personally or contacting them through their phone number[protected], but they either says cylinder is not available or says contact tomorrow. Kindly guide me, what to do at this juncture, as I have faced a lot of harassment by subscribing such gas agency.

                              Hi, Bharat Gas not provide my gas connection. I was apply gas connection on date 22 Sep 2014 and my verification process already done in Oct 2014. As per Bharat Gas policy he provide gas connection with in 10 days after verification but still I am not able to get my gas connection. A branch near Rajnagar Gurgaon(Jagrati Gas, Raj Nagar, Gurgaon), always told me we have not regulator of Gas. So we can't able to provide gas connection for you. Jagrati Gas employee always saying same message from last 4 month. I am too frustrated. The services of Bharat Gas really not good. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Call me [protected]

                                I have booked a gas cylinder on 9 th feb via miss call facility of excel gas service, vashi, navi mumbai. but till today it has been not delievered to my home. Excel gas service's customer care number many times not work properly and when i approach to excel gas office they are not helping us n gave various reasons. My booking id no.[protected]

                                    I have booked a cylinder against order no-1215014 on[protected] and its got deliver on[protected] to other person. I have not be able to get my cylinder. After that I have to order for a new refill on[protected] against order no 1223404 but its also still not delivered to me. I have been facing this issue from the begining of the connection. So I requesting to concern authorities to look into this and solve my problem ASAP.

                                      At the time of delivery, deliveryman demands for the Rs. 30 extra fee as delivery charges than the actual bill amount by all LPG users. if we refuse to give, he will never gave the sylindre. Distributor: Mahadeshwara, Mandya, Karnataka
