i went to rudra bharat gas service on[protected] located on shatikunj road, haridwar for new connection for single cylinder LPG connection. i was told to deposit rs 5000/- which include connection costs and compulsory gas stove etc. when i told that i already have ISI marked gas stove, the their offcial refused to issue me lpg connection only and said that they care least about any complaint against them in this regard. pl clarify company...

I initially booked my Gas cylinder in the last week of December 2014. On Jan-01-2015 I received a SMS stating that my booking was cancelled. Aadhar number has been linked to LPG and also submitted to Bank. Bank says it's done and if they try to link again, the system says it's already linked. However, the status is still "Not available in NPCI database". What is expected to be done here? Neither the Agency nor the bank are helping, they both say it's not a problem at their end.
