      i have not received any gas subsidy in my acc. i asked gas agency about this but they said your subsidy has been already transfered in your acc. whose last four digits are XXXXXXXXX7540. but this last four
      digits account does not belong to me when i verified. i also asked the bank they said there is no
      subsidy amount in your acc. in this way everytime my gas subsidy transfer in another acc. then how can i
      received my gas subsidy.

        My consumer number 56891865 order no- 193942 dated[protected] we paid to the agency Rs 900 but till date we have not received the subsidy in my bank account. All the required documents have been submitted in bank as well as the distributor but no subsidy amount credited so kindly take some strict action against the LALIT BHARAT GAS agency. Hope to see some action against the distributor at the earliest.

          Sir, I am a Bharat Gas Consumer & my Adhaar Card has been linked with my distributor and my savings bank account, for which I have received message and also Rs.568/- from the Central Government as subsidy to my bank account. I have booked my gas cylinder on 26/12/2014 through IVRS Phone No: [protected] with my dealer from my mobile No.[protected] and has been allotted a refill booking No.[protected]. My consumer Number is 1369 & my LPG ID is[protected]. The name of my dealer is "Bharat Flame" which is situated at Simla Street, Kolkata-700 006 West Bengal. The telephone number of my dealer is [protected]. Please note, that I have not received my refill cylinder till today and they are saying that I will get the refilled cylinder after one month from the date of booking every month even though I book through mobile IVRS system. It means that I will get the refill cylinder on the 26/01/2015. Kindly note, that my neighbours are getting delivery of refilled cylinder within five days from the date of booking through the IVRS method of booking that has been in use presently. Please note my distributor's code as 461832. I am very harrassed by this distributor and I am being deprived of the facility that the Central Government is giving to all the LPG Consumers by this particular dealer. Please make thorough enquiries whether my cylinder is being supplied to unknown persons other than the actual consumer for higher profits in the black market or other unscrupulous methods of earning undue profit in between these days.             I Booked on 26/12/2014 for a refill benefit of money transfer to my account on 01/01/2015 a sum of Rs.326.18 as subsidy was credited to my account on 06/01/2015 Cash Memo No.290691, Message received on 07/01/2015 Refill Cylinder not delevered yet, repitted I complain regarding the above said matter verbaly to my distributer Jay hind Gas Service, 176, G.T.Road Serampore, Hooghly West Bengal, Pin-712201 but no response received.

              Sir, I have a LPG Gas connection of Bharat Gas.My Consumer number is 8225 after linkage DBTL 42802988. I have booked refill on dated 30.12.2014 booking number is[protected]. Refill not delivered to us till 20th Jan.2015, after that I have lodge complaint against the Distributor code is 113492 ( Jyoti flame) District Bulandshahr Uttar Pradesh. Complaint No. 404934 dated 20.01.15 customer care person (Aashish) said to resolved problem with in two day.Today (22.01.15) I have received a message form BPCCS your complaint ref.no.404934 is resolved but my refill not delivered to me. When I checked my status on e-bharat site I have found my connection has transfer to other agency with out any information to me. I want to BPCL take action against distributor Jyoti flame (113492) Sikandrabad Bulandshahr. So that distributor think about ten time regarding transfer connection with out inform to consumer. But sorry to inform you that I have not received any intimation regarding my connection from your side. I have booked a complaint in your customer care complant No.372424 on 05.01.2015. After that I have follow up the matter with your customer care so many times but I did not get any supportive response from your side. So I am tottlay dis appointed with the dealing of your company. As “Bharat Gas Sab Ke Sat” as you mentioned is not applicable to me. A customer booked for new connection is expected a positive response from you or not.                   My name is Manigandan residing at velachery, chennai, tamilnadu. I am having lpg connection in bharat gas. My consumer number is 59864077. I am not able to book cylinder through IVRS, so i approached my agency(sri munusamy gas agency, velachery). They said that your connection is locked under multiple connection. For your kind information i dont have any other connection in my name other than the one i mentioned above. I last booked my cylinder in the month of july. After that i didnt book cylinder due to my personal family reasons. If they locked my connection as "dormant connection" i will welcome their decision. But instead of that they locked as i have multiple connection without any proof. This is totally unfair to me. I lodged lot of compliants both in agency side and also in bharat petroleum. But they are blaming each other for the things happened to me and they did not take action on my compliant. Now i want to know under what circumstances and what led to lock my connection as multiple and i want to know who is responsible for this, I am expecting strict action from your side. As i am a common citizen of india and i have a little knowledge of internet i came to know that these kind of facilities are available to take action against who commit mistakes. I cant imagine people who are illiterates. For your kind information i already submitted my KYC document to the agency and also linked my connection with bank for getting subsidy. Now without any reason they blocked my connection. I want to rectify this issue as early as possible as i have five month child. It is hard to manage without gas. Thanks in advance

                    My Query reference no is 398342(TRANSPERANCY FOLDER), which is placed on 17/01/2015 to Domestic Bharat Gas Services YET TO REPLY where in it was stated that the distribution of Gas cylinders is being done with a back log of 2/3 days during last whole year. But suddenly why it has become a back log of 17 days cannot be digested. The worse situation was happened somewhere in 2013 even in that time the back log was 7/9 days. It was requested to give the authentic reasons so as to bring to the knowledge of concern ministry to sort out the issues so as to avoid the incontinence to the public. Whenever such instances takes place the dealer simply states that the supply is shortage. I don’t think there will be so much of shortfall with this government. It is therefore requested to depute good official to sort out the malpractices/problems if any.

                        I have booked LPG refill on 7th Jan 2015, booking reference number:[protected] and Sri Raksha gas agency, Hebbagodi, Bangalore cleared booking upto 31st Dec 2014. I was waiting for the refill till yesterday (19th Jan 2015) and I called them on their mobile No. [protected] @ 4.20 pm and they have responded mentioning since no body at home it was not delivered and will deliver refill today (20th Jan 2015) when I called no response to mobile and refill also not delivered. When tried to check in IVRS once again fresh booking registered. I was surprised to get another booking reference number. When I checked on line, my previous refill request was cancelled without any information. I am facing same issue with this gas agency every month. I am cheated and harassed like this every month. Please take appropriate action against this agency.

                                Hi Team, I am residing at warangal district, telangana state, Having BHARATH GAS connection since 20years, As all o[censored]s known recently all gas policies were changed and they are telling that they will deposit subsidy amount into gas connection owner bank account.My father was expired so that we want to transfer the gas connection name to my mother name, we have filled all the necessary forms and attached required docs and handed over to PRITHI GAS AGENCY, L.B.Nagar, Warangal in last year to transfer the name, but till now the gas connection name is not changed instead gas agency people are not responding properly and we have been visiting gas agency every week since 1 year.                                   Dear Concerned, Our LPG ID No. is 1 [protected] Consumer No 1056 Actually, we had booked the Gas Cylender booking no.[protected] on 23rd December 2014, against this booking we have received this on 8th Jan 2015 on Rs 725/-, after many visit on Agency. After that we have received the message on 15th Jan 2015 " Dear Customer, your LPG Refill Order no[protected] has been cancelled on account of : order cancelled as cylender could not be delivered after two attempts please contact Distributor for details" It is the reason... subsidy not received till yet ? I've received only advance subsidy of Rs 568/- on against this booking. I had already lodge the complaint on your customer care on 12 Jan 2015 and complaint no is 385422, but not any satisfactory solution. Sir please help to resolve this Discrepancy
