Dear Sir My Consumer No:[protected] . I have booked my on 7thJan2015 but till date the Distributor has not delivered. On enquire I came to know that the distributor has delivered the Gas cyclinder those who are booked on 12thJan2015.My Gas Agency name is VARSHA ENTERPRISES, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Today the Distributor has told me your Gas booking has already been cancelled. But again when I enquire the matter one of the employee informed me that your Gas has not cancelled.

    respected sir,

    i am a customer of "BABY BHARAT GAS, T.K ROAD, THIRUVALLA, (DISTRIBUTORS CODE 621819)
    "and my consumer number is 8595.today delivery men came to my home to deliver gas but they didn't gave me bill.and they charged INR 670+30 rs as their loading charge, .when the gas agency is providing gas for 622 INR. and also the distance from road to my home is less than 300 meters they charged 30 rs as their loading charge...then we called to agency office and made a complaint through phone but they responded indecently.these kind of delivery men and office staffs are plundering customers.this is not the first time these people in the office are reacting to the customers indecently .sir please understand my mental struggle and please take an immediate action on financial corruption and indecent behaviour of Bharat gas office staff

    first of all i thanq for consumer complaint for giving a platform to the peoples to make a complaint. as result of my complaint.the agency send a person to my home.he came an made investigation on the particular complaint.and he realized the truth.so he gave us the money which the other staff charged more.
    this complaint is solved by authority.so please remove this complaint

        My consumer no is 2206. I had booked the refill on 30th of dec 2014 but till today the refill has not been delivered. we have enquired at the distributor's agency 4-5 times and each time they say that it will be delivered tomorrow. now after one month they say that the booking has been cancelled and on question about the cancellation they dont have any answer. Distributor name is City Gas Service, and distributor code is CC117369. we have not cancelled the booking but the agency has cancelled it on their own. kindly look into the matter.
        we have booked our celender many times, but have nor received it yet .our last booking no[protected] of 11.3.15 is yet not received,
        Kindly make booking easy please .

          I have booked cylinder (Consumer no[protected] and received message on my mobile that "Dear Mr MOHD ASIF, ref booking[protected], LPG cylinder was delivered on 11/01/2015" on 12/01/2015 however I have not received it till now. I have already complained on bharat gas website (complaint reference number - 430487) on 30 Jan 2015 however I have not received any response. Please help me on this because it seems that delivery boy has been delivering it somewhere else.

            I'm in need to change my mobile number towards my bharat lpg account.. Name: C. Varadharajan Customer no: 2601 Lpgid:[protected] Addhar no.[protected] Place : tirunelveli, tamilnadu. distributor name: maharaja bharat gas distributors. Distributor code : 164504 Old mobile number.: [protected] To be changed to new mobile number.. New Mobile number: [protected] I had submitted a filled in change of mobile number form to the distributor on 12.jan.2015. regarding my change in mobile number. But till date I had not got it changed. I enquired them on 28.jan.2015. And 3.feb.2015. Whether my mobile no.is changed. But they reply it will take a month..and on the day they reply that the data had to be taken to tuticorin for updating those mobile data. I'm not satisfied with their reply and I'm aged to walk often to them, regarding this change to receive this irresponsible reply. Because of this I had not got the subsidy for the cylinder which I received on 19.jan.2015. But Had received only the advance. Amt. In my bank account. Please do me a favour by making the mobile number change towards my lpg customer no :2601 as early as possible. New no: [protected]. Thank you.

              I have booked my lpg gas on dated[protected] by booking refrence no[protected], he supplied gas cylinder same day worth Rs. 761.00.but he has not given any receipt. a month passes i was watting for subsidy amount but it is not deposited in my account till now .               MY Consumer No.SA33650.Bharat gas LPG. received cylinder on[protected] against payment market price i.e. without subsidy Amt. I have submitted all papers to the distributor & bank . Bank have also confirmed having linked Adharcard to my bank A/C.I have yet not received subsidy Amt. in my Bank A/c [Bank of Maharashtra]. I have already lodged complaint with bharatgas Co. on[protected]. yet I have not received reply or solved my problem. My complaint No. is40658 dated[protected]. NPCI status is showing Adharcard is inactive. I have visited distributor
              several times. but not getting correct guidance. Bank says on their part they are correct. I Don"t understand reason for not getting subsidy.
              I request you to resolve my problem immediately & avoid further complications.

                Dear sir I have booked refilling gas from ROSE BHRARAT GAS AGENCY, VAIKOM, KOTTAYAM DIST, KERALA CONSUMER NO 7255 RAHDA VARMA PAIKKATTU KOVILAKOM VAIKOM KERALA MOBILE [protected] the booking is done on Jan 2 2015 .last week they told that billing is done and delivery boy is on the way to delivery it but they didnt delivery it so far today they are informing that there is cylender stock and they are not able to do anything could you please do the needful regarding this for smooth delivery on gas cylender thanks varma

                  Dear Sir, I recently enquired for a new gas connection at Kanakapura, Ramanagaram District, Karnataka. They quoted Rs.5000 for single cylinder and Rs.7000/ 2 cylinder connections. The authorised rate for new connections is Rs.1850 for cylinder deposit + 200 for regulators. Please look into this issue. The dealer has been charging more .

                    With referred to the subject as stated above I Mr. Jiten Borah, would like to inform you that being a localite of Rangpuria, Tingrai Hoorijan Road, P.O. & Dist. Tinsukia: 786125, Assam, as per my knowledge and information according to the rules and regulations of Ministry of Transport & Highways, Transport Bhavan, New-Delhi, Dated 25/09/2003, for the subject of ‘NORMS FOR THE ACCESS FOR FUEL STATIONS, SERVICE STATIONS & REST AREAS ALONG NATIONAL & STATE HIGHWAYS’ (Attachment Enclosed) that if a new PETROL PUMP is installed near by to the existing Petrol Pump the minimum distance between both Petrol Pump should be atleast 1000mts. But I was deeply shocked and surprised by the company Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, as the company has unseen, avoided and also violated all the rules and guidelines of Ministry of Transport & Highways. The DISTANCE between the EXISTING P.Pump i.e.M/s. ARUNA FILLING STATION of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited & NEW P.Pump i.e. M/s. GOLDEN FILLING STATION also of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited which is going to open shortly has the distance less than even 100mts (BOTH P.PUMPS STANDS IN JUST OPPOSITE) which is only just the 10% of 1000mts actual meters given by Ministry of Transport & Highways. Infact also one more Existing P.Pump is standing in the same location i.e. M/s. LEXMI SAGAR AUTO AGENCY, of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, having the distance between both P.Pump of 800mtrs which is also not ok as per Ministry of Transport & Highways (Location Map Attached). And in the case of both BPCL Petrol Pump all the rules and guidelines have been totally unseen and kicked by the company officers. I have also come to know that earlier that after the issue of Letter of Indent to Mr. Lila Ram Borah (Proprietor of M/s. Golden Filling Station) the company had canceled the plan to open to Petrol Pump due to the distance problem of existing Petrol Pumps but later on all the guidelines where unseen by the company officers of BPCL. That sir, the total sale of MS & HSD of M/s. Aruna Filling Station is approx 96KL monthly & of M/s. Lexmi Auto Agency is approx. 60 KL monthly and after opening 3rd Petrol Pump the sale of existing two nos. Petrol Pump shall decrease more lower, which shall run in TOTAL LOSS of Existing 2nos. The new Petrol Pump which is going to open shortly is an ‘A’ side Petrol Pump in which the BPCL has invested for the infrastructure and also for the upliftment of the Products, so no investment was done from M/s. Golden Filling Station. So, in this either the Pump run in profit or loss there shall be no problem for him. That sir, as per my knowledge I have come to know that being a Localite of the Rangpuria, Tinsukia, there shall be not a challenge for all the Petrol Pump to run the business but shall fight with each other like wild animals. So, I request you to kindly take an immediate action so that not criminal problems or an unexpected situation arises in upcoming days for at any of the Petrol Pump and also for the Company reputation to.                       This complaint was lodged on January so far i haven't got any correspondence regarding this also i had replied for the sms that the complaint not rectified so far. Complaint. The Agency named Sri Balaji Gas Agency demanding money from Rs.1000/- to Rs1500/- for change of name within the family members also for attaching the Adhar card information and the Bank Account Details.                           This is with reference to subject complaint; I Gaurav Sehgal S/o Late Shri. K.L Sehgal R/o D-1/126, Second floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi - 110089 holding the gas connection of Bharat Gas on my father's name (Late Shri. K.L Sehgal) which i would like to transfer it on my name because ofsad demise of my father.

                          We would like to bring in your notice that i went to your office in Sector- 5, Rohini, Delhi - 110085 on 23.01.2015, 26.01.2015, 27.01.2015 & 29.01.2015 where iwas treated by your employee verybadly.

                          I was called 3 times for the same thing and got harassed by Mr.Rajkumar and Mr. Vinod to get my connectiontransfer on my name.

                          Also we are waiting for our current month cylinder on which ourlocal service man who distributes the cylinder confimed that he is still yet to receive the slip from your office.

                          Immediate and strict action wouldbe highly appreciable.

                          We are waiting your revert and thanks in anticipation.

                                Hi, This complaint to invite your attention to the Charges the Gas Distributor Charging to the customers as Service Charge through the delivery team; when I enquired about this additional charges they were very irresponsible. The charges are without any receipts too. Hope you may intervene such issues at the earliest and ensure the consumer will get the benefits as our Govt provided to us Gas Agency : Vinayaka Gas Agency, Vignana Nagar...

                                Respected sir, I am Liyakath residing at No-2/807, Mannadi amman koil street, Madipakkam have booked for the gas cylinder and I received the message saying that the booking has been accepted and the cylinder was ready for delivery. Subsequently the money 705.00 has been credited to my account with the corporation bank account no- 2365. When I contacted the linesman who is responsible for delivering the cylinder said it is ready and will be delivered shortly. He answered my phone three four times and promised to deliver. But he didn't deliver as he promised until now. Now he switched off his phone. Tomorrow is being sunday I have to wait till monday or till the distributor gets the cylinder load. Now we ran out of gas hence we couldn't cook and we are buying food from hotels outside. I would like to know when I would get the gas cylinder delivered. This type of delaying in delivery is very frequent in this area. Sir, kindly do the needful to get it delivered as soon as possible.

                                  Respect Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I cant any help by you last 15th days ago because I inform you my problem by fax, courier and your online customer service but I cant responded by you, kindly solve my problem immediately. Every month I don't get my cylinder after called by customer care. But right now I don't get my cylinder. I booked my cylinder 16th December 2014 booking no-1127101, consumer no-7966 consume ID[protected] Distributor-Dipshikha gas-n-gadget (harinavi sonerpur). I complained longtime customer care and help center and BPCCS (complain numbers -373498/377658/398120/402401) but don't resolved my problem. I go to my distributor place and told them which dey I get my cylinder. They told me that my subsidy was not active so right now so they can't give my cylinder .But already I submit my all documents(aadher no and bank details)so I can't understand why not active my subsidy and I dont know which day activate my subsidy. I requested you kindly give me one cylinder urgently and active my subsidy because our two cylinder is empty.
