I am K.PADMA consumer number: 18239 distributor name SRI KALESHWAR BHARAT GAS AGENCY, NAGOLE. I here complianed many times to the staff of agency of late delivery of cylinder .When HP & Indian gas agencies in our area are supplying within 1 wk of booking Bharatgas is taking 25 - 30 days.First of all they do not even take booking for 15 days after supply.The staff in office are very rude, arrogant & do not even answer calls properly & disconnect obtrubtly.When we go there personally they give unreasonable answers & treat us like a unwanted guest. Last week that too on a festival day gas was over & refill cylinder was also empty. When I called the agency for refill they have cut the call without any assurance. I strongly feel this agency is selling cyclinders at Black market. Sir, I once again request you to investigate & take firm action on this agency in order to disipline the distribution.

    On 11.10. 2014 at abt 1.50 pm I went to your filling outlet in the name of Auto Power, phase I, Urban Estate, Dugri, Ludhiana to fill up petrol in my scooter, one of the filling staff misbehaved, used filthy language and manhandled me. When I went to complain to the manager, he also misbehaved, when I asked him to provide me the Complaint Book. he refused and dared me to do anything, hence I am lodging this complaint. Then I asked him to issue me the bill for the filling, he bluntly refused and on persuasion of another benign staff, he finally gave the bill. The bill No. is 83638 dt. 11.10.2014 for Rs. 200.00.I seek a suitable and punitive action by your esteemed establishment to save other customers from such an humiliation. Thanks for listening. And for taking delivery I have stand in queue in different different places decided by the delivery boy . But I have registered for Home delivery but I never got cylinder delivered on my address. The place for delivery of cylinder is not always certain it changes time to time. They don't care about the value of time of consumer..         I regularly fill fuel at kedari petrol pump, wanowrie, pune which has bpcl dealership. They are completely indulged in fraud and cheating. Cheats in filling a small amount such as even 200/- rupee fuel. 2 days back I asked them to fill 200/- fuel, a person before me filled 50/- fuel n left. When it was my turn for fuel he did some sort of setting inn the machine by which the amount reached 0-50 in less than one second and then switched to other machine and started filling. I asked " 50/- ka kya fill kiya ki ek second mein tumhara 0-50 ho gaya". He said 50/- ka petrol dala whereas he filled ntn, 50/- was what the person ahead of me put. And from second machine he filled only 150/- for me. I fought with him and he realised he was caught so he filled 200/- amount for me. Second incident- while filling fuel in the car, I told them to fill 25 liters fuel. He acted like he heard 6 litre and filled only 6. I told him 25 litre so he continued from 6 and stopped at 19 litre saying that " madam meine zero se start kiya tha, pehle 6l dala ab 19l toh 25l ho gaya". Whereas he started filling from 6l and total he put was 19l instead of 25l. After a heated argument he filled remaining 6 litre when he realised I was vigilant and I couldn't be fooled. I've had various fraud instances at kedari petrol pump, its every time you fill fuel. Please take necessary action for they are minting away our money. Every one is a cheater at that fuel pump.

THE DISTRIBUTOR IS TAKING MORE THAN A MONTH TO DELIVER A BOOKED LPG CYLINDER. THIS IS CREATING A PROBLEM IN EVERYHOUSEHOLD FOR COOKING FOOD.. SIR, I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED IF YOU TAKE A NECCESSERY STEP AGAINST IT, AND SO THAT I MAY GET MY CYLINDER AS EARLY S POSSIBLE..

            This is to bring to your kind notice that my consumer No. is 22168365 and my Mobile No. is [protected]. I am the resident of Wade e Saleheen. I have booked a gas cylinder on 22nd of september and my booking no. is 25053961 but till now i have not got any delivery after daily request. Our gas office no. is[protected] and the delivery boy number is [protected].There is a person called Maoulali whose mobile no. is [protected] who is very rude and arrogant towards the consumers and after daily request no person is responding. I am suffering a lot as i have no other source of cooking. Please give due consideration to my complaint and help me in getting the gas cylinder as soon as possible. I also request to take some action against these people who dont do their jobs properly. Hope you will do the needful very soon.

                i have transferred my gas connection from Sri Ram Gas Service Deeg Bharatpur Rajasthan to Bharat Gas Distributor Sonepat. on my service transfer. When I Contact to M/S BIRI Gas Service Sonipat with my Transfer Voucher and KYC Documents they refuse me to give the connection saying 'your living place is not under our service area'. I want to say that Sonepat is only 8 km from my living place and other nearest of BHARAT Gas distributor is appox 40 km from me. kindly do the needfull in this regarding.

                  Dear sir/mam Myself chitta bishai consumer of BP gas . My consumer no.487 & My distributor ( subham bharatgas gramin vitarak) distributor code 172366 . I have booked cylinder on 16/09/2014. My booking no is 90818 is not delivering at the right time . It is my 23th day after booking yet cylinder is not delivered. I had complained you before 9days I called their customer helpline [protected] and registered my complaint. The Complaint ID number is 251166.& anther 07/10/14 i repet again complaint registered the ID number is 257006 also you did not take any action. I called today my distridutor to check, when told me that I will get the delivery that day or next day 12th oct 2014. I searched around and found that I am not the only one to undergo this headache.So I reqest you to take necessary action. my mobile no. [protected]

                    When i purchase new connection on dated -26/8/2013from BRAR GAS SERVICE sirhind road, patiala . they charge me rs 5300/- but they gave me reciept of rs 1600/- they do not gave me full detail how they charge from me. they just gave me 1 cylinder, 1 gas chullah, or some soaps forcefully now today 08/07/2014 after that when i purchase second cylinder (DBC) . they charge me rs 2300/- but they gave me reciept of rs 1450/- and one refill of cylinder of rs 433/- they give 10 unbranded soaps with M.R.P 20/- and one parachute body lotion which has written not for sale. they does not gave full details of charging amount to any consumer in my presence from- davinder singh consumer no. 60731790

                      We applied for new domestic LPG Gas connection on October 05, 2014, our waiting list ID is 11849561. As per our ID we received an email by ebharatgas that is as below: - We are pleased to inform that the LPG connection has been cleared after de-duplication. Kindly contact NEELAM ENTERPRISES, SHOP NO E 388 - 389, SECTOR 23-24 MAIN ROAD, SANJAY COLONY with following1. Copy of the request form2. Proof of ID and proof of address as updated in your connection request. As per above email we visit to Bharat Gas Distributor, Neelam Enterprises, Faridabad, with our all ID & Address proof documents along with connection form & try to submit but they said me that we have now cylendr for you and come back after one months.                         Very ARROGANT petrol bunk really annoying, disgusting .i went to fill up petrol in my bike @bharat service station, beside stanza liberty circle, himayat nagar, hyderabad. i asked him to fill petrol of rs.100 he poured only petrol of rs.99.10 and when iaskhim to pour amount of rs.100 he replied very arrogantly and put a 10paisa i will give you 90paisa what is this sir please take serious action on that petrol bunk please and petrol is also not pure you can check by direct test. This is not only my problem this is our friend's family and our area people problem also nearly they are doing from 5years like this please take serious action on them. Now a days I am facing some problem regarding my unlock case still pending at your end for last four month. I had gone to my distributor office in several times but they are not co-operated with me & don't given any information about my unlock case. I have already submitted my KYC at my distributor office & they give me a acknowledgement of receiving on 30-May-2014. For your reference I have attached my KYC ackn. So, I want to know my status ASAP & looking for some co-operation from your end. Please resolve my quires ASAP & clarify why it has been taken so long time.

                            From Dr.Gireesh krishnan Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon Malabar Medical College, Kozhikode Kerala Mobile : [protected] I, Dr.GireeshKrishnan tried to book for a new gas connection in my name from Sai Bharath gas agency, Pooladikunnu, kozhikode district, Kerala on 29-9-14. At first I went with normal offline application. But the agency did not receive my booking application as they refused to give me a gas connection with out purchasing a gas stove from them. So I did an online booking from the website of Bharathgas on 29-9-14 (id no[protected]. I took a print out and went to the same Sai bharath gas agency on[protected]. But they refused to file my online application also, telling that someone else is having connection in the same booking ID. After repeated request also they did not take my application, even though I submitted all proof. I am a doctor by profession and it is a very difficult task for me to take leave during my busy schedule and go to gas agency so many times for a connection. I tried to register a complaint online through Bharathgas website, But the complaint section was not working as the selection for type of complaint had no option in the website. I don’t know whom to approach. I hope the authorities in Bharath gas understands my problem and provide me a gas connection as soon as possible. Thank you

                                I am R.D.Kale presently working in CIS[censored]NIT MDL Mumbai. I was posted from CISFUNIT ONGC Hazera Surat (Gujarat) on 23.09.2014. I was already deposited one cylinder voucher of LPG single Gas connection at MAS UNNATI GAS SERVICESS SULTANABAD DUMAS ROAD SURAT (GUJ).SAP NO .118219.Than the same agency issued me one Transfer Voucher with out showing TA/TV.NO. and also told that TA/TV.NO will be sent concern shortly through SMS in my cell phone ([protected]).([protected]). After Two days i was tolk with concern agency and asked for the same no. But the individual told me I wiil sent the same No. with in 05 minuts after two days I will Voucher not get any TV Voucher No Through the SMS.And not attend my Cell phone also. till date i have not get any TV voucher from concered agency.
                                Now I am facing lot of problems for preparing /making food.So I request to you sir, please arrange necessary orders /instructions to concerned agency please.

                                    Respected Sir, I an a Bharath Gas customer. My customer No.029793. I booked for gas cylider vide booking No.[protected] also received message stating that your LPG cylinder was delivered on 19/09/2014. The message was received on 20/09/2014. But till now our local distributor M/s. Mahadeshwara Gas Enterprises, Mandya Karnataka State PIN : 571401 has not supplied the cylinder yet.                                         I am a customer of your agent Vinod Gas Agency, Balaramapuram. Ph:[protected]. My customer Number is 9612. I made a refill booking on 16/06/14. Booking No is[protected]. So far we have not received a cylinder till 22/09/14. On 18/09/14 I contacted them. They said that the booking was cancelled due to name changing, if you book again now, tomorrow you will get a cylinder. I booked the same day and my booking number is[protected]. Whenever I make phone call to there representative, she says tomorrow must be delivered. Today 22/09/14 yet now I did not get cylinder. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service. Without inform me, they cancelled my Booking. did not inform me after changed the Name. Hence please take necessary action and solve this problem.
