      Hi, I am having using Bharat Gas and my Consumer Number is 61349313 . I booked a Gas on Yesterday and also received yesterday but the delivery man behaviour was not good and annoy and talk to lady very rudely. He also refused to deliver is right floor . My registered address in GAS Connection is 2nd Floor and refused to deliver in 2nd Floor. This is not acceptable and not good feedback from my side.           Hi, I had raised a request on 20th Jan 2015 for refill of my Bharat Gas cylinder in Bangalore and till date the cylinder is not delivered. I have raised 3 complains online using the mylpg.in website but there is no update. Also if you search for status of the complain raised the result says no complain raised. Latest complain id - Reference number - 450357 I have also called the distributor multiple times continously for 4 days and everytime distributor says it will get the cylinder delivered next day. Worst part is today the distributor is telling on the call that it cannot deliver the cylinder to one person in my area and I have to wait till more people request for refill. The behavior is very bad and they dont care how much ever problem we are facing. What action should be taken for this kind of service? Are we the consumer not paying the money on time? Why such distributors be allowed to have the franchise of Bharat Gas and make consumer dependent on them? Who is looking at the complain/request raised on the so called mylpg.in website?

            Against the consumer number K33543 we have booked the LPG gas on 16/12/2014 with the reference number[protected] via the distributor "Kitchen Aid" located at Dasnagar in Howrah, West Bengal but still it is not delivered to us in spite of being several follow ups to the local distributor section. Kindly look after this matter on urgent basis and take the necessary action on it to solve this issue as early as possible.

If i enquire *99*99# my aadhaar number is linked to my bank . REGARDING THIS I SENT COMPLAINT TO BPCL THE COMPLAINT NOS ARE 410245, 415653, 430439 AND 437501. For complaint no 437501 BPCL INFORMED ME TO LINK MY MOBILE NO. THAT ALSO I HAVE LINKED AND CONFORMATION MESSAGE RECEIVED FROM BPCL PG ALSO ATTACHED. I donot know why so much delay in linking my aadhaar number when i asked your customer relation cell at chennai ther are telling give my aadhaar no to dealer . when telephoned to [protected] giving aadhaar no through telephone is enough and not necessary to go to agency. Whether you have wrongly seeded my aadhaar no .                             I, Onkar Singh want to bring to your notice that My present LPG connection is registered with my father's name Sri Bansraj Ram with the consumer no. CG-5657 registered at City Gas Service, Champia colony, Sidhgora Jamshedpur. I have already submitted the required documents for transferring the connection to my name about two months ago. Still, no action has been taken in this connection. It's a kind request to you to look in to this matter and resolve my problem at the earliest so that I can register my self for the DBTL scheme.

                                  Dear Team i have applied for a new connection on dated 25/01/2015 and get booking no.14176041 for availing the connection i personally visited ABHA GAS AGENCY at meerut location along with my kyc docs after waiting in a long line i meet person named sunil who distributed new connection he force me to buy hot plate and many other product with new connection with total cost of rs 5200. i told him that i already have an isi certified hot plate and i don't need it and also told him that it is not obligatory to buy the same from you .it is also mention on notice board also .after that he deny me to provide the connection and miss behave with me when i ask him about complaint book he say it is lock and he can't provide the same, and submit my form and say our surveyor will visit at your place and inspected the hot plate if we found ok the we thought about the connection. what is this ???????????????????????????????? is this kind of services bharat gas provide to their consumers please help me for availing the connection .and do the needful .                                     Sir my new connection id is 14273232 and i have submitted all the documents needed at the gas agencey (Surya gas service ) haridwar but the staff here is asking for bribe and are forcing to purchase gas stove (Chulha) and other things and this is stated on your website that there is no obligation to buy any things except gas cylinder and gas regulator, moreover the staff of surya gas agency are also misbehaving that they will not issue new gas connection to me without rs 7600/- so kindly do me a favour that tell me how much money should i deposit at the gas agency
