    Additional Charges

    Hi, This complaint to invite your attention to the Charges the Gas Distributor Charging to the customers as Service Charge through the delivery team; when I enquired about this additional charges they were very irresponsible. The charges are without any receipts too. Hope you may intervene such issues at the earliest and ensure the consumer will get the benefits as our Govt provided to us Gas Agency : Vinayaka Gas Agency, Vignana Nagar...

    Respected sir, I am Liyakath residing at No-2/807, Mannadi amman koil street, Madipakkam have booked for the gas cylinder and I received the message saying that the booking has been accepted and the cylinder was ready for delivery. Subsequently the money 705.00 has been credited to my account with the corporation bank account no- 2365. When I contacted the linesman who is responsible for delivering the cylinder said it is ready and will be delivered shortly. He answered my phone three four times and promised to deliver. But he didn't deliver as he promised until now. Now he switched off his phone. Tomorrow is being sunday I have to wait till monday or till the distributor gets the cylinder load. Now we ran out of gas hence we couldn't cook and we are buying food from hotels outside. I would like to know when I would get the gas cylinder delivered. This type of delaying in delivery is very frequent in this area. Sir, kindly do the needful to get it delivered as soon as possible.

      Respect Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I cant any help by you last 15th days ago because I inform you my problem by fax, courier and your online customer service but I cant responded by you, kindly solve my problem immediately. Every month I don't get my cylinder after called by customer care. But right now I don't get my cylinder. I booked my cylinder 16th December 2014 booking no-1127101, consumer no-7966 consume ID[protected] Distributor-Dipshikha gas-n-gadget (harinavi sonerpur). I complained longtime customer care and help center and BPCCS (complain numbers -373498/377658/398120/402401) but don't resolved my problem. I go to my distributor place and told them which dey I get my cylinder. They told me that my subsidy was not active so right now so they can't give my cylinder .But already I submit my all documents(aadher no and bank details)so I can't understand why not active my subsidy and I dont know which day activate my subsidy. I requested you kindly give me one cylinder urgently and active my subsidy because our two cylinder is empty.         I'm consumer of Bharat Gas Agency having connection no 33003854. I've booked gas on 9th Dec 2014 but couldn't get it. When I went Krishna Gaytri Bharat Gas Agency then agent told me that I am not eligible for 12 subsidy cylinder. I can get only 5 subsidy cylinder. I asked him reason for this but agent didn't give me proper response. I want to register my complaint abt this. Kindly provide me proper response.

                    This is a COMPLAINT.I have booked a new cylinder, booking no.[protected], consumer no. 65591898. Distributor Address is : 29/144, VYSYA BANK COLONY, 8TH MAIN, BTM 1ST STAGE, BANGALORE-29. The person who had to deliver the cylinder came(on[protected] and called me, I guided him to reach my house but he said I am unable to find it and he ran away. I called him again, he did not respond. His contact number is : [protected]. I went to the distributor also on[protected], but the lady there did not show any interest in my complaint.                       Dear sir,
                      I had a bharat gas domestic lpg connection in ojhar, nasik from air force gas agency and my consumer no is 15261. The distributor code is 114530. I transferred my connection to panagarh vide tv no [protected] (Pressure regulator issued on this tv and the sv no is [protected]) and [protected] (The sv no is [protected]) dated 12 dec 2014. I am a defence personnel and here the service is offered by indane. But on registering for transfer of the subject gas connection the transfer is not taking place and different messages are disseminated indicating unsuccessful transfer. I have come to panagarh in the month of december and since then i am not having a gas connection due to the lapses of the bharat gas company. Please look into this matter and kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                        I have submitted all the relevant documents to your store for the mobile number update today morning. Consumer # 66283039 Mobile Number to be updated # [protected] However as I stated to your store employee that my gas cylinder is currently empty or consumed and kindly book the refill order the type of answer which I received was total not customer oriented. As per your store staff it would take minimum 10-15 days to get the number updated on the Bharat Gas Portal and then after you can raise the request for your refill cylinder. Please do the needful at the earliest on the public-spirited ground to get the refilling of my empty cylinder.

                          13.01.2015 i have booked my cylinder in Padmavathy gas agency chennai (Selaiyur branch). After that i have went there personally 2 times they are telling, we have taken the bill and we will deliver the cylinder within 2 days like that but still we have not got the cylinder. Always they are doing like that. This is not good for your good service.

After my fathers death i want to transfer this consumer no. to me . i have submitted all the required docs and complete the formalities before one month still this cant be done by above service providers. Kindly do the need full so after that i would be able to link this consumer no to my bank account and gain the subsidy for the same .                               Dear Sir, My mother in law, aged 68 years, has a bharat gas connection in Vellalur village, ponnur, guntur. The LPG distributor is in Ponnur town. She stays alone in the village and mostly she stays with her daughter (I am son-in-law) in hyderabad. She has booked a refill after a lapse of six months. Her connection was blocked by dealer. When enquired, he stated that if a refill is not booked within 5 months, it is automatically lapsed and for re-activation, copy of adhaar card is required in addition to payment of a penalty of Rs.200/-. When the matter was taken up with next higher level, the penalty was not insisted upon but copy of aadhar card was taken. In this connection, pl furnish the clarification for the undermentioned points : a) is it compulsory that a refill has to be booked within five months? In this case, my mother in law stays alone in the village and whenever she is in village, she uses gas and quite often she comes to hyderabad as she has no other children except my wife. Hence, one refill is sufficient for nearly six months or more. Even then, Is it mandatory that the refill has to be compulsorily booked within five months even when the cylinder is not empty ? b) The dealer says that it is compulsory as per rules. Such a practice is not existing in Hyderabad as confirmed from Regional Office here. c) pl look into the case sympathetically and provide clarification. I shall forward the relevant particulars soon after hearing from you. I think Only one dealer of Bharat Gas is available in Ponnur town in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. On hearing from you, I shall take up the matter with your dealer in Ponnur town. Thanking you Ch.                                     i went to rudra bharat gas service on[protected] located on shatikunj road, haridwar for new connection for single cylinder LPG connection. i was told to deposit rs 5000/- which include connection costs and compulsory gas stove etc. when i told that i already have ISI marked gas stove, the their offcial refused to issue me lpg connection only and said that they care least about any complaint against them in this regard. pl clarify company stand in this regard.
