Sirs REFERENCE LPG ID 1 [protected] in the name of VR VINAITHEERTHAN BHARATH GAS I have not get the subsidy for my LPG cylinder booking reference 1176316 dated 01 01 2015 of bharath petroleum gas delivered on dated 05 01 2015 consumer no.14202 cash memo no. 344046, dt.05 01 2015 complaint : subsidy not received in my attached bank account IOB COLLEGE ROAD BRANCH KARAIKUDI SB ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected] regarding non-receipt of LPG refill bottle .
Sirs REFERENCE LPG ID 1 [protected], I have not get the subsidy for my LPG cylinder booking reference order no 309603 dated 04 02 2015 of bharat petroleum gas delivered on dated 05 02 2015 consumer no.951 cash memo no. 309401, dt.05 02 2015 complaint : subsidy not received in my attached bank account.

    i applied for the new LPG gas connection on 0701/2015 online with reference id 13210224 with Shiv Shakti Gas Agency Indira vikas colony( now in Burari, Sant Nagar), on visiting the said agency on 12/01/2014 in follow up of my application, i was told by the distributor your application form is lost and convinced to apply again online, the attendant there at agency refile my request again vide reference no.13909411 and assured me that your application will be processed shortly once the survey of my hot plate is done. after that when i followed up the status of my application there was a ready made response your connection cannot be processed till the survey is carried out, when i asked about the survey, they conveyed will be carried out shortly. after all survey was completed by the surveyor of the ibid gas agency on 07/02/2015 and i visited to agency on 16/02/2015, asking about the status of my application, it was startling to listen from the distributor that your request due to lack of deduplication is cancelled( that was also because my request could not be processed within 15 days as time limit prescribed by IOCL) again they convinced me to apply online, the attendant thereat agency filed my request vide ref. no. 14913519 and conveyed for follow u two or three days. would aomeone apprise me how long the process takes to issue me new connection, though other connection are being issued by the said agency with substandard hot plate, that i denied to own from the distributor.

      Dear all, I sachin shelar visited today 17/02/2015 to Anand gas agency (code 156360 )Ahmednagar maharashtra for apply of new gas connection .Agency owner mr munot was forcefully selling us the 5 products like tea powder pressure cooker many more and also he has forced us to buy gas stove from them . Without buying these things he is not ready give gas connection. I request you to do the needful .I dont want to buy all these .kindly take suitable action against anand gas agency .I want the gas connection. Thanks and Regards Sachin shelar [protected]

        i Prasad Ramesh kulkarni bpcl consumer from margao goa my consumer no is 4281 and is connected to kadam gas, I did not get subsidy of Rs.586 in my bank A/c no [protected] of Bank of Maharashtra Margao branchIFC code 000083 on enquiry it is learned that the subsidy is credited in my bank account on[protected] at 1200 hrs, but to my surprise we are in Feb 2015, please can your company official will check the details and do the needful so that the subsidy amount will come to my account my LPG ID[protected]..thanks. prasad ramesh kulkarni mragao-goa

On 16/02/2015 of booking no[protected] message come to me that gas booked and delivered to me, when i am not booked any gas, TODAY I CHECKED ONLINE OF MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE SEEN GAS IS DELIVERED ON 16/2/15, WHEN I RECIEVED ANY GAS.SO PLEASE TAKE ACTION FOR THE TWO TIMES FRAUD BOOKING GAS

                  I have booked my refill on 27 january vide booking no.[protected].till date my cylinder is not delivered. When contacted them they said I have not submitted my aadhar no.while I have submitted the same in the month of December 2014.they updated it in my presence. Then how Is it possible.

                    sir/madam., I own 2 flats in navi mumbai...one in sanpada dist-thane and the other in kharghar--dist raigad. if i link my aadhar card to one connection, then how do i avail subsidy for the other connection...both flats have bharat gas cylinders...pl advise me regarding the same at the earliest

In the bill receipt is is printed as no Subsidy and i called to customer care num they said that for december month there is no subsidy.                         tconsumer name - R.p ojha, consumer no. 35786, kohli gas servIce, 2 cylinder was delivered on 10/01/2014 and 06/03/2014 vide cash Memo no. 39355 and 456110 and amount paid Rs 1327 and Rs. 1165.5 respectively.subsidy amount have not been transfered in my pnb acc no. 051234 linked with adhar no. Howerver messages received dt 15/01/2014 and 7/03/2014 that my subsidy amount have transfered in my acc. But acc no. And bank have not been Indicated in mess. pls Intimate the same at earliest.

                            Refill booking cancelled

                            Dear Sir, I have booked the refill cylinder through SMS on 12 Feb 2015, but when I checked the same on my online profile on Mylpg website, it is showing cancelled. When I asked about the reason for this cancellation to the Gas agency (Gurukrupa Gas Agency, Kalyan, Dist-Thane), they told me the reason that I have not submitted the documents to get register in PAHAL scheme. So subsequently I checked the details of PAHAL scheme online...

                              I have an LPG sylinder (Bharat Gas) and have been getting it refilled by M/S Hi-Power Bharat Gas Agency, Palakkad Road, Mundur (PO), KERALA. PIN - 678592 (whose DISTRIBUTOR CODE # IS 641767, AND PHONE #[protected]/[protected].) for the past one year.

                              I have booked my cylinder for refilling on November 27, 2014 and I could not receive the same till date in spite of my frequent request to get my cylinder refilled. My CONSUMER # is 576.

                              So, you are requested to do the needful so that I can get my cylinder refilled as soon as possible.

                                I had book Gas on 27.01.2015 and the same was supplied on 29.01.2015, I had paid Rs. 740/- for the same. Despite my submitting the details required by the dealer M/s Sree Balaji Gas Agencies, Bangalore Urban. I have as on date not received my subsidy . I have already registered complaint vide no 443794, and my consumer Number is 50226, my LPG id is[protected]. My Bank account is AADHAR Compliant. My account Number is [protected], and the Bank"s IFSC CODE IS IOBA0001537. The Gas dealer has erroneously fed the account in the system. I had visited him on 06.02.2015 and resubmitted the details. I AM NOT SURE WHETHER THE SAME HAS BEEN CORRECTLY INCORPORATED IN THE SYSTEM BY THEM. Please note that if the subsidy is not received by me within 7 days, I shall be constrained to approach the CONSUMER FORUM G. MURALIDHAR- 15.02.2015

                                  As per Govt Of India Guidelines subsidised cylinders can be got till 31/03/2015 if we dont register for the PAHA L scheme.From 01/04/2015 LPG cylinders will be charged market rate if not registerd within next three months. However the Distributors are already charging Market rate for LPG cylinders. My consumer no is 35078790 with Anupama Gas Distributors, Panchami Comlex MANGALORE.Pl instruct the dealers to follow the Govt Instructions

                                    Your message "Booking No.[protected] could not delivered after two attempts" is totally false and not acceptable to me as my house was not under luck & key for a minute since last week i.e. after repeated reminder at sahidnagar office at least 2 times on 12th &13thof Feb'15. At that time your office assistant one madam have written my consumer number and requested me to keep patience we are arranging to send Ganesh/Pradeep.She could have told me at that time regarding failure of attemps. Please arrange to deliver the LPG cylinder immediately else I will be compelled to shift to other gas companies.
