I have submitted the complete document for new gas connection in March-2012, distributer gives no recieving & slip to me but i notted the serial no. from distributer, s register ie 192, sir i am working in block primary education office kartarpur jalandhar & parmanant home in Himachal Pradesh. Sir i have no source for cooking food, I request distributer but after long time they did, t issue my gas connetion PLZ attention on my request. my mobile no is [protected]

      My Bharat Gas Consumer No. is 44462. I booked my Gas Refill on 03.02.2015 online. My Order No. is 1318424. Still the cylinder is not delivered. This is not occurring first time. Prior to that also in December and January the refills were delivered after about 15 days and that too after complaining online daily and lastly by influencing through some of my acquiantance. For example, Booking No. 1302172 dt. 18.01.2015 was delivered on 31.01.2015. No concrete action was done on any of the complaints. Neither the Agency nor any of the Customer Care No. of Bharat Gas attend phone. Presently, the Complaint Page from website e-bharatgas has been removed, hence unable to lodge online complaint. Similarly the toll free no. [protected] is not accessable. Regarding other no., as usual, the same are not being picked up.

      I do not understand what is the customer care service doing for the last three months. All the complaints go in vain. This clearly shows the high class hanky-panky between the agency and Bharat Gas.

        Dear Sir, This is to inform you that in the current FY 2014-15; as on date I have received only 4 subsidized cylinders out of 12 on my connection no. 11082 in the name o[censored]ndersigned. (A detail for the four cylinders is given below for your ref. pls.) I have booked for the next delivery on 31/01/2015 vide booking no. 1098141 but till today I have not received 5th cylinder. I have visited the Gas Agency M/s Dhirendra Gas Service about this & they have confirmed me that due to some technical problem only 4 subsidized cylinders are allowed which were you have received. I request you to pls. resolve the said problem & update the numbers of subsidized cylinders quantity i.e. 12 so that I will get the same at the earliest possible. I hope you will take the positive action on that & solve my problem.

                    Hi, I am having using Bharat Gas and my Consumer Number is 61349313 . I booked a Gas on Yesterday and also received yesterday but the delivery man behaviour was not good and annoy and talk to lady very rudely. He also refused to deliver is right floor . My registered address in GAS Connection is 2nd Floor and refused to deliver in 2nd Floor. This is not acceptable and not good feedback from my side.                         Hi, I had raised a request on 20th Jan 2015 for refill of my Bharat Gas cylinder in Bangalore and till date the cylinder is not delivered. I have raised 3 complains online using the mylpg.in website but there is no update. Also if you search for status of the complain raised the result says no complain raised. Latest complain id - Reference number - 450357 I have also called the distributor multiple times continously for 4 days and everytime distributor says it will get the cylinder delivered next day. Worst part is today the distributor is telling on the call that it cannot deliver the cylinder to one person in my area and I have to wait till more people request for refill. The behavior is very bad and they dont care how much ever problem we are facing. What action should be taken for this kind of service? Are we the consumer not paying the money on time? Why such distributors be allowed to have the franchise of Bharat Gas and make consumer dependent on them? Who is looking at the complain/request raised on the so called mylpg.in website?

                          Against the consumer number K33543 we have booked the LPG gas on 16/12/2014 with the reference number[protected] via the distributor "Kitchen Aid" located at Dasnagar in Howrah, West Bengal but still it is not delivered to us in spite of being several follow ups to the local distributor section. Kindly look after this matter on urgent basis and take the necessary action on it to solve this issue as early as possible.

If i enquire *99*99# my aadhaar number is linked to my bank . REGARDING THIS I SENT COMPLAINT TO BPCL THE COMPLAINT NOS ARE 410245, 415653, 430439 AND 437501. For complaint no 437501 BPCL INFORMED ME TO LINK MY MOBILE NO. THAT ALSO I HAVE LINKED AND CONFORMATION MESSAGE RECEIVED FROM BPCL PG ALSO ATTACHED. I donot know why so much delay in linking my aadhaar number when i asked your customer relation cell at chennai ther are telling give my aadhaar no to dealer . when telephoned to [protected] giving aadhaar no through telephone is enough and not necessary to go to agency. Whether you have wrongly seeded my aadhaar no .
